Just wanted to take the opportunity to say 'BIG THANKS!!" for your absolutely phenomenal debut cd!! A friend of mine bought it 'sight unseen' (he liked the name) in a local record shop. He told me that I HAD to hear this--and I was floored! I'm spreading the word as much as possible--you guys deserve it! Hopefully it'll turn into more cd sales for you. We just HAVE to hear a second cd! You mentioned new tunes on your site... Is there any chance of seeing a new cd sometime this year? All I can say is WOW! You guys totally ROCK and from Vancouver, too cool! My brother and I came from Coquitlam, headed up to the ROCK N RIDE festival on Friday for the long weekend and saw both your shows. We were sitting to the left of the stage (your right) in the VIP area. Not sure you would be remember me but just incase you do I had long auburn spiral permmed hair wearing a black tshirt that said "Westcoast Choppers" in white. I was holding onto a camcorder while I hooted and hollared very, very loudly lol.
I'm so happy to see more talented bands like yourselves come out of Vancouver and I bought your cd to support your music. I just know you guys are going to make it big and can't wait to see you again in concert. I wish you guys all the success in the world. Just like the others here, want to tell the boys that the KK debut is one of best I have heard in awhile.The songs flow through well, production is excellent and you can't help but turn it up!! I read some copy saying the next one would lean farther towards "into the everlast" direction, which I think is one of best rock songs of the last few years. I support the players, by buying the cd's, that are sincere and have made/make great music whether recongized in the industry or not. Glenn Hughes, The Lizards, Eric Gales, Robin Trower ect. King Karma is now on the list.

I got turned on to King Karma over at Bryans RealRock site. I have been in like a limbo so to speak since the Wheelies called it quits as far as music goes. Its about time someone gets together and plays some cool shit like you guys do. There’s definitely not a lot of bands doing that these days. It’s a welcome relief from all the crap you get shoved down your throat in the mainstream. I’m a “metalhead” by nature listening to everything from Power and Prog metal to Death and Stoner metal but the stuff that goes right to my heart are bands like King Karma and others like Cry of Love, Ian Moore, Richie Kotzen and Glenn Hughes. Man does this band smoke the sh*t or what?!! Got forwarded to Grooveyard records and saw a deal for 6 discs for $75 and said to myself,"Let's check out some new tunes." After the first play, I knew it was really good....then I set it down for a week or two and put it back in the player and now I REALLY think it's good!!! I agree w/Manny... please come to the States - and if Ontario, close to Detroit! I have lots of comments (and praise) to come after I get back from a busy work trip to NYC; but I didn't want to wait any longer to say THANK YOU to Markus for introducing me to King Karma and for the AMAZING cd. *Markus - you said "I really think you'll like it." Well, you were right/and then some. I LOVE,LOVE IT! I also took the "just make sure you listen to it, Loud" advice. With this music, how could you NOT, ya' know? How totally refreshing to hear such great ROCK music with such FEEL to it. It's such a sexy, rich sound, and NEEDS to be heard by many. I want to do my part to help spread the wealth of this great music. There is not one song I'd "skip over" while listening - if I were forced to pick a fave or 2 after only 3 solid listens-thru, I think "Mama's Pride" and "Breathe" may be the ones. I know this is long-winded, but I really want you all to know how much I am sincerely enjoying this "new to me" music. Shaun's voice is PERFECT for these songs... ALL of you fit perfectly to the awesome sound you've created in King Karma. I can't (won't!) 'compare' KK to any band out there - you are most definitely unique... but I will say that you surely have all the Silvertide's and Tantric's and Audio Slaves (a fave of mine), Kenny Wayne Sheperd's, Jackyl, etc., etc., etc. solidly BEAT and then some.

Just came back from vacation in Vancouver & saw the band open up for Nazareth at the the Commodore Ballroom. Saw your gig at the Commodore in Vancouver, opening for Streetheart. Really enjoyed the set. In all honesty, you guys were WAY better than the band you opened for! My wife and I actually left after the 4th Streetheart number - they were so watered-down and un-interesting by contrast when heard after you guys.
