That includes Pixies, Goblins, Fairys and a Dragon. I saw the pixies and goblins in my garden once or twice - i didn't know what they were doing but the goblin ran away when it saw me. | Comments: | I asked one of my Grandmothers sisters if she remembered a poem my Grandma used to tell me when I was quite young. She remembered the poem but not the words. After a search, your site came up with it. I was very impressed. The Goblins will get you. I remembered the first line and title and that was all. It seems like there may have been another verse, but being 30 some yeares ago, it is possible, not totally likely, there wasn't. This poem was told back when it was ok to threaten kids with otherworldly creatures as a form of warning and learning. I know it worked on me for years. Similarly, I believe many fairy stories meant to do the same.

I have been blessed with visits from Elves, a beautiful faery and two tree spirits some time ago. They were wonderful and no trouble at all. They come through one corner of my bedroom window. they were about the size of a small cat ,but the tree spirits were bigger.! I have not seen any for some time, But a lovely kind of arrangement appeared from the corner of the window the other night it was made up of rose hips, it was so bright ,so pritty, so maybe they havent forgotten me!
