| Comments: | Hi Lenny,I liked this page and you had a lot of good accurate information about the topicHOWEVER,About Black Holes: You cannot make a ring of black holes and create a stable worm hole! The black holes would attract each other and coalesce and you can't make them spin aroundfast enough to stop this from happening. Instead you need something called "negative matter" which repels (sort of anti-gravity). Also current thinking is that nothing falling into a black hole goes to a singularity, in fact you never even get to the Schwartzchild radius because of the relativistic time dilation, and the fact that Hawking radiation will evaporate theblack hole. So much for flying through a black hole. You need some type of "strangematter' to protect you from the effects, but we have never seen such a thing. The protons do not go faster than light. The gravity is strong enough inside the black hole to stop light, but particales would not go that fast (they would shoot out of the other side!)Its called the UNIFIED field theory. ‰ |
