 Mm... So here is where all those 'Love is' things went...

For those of you who didn't know, the very first thing I requested Mervin to write for Pattra (NTUBS four-monthly newsletter) was actually 'what is love'.

He returned me a poem, which I liked a lot, and insisted on putting it in the newsletter. But later he had to refine it as the poem was deemed not suitable...

The 'finally-accepted' version turned out to be a quite commercialised one. I'd say, it was not something I like... I guess neither does Mervin like it.

Because: it's something commercialised. It lost the spirit.

Now I saw this cool collection of poems. I have a feeling that the poems are singing out the voices from Mervin's heart (not brain, hahaha) in a *silent and solemn dim room* (perhaps they are really too 'gray').

These are the poems *whose* spirits are not kidnapped.
