 Rent is amazing and has done so much for me and my friends. Lots of people are against the movie because the play was better, and I appreciate Jonathan Larson's work so much, that I don't think we should be against any world he created, whether he was there to see it grow or not.

 Jonathan Larson is very much my hero. This film (I have not yet had the pleasure of seeing the play on Broadway, unfortunately) has touched my soul in ways that I did not know possible. This movie has honestly changed my life. It has made me a different and better person. It is a movie that gives you such a sense of hope and joy that you believe anything is possible. Nothing will replace RENT in my heart.

 Even though I am only 11, this musical, and Jonathan Larson, have really changed my life. In my opinion, I like seeing it on Broadway better, as many other people would also, but whenever I see the movie or the play, I am blown away. In one story, Jonathan Larson can make me smile, cry, and really relate to the characters.
Also, I have seen RENT once already on BrOadway, and on August 11, I am seeing Adam and Anthony at the Nederlander! YAY!

 Simply one of the best musicals of all time, it's the only thing that's been on my MP3 Player constantly during the last year. I love the film and saw it in cinemas about 5 times before they stopped showing it... which was about 3 weeks after it came out, and now I have it on DVD and sometimes i'll watch 2 or 3 times a day.

 Rent has changed my life. I mean that. I used to regret a lot of things in my life and realized that it was holding me back from moving forward. It has also given me a place to call home. It sounds weird that a play makes some one feel like they are home, but it does. I have seen the OBC 4 times and the movie 69 times and One Song Glory is my song. It is about wanting to do something and be something great despite the mistakes you have made in your past. About being remembered for your passion not your actions. I live each day as if it were my last. I do not have HIV or AIDS, but none of us can say we will be here tomorrow. Everyday is a gift and I choose to seize the moment.
