John Wednesday, October 9th 2002 - 12:28:58 PM Honestly, I think Kathy will probably go down in history as one of the most memorable Survivor contestants. I'm still floored by the fact that she was targeted to be the first Rotu team member to be kicked off, and yet she managed to make it to the final three. Kathy quickly became my favorite early on in the game, and I'm still a little troubled that she didn't win it all. Neleh and Vecepia were awful during that final immunity challenge. Neleh distracting Kathy, and then Vecepia betraying her alliance with Kathy. I'm just hoping that Kathy will be on the all-star edition of Survivor and win the million then, because she certainly deserves it.

If ever there was a deserving winner, it was her. The entire family is saddened by this and have vowed NEVER to watch another Survivor!!! ....not true, but will try. Of all of the 64 Survivors thus far that we have seen, Kathy is the only one who I was totally rooting for and the only one who I think really exemplified what the show and the game should ideally be about. Kathy deserved the million dollars, but perhaps it's even better that she earned the true respect and affection of audience members.
