My best friend and I are EXTREMELY FASCINATED by the paranormal and supernatural. We are ghost hunters TO BE SURE, if not professional ones. Interesting site. I can tell you of a haunting in Aurora that you don't list: the former commander's quarters at Fitzsimons. I lived there in the years immediately preceding its closing, part of the time in the guest house of those quarters (my father was Col. John M. Bull, the base's last CO) and can tell you that the main house and guest house/garage were DEFINITELY haunted. | |

i dont think that the stanley hotel is haunted but i may be wrong me and my sister were going to have a double wedding up there at the stanley hotel, but we never did. so i think until i experince anything haunted about it then its not haunted. | |

Found this upon conducting research on several strange experiences my sister had while staying at the Hotel Colorado for just one night. She stated that a girl stayed in the corner of her room all night folding oragami. At one point she got a really strong feeling and took 2 pictures... imagine our surprise when we took a look at the pictures and can make out the shape of a girl in them. She was also awakened in the middle of the night by what she calls, "the most unearthly sound, a gutteral screaching howel". Incredible! | |
