I for one am overjoyed that you share every morsel of this thing on here because you tell it like it is, no BS, and that's what people NEED to know. Anyone reading your journal knows you are a gazillion miles from being a loser. In fact, you're quite the opposite. You've overcome major obstacles to get yourself into amazing condition and you've stood on that stage a real competitor. That all make for a pretty big WINNER in my book.
