You've provided inspiration to a heathen Southerner! Well pit dug out today. Lots more work ahead. Catless now, as our beloved bluepoint Siamese died a few years ago. Considering goat and carriage, as wife insists that her 25-yr old motorbike licence and L plates still valid. I'm a junior gardener of only 60 yrs young. Still sorting weeds from flowers/food. We live in UK countryside, central southern England. I write a bit; sometimes get paid. 'Er indoors is an ex-secretary become checkout operator for Sainsburys. I'm 'retired' 'cos there's too much to do around here and I have a little physical damage from 'strokes'. But I won't give in and well-construction seems sensible as we have a high water-table here. | Comments: | Beautiful. Orchids are beautiful, but like a lot of people, I have always been afraid of them ack,afraid I would kill them (have heard many times how hard they are to grow). I love plants though, rose bushes, crepe myrtles, ivy, you know things that are easy to grow and all sorts of pot plants. I love them so much, that is why I don't want to take a risk in killing any of them. God bless your work and all your family. |
