| I would like to say...: | I appreciate all the kind words that have been written since Lauren's passing almost 7 years ago.
I am appalled at the number of spam messages that have been written in a child's memorial guest book. People who spam their ridiculous products in a child's memorial guest book are the scum of the earth as far as I'm concerned. I have other things to do than than police my daughter's memory (guest book) for spam messages. Lauren was a very sweet young lady who's memory should not be tarnished by idiots who feel it is their God given right to spam what isn't theirs. Because the spammer IP's appear in my inbox, I will be publishing the offending IP's along with the spam they promote. Hopefully those who are as appalled as I am will complain to the offending ISP's so these spammers are banned from the internet. It's sad that some people have no respect for those who have passed away, or for the families that they left behind. I miss my child each and every day!!! |

Lauren was a very good person.S he tuched so many lives in so many ways.one of my favrite memories with lauren was when her and her friend planed a sleepover for just the two of them.Me and my aunt summer were bored so we went up stairs to go see if we could play with them,even though they worked hard to plan the sleepover for just the two of them they still let us play with them.i really think that if you can just look at what she did for me and my aunt when we were bored imagin what she did for other people.she was a very good person to everybody.so again thak you for typing such wonderful letters in the guest books |

She had many friends and a few were her sisters friends and seems horrible to have lost someone so close to you. It was along time ago since I went to this website. I saw everything again and had to let Summer know that I am really sorry for her loss even if it was a long time ago. I am sorry for everyone that knew her to have to go through what they went through.

We were in girl scouts for a lottle wile and in the summer Lauren, Steven, Summer and i would go to a church and we would have a lot of fun. I can still rember the day i found out what happend to Lauren i was hopeing and wishing it wasent tru but now that i have had some time i have come to see that i was being selfish and that Lauren is probably very happy were she is. I pray every night that Lauren went peacefully but i will never no that because no one ever told me what she had or were i could go to see her. all i new was that she was sick. I know in my heart that Lauren is an angel and that she is around us every day checking up on us to make sure we are safe and happy. I will always love and miss Lauren. You are my best friend and I thought I could always make you happy by making funny faces, telling jokes, and just plain making you laugh. But when Lauren died I knew I couldn't just tell a joke to make you feel better. I just want to say that if you need to talk about her give me a call and I'll be there. I can't believe it's been almost three years sence Lauren died. It feels like just yesterday when Mackenzie, Jessica, you, and me were all in the bathroom grabbing tissues as fast as we could. When we heard that Lauren died I didn't really believe it at first. That was until I saw her resting peacfully in Gods hands that I knew she was truely gone. | I would like to say...: | I read with great interest "a mother's diary of what was happening in Lauren's life after diagnosis." Since I have experienced the loss of a child, I could relate to many of the mother's emotions. It seems like your whole world has turned upside down overnight.
We give all the praise, honor and glory to God for bringing us through these trying circumstances. Whether we realize it or not, God is making us strong. We absorb the strength and love left behind by our beloved children. God has prepared us for a greater mission. We must pray to God and remain faithful. He will direct our paths. Remember that God loved us so much that he allowed us to be blessed by one of his beautiful angels. Lauren is protecting her family like a little guardian angel. | I would like to say...: | Lauren was a loving person. She treated me like a sister.She treated me like her own. When I saw her at the funeral in her resting bed, I broke out in tears. At the funeral Summer, Mackenzie, Jessica, and me were crying in the bathroom grabbing tissues as fast as we could. Lauren was always there when we need her. I remember at Summer's and Lauren's house we had a sleepover and we had a blast. We had a singing contest and Lauren declared,"We all win!" She never wanted to make any one feel bad. I think this poem fits Lauren perfectly. God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered come with me. With tearful eyes we watched you we saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stop beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the very best. That relates to Lauren in many ways. Too many to type. I can only name one, God did take the very best. The very best was Lauren.

Lauren was such a smart, funny & sensitive young lady, even when she didn't feel well she always managed to put a smile on my face or say a little something to make me giggle. At times her candidness & honesty stunned & amazed me. | I would like to say...: | I remember when Lauren and I went to her dad's and did "Make-overs" on each other, or when we built that pyrimid for mr minch's class. And the funny thing about that is we Laughed the whole way through it im surprised we didnt mess it up...
I also remember finding out lauren had cancer, and she told me no one called her anymore besides me. I wondered how can someone say there her friend with out walking with her and her family through this time. and after a while having the cancer on her 13th Bitrthday i remember not shutting up about going and seeing Lauren, :). and when i came back home from the carnival (with lauren of course) and my mom came and picked me up, my mom never heard the end of that story. when ever i could get to a phone ( or get a phone card) the first person i thought about calling was lauren, and i did. She was not only a BEST FRIEND she was like a sister to me. and now i wonder what those people feel like now that had gone through school making fun of her. do they feel bad, or wish they can go back to that time? i really don't know how anyone cant love a person that loved everyone even the people that disliked her at the time. I also remember when we went to cananda and we wanted to be in the same group and everything, we got to pick our group. And of course we where together. and when we where in Casa loma we got lost, we got lost from our parent we where with, the child we where with ( there was only 3 of us) but we wernt scared because we where together and we had a blast. going through all these memories i can't help but smile. Because i know she is here with you, me, her brothers and sisters, ashley and nicolas, and her dad ect... she told me about just about everything. and right before she left us to join the good, she was so excited about getting her little puppy:). she was the most happiest child I have ever seen... and that made me happy:) even though I cry and want her back so bad, I'm glade she's not suffering anymore, and now she's with the all might GOD. And like the saying goes "only the good die young". i really dont think she should have suffered as much as she did but everything has a reason behind it. even If we dont understand it. because i don't understand any of it....
