| Comments: | I just wanted to share an experience I had a girls camp this year. We had a family home evening lesson one night, and I and the three other 4th years(We have a little ward) had to help with the lesson. Our lesson was on gratitude, and following the Holy ghost. When we were done, our leaders had 1 person at a time go out in the darkness and follow these little lights( they were glow sticks in brown paper bags.)They were all over the place and we needed to follow them all the way to the next camp behind us that was empty. The lesson was to show us that if we didn't follow one of the lights, we would trip over trees and bushes. It was telling us that if we didn't listen to the Holy Ghost, we might get in trouble. Anyways, it was a good lesson.

this page. I was reading The "dreambook" and i saw that a lot of you aren't from utah it amazed me! I am from utah and i have it pretty easy when it comes to the church, because i don't have to wake up to go to early morning seminary cause it is part of my regualar secedule. To me that take soooo much faith in and out of its self. Also another thing is in utah there is an lds church around every corner almost, so it doesn't take that long to get to church, it takes me a max of 5 mins to get to church, so for you guys it takes so much longer to go to church and the ride is much longer, and you guys still go that also shows how much faith, respect, and love you have for the church! that is just soooo amazing to me, lastly in utah we have over 12 temples here i would say max it take 30 mins to get to the nearest temple, (not counting all the road construction) some people have to go 3 to 4 states away just to get to the temple to do the temple work, and they do it regualar. And us in utah (living less then 30 mins away) have such a hard time to do it. So i am sooooo impressed with the non utahans that do that you show sooo much faith and love in doing that, now i am not saying that us people in utah don't do this things cause LOTS of us do. I know you guys are prob. tired of hearing me blab but about 2 years ago i wasn't to happy with my self i was gettin 1.35 gpas in school, had very low self esstem, and thought about many differnt ways to kill myself, but i never quit praying and going to church, thats what saved me in my opionin, I started to turn my life around and in the 8 grade as i told you i was getting 1.35 and i tryed my hardest to do my best in school, prayed about it went to sem. and everything, well first term i got a 3.44 one tenth from being on the honer roll. I was soo amazed that i jumped so drasticly! Then i had this dream about the second coming it was soooooo amazing ( i will tell you about it if you e mail me) but i remember walking up that morning and just crying casue i knew right then that god helped me in school and when the second comeing does come i want to be lifted up and live with god agian. It means so much to me and i will do ANYTHING to get there. I just want all of you to know that i love the gospel with all my heart mind and soul. i know with out a dought that it is the true church of god! | Comments: | I don't want to be rude or anything but you really need to update your page...the only thing on it is a list of the mebers and a description that you wrote on what the page is about. How are mormon girls supposed to get insight and share their thoughts when there is no way to do that on your page? It is nice that you have quote pages and scripture pages on your page, but the only problem is that you don't have any scriptures or quotes on it. Maybe if you do not have the time to run your page or if you are not going to actually put stuff on your page someone else should be the president of the club...even though it isn;'t much of a club when you don't even acknowledge new members. In order to have a web page you need to take the responsability of actually running it and updating it...there hasn't been anything on it for over 2 months...to me it is a waste of a web page. I hope that you know that I don't mean to be mean, I am just frustraed that when I look at your page there isn't anything to do on it, it isn't very fun or usefull. | Comments: | I think that this page is GREAT!!! It is so nice to finally
have a clean chat room to talk to people in. My dream is the same as many of yours. I would like to be married to a man strong in the faith in the temple. It is hard to be a member of the church in Iowa when there are only three (in my case) other members in your entire school. A lot of the people at my school don't understand why I have the values that I have. Many others have harsh misconceptions about "the Mormons" and don't believe me when I correct them about these. But I know that if we remain strong in the faith, no matter how much we are turned away, we will make it in the end. |

It is about time that we, the young women of Zion, got a place to turn to when we need help or even just to say hi. I know from personal experience how hard it can be to live in a world that has become so evil and discouraging. This is a wonderful way to battle the pressures that Satan places upon us as we survive more and more of these perilous last days. But no matter what he throws at us, we can and will triumph with the help of our dear Heavenly Father. I ask that all of you keep in mind the words of my favorite scripture, Alma 37:36. "Yea, and cry unto God for all thy support; yea, let all thy doings be unto the Lord, and whithersoever thou goest let it be in the Lord; yea, let all thy thoughts be directed unto the Lord; yea, let the affections of thy heart be placed upon the Lord forever." I am Melanie Bishop. I live in Rockingham, NC. The church here is a branch. We are very small. There aren't many youth here either. It is hard to hang just with other members. It is also hard to find good places to go here. I am glad to see that the young women can now get together and read thoughts and testimonies of other youth that believe that same thing I do. That we can help each other to stay strong. I know that when you have a group of people that believe in the same thing, there is no pressure to do bad things. Everyone here wants each other to stay strong and choose the right. That is what I love so much about this church. My dream is to be able to be spotless when I reach the judgement seat on that wonderful day. I want my Heavenly Father to tell me how proud of me he is and that I am worthy to live with him for eternity. I want so much for him to look at me and tell me to enter into his kingdom that I may have eternal happiness with the mate that is worthy of me. I am thankful for this site.
