| Comments: | I just wanted to say that I enjoyed Mr. Jaye Davison character in the Crying Game and in Startgate, and I was a little disappointed that he did not want to remain in the acting community. I am not gay, but I like his characters that he played and wish I could meet him as a person. I am the type of person that see these people as being great at what they do, but I just really want to know them as real people, and to see what they talk about, what they like, and just hang out with them. I am a former soldier, but now I am retired, but still working for the government. Thank you for the movies you did give us Mr. Davison, and If it is in my future maybe I will meet you but if not thank you anyway. As I became more comfortable with my sexual identity and my appearence, I understood what I saw in him. I Googled his name and saw what he looked like in regular life. I saw some resemblance in my own features and reading the interviews with him that my attitudes were pretty much the same.( Being Gay, a minority, having long hair, and somewhat femimine in appearence, and not considered what the gay community considers the ideal image of what is attractive, I understood.)

But, on a side note I would also like to state that I have a somewhat infatuation albeit crush on Jaye Davidson. I have ever since I was younger and watched Stargate. But, growing up you kinda lose track of things. I love how Stephen Rea says, "When I was a child...I thought as a child. But, when I became a man...I put away childish things." I can relate to this, but my curiosity and feelings as a young boy did not go away. So, I guess, yeah, Jaye is the love I can't have. But, I still love him and support him as a fan. |

j'étais petite quand j'ai vu "Stargate" la première fois; je ne rappelle pas le jour et non plus avec exactitude quel âge j'avais, peut-être 10 ans, ou de plus, ou de moins, mais ce qui est bien la sensation qui ai essayé. Depuis ce moment en devant tu es devenu ma grande idole du coeur et tu me plais encore aujourd'hui comme la première fois. Maintenant j'ai 18 ans. Si je regarde "Stargate", je ne me le garde pas tout de début, mais seul depuis le moment dans lequel tu apparais, et chaque fois, tu me plais toujours de plus. Regarder te me détend, il me fait oublier tout ce qu'il me fait entendre triste, tout ce qu'il m'angoisse... Quand j'ai par contre commencé à voir "The crying game", j'avais peur de ne pas savoir se reconnaître, mais pas dès que Jody a montré la photo à son kidnappeur et elle a été cadrée, je t'ai reconnu.... Il y a gens qu'ils pensent à la chose ils pourraient dire à leur star du coeur si seul ils la rencontrassent, mais je non, parce qu'à le moment de la rencontre probable, je pourrais ne pas réussir à émettre un souffle aussi, je pourrais m'évanouir comme je pourrais ne me pas évanouir... Une chose cependant je te la dirais: Jaye tu es très beau, tu as des très beaux yeux!!!! |

We were just begining 2get N2 his groove, then he pulled out. Being an actor and getting nominated 4 an oscar the first time out means the talent was there!! I't's just a shame not 2 continue. Maybe he'd gone 2 the highest level he could go. Once u r an actor, it's hard 2 have a normal life again. The pressure is on. Trying 2 get yourself out there and staying takes real confidence, balls, drive, desire, passion and taking in constant rejection and BS!!!. After he did Stargate, I remember a comment he made stating there weren't many parts made for his interests. I think we all accept that he's a different kind of cat. Only memerable people get a website maybe, which is cool 2 vent about one of the most promising actors around. I don't think we got enough of seing him. Like River Phoenix, another promising young actor cut N his prime(unfortuantly 2 a drug overdose) was just gone, like jaye, 2 soon. Jaye u r truely missed. You let them all down with your selfishness and your petty desires. Now you are too old. And you've done yourself the greatest diservice imaginable...you've turned your back on your calling and now you're living off your past, like some Palm Springs hag. The worst thing you did, you did to the gay community, at a time when they needed a peer to look up to, you chose, as your final film, something so vile and anti-human, it presaged the war in Iraq on almost every level. You took money from nazis and set yourself up as a punching bag for the right wing. Black, beautiful, gay, and independent, I *knew* "Ra" was going to die, in a way that "Dil" didn't. I accuse you of knowing all this in advance...and not caring. This is how I was able to fall OUT of love with you. I don't know what's to become of you, but believe me, I won't go out like that. Even though you arnt acting anymore I still love you. I know you hate being forced all of the time but I am going to incourage you anyway. God gave you a great gift of acting he didnt give you the option between being a hairdresser LOL and acting he gave you acting. Dont make the mistake I did I was a great gymnast and My mom told me everything about having the gift of gymnastics. So one day I decided to not be afraid and I was fist place gymnast and my team also won first place. And I was awarded most improved and most powerful. And now everyone at the gym asks me what my secret is I say it in 4 words I believed in myself. And now I have several metals and several trophies and now I am an even better gynast then I was back then, I have been there all my life since I was 2. So do it for your fans which does include me, and also do it 4 yourself. Remember anything is possible you just have 2 believe in yourself. Now about "Cousin Joey" was in Development The Director was Sante D'Orazio. The cast was Mickey Rourke, Jaye Davidson and Michael Wincott. | Comments: | I dream of meeting him one day. I have 2 of his movies and a few of his movie memorbila. I think he is gorgeous and hot. I knew a guy in Omaha, NE that looked simular to jay except he was taller. His mother was Hawaian and his father was black. He was also gay. But he too was hot and gorgeous and I have't seen him in a while. I really liked his as a friend, but his father died and he kinda disappeared. Maybe that is why I have somewhat taken to him. When I saw The Crying Game the first time, I just loved it. I thought he did a wonderful acting debut, and the rest of the crew was great, espescially Stephan and Miranda. I enjoyed Stargate to and Jaye did great in that movie as well, but my favorite is The Crying Game. I would love an e-mail from him or an autographed picture of him, it doesn't have to be nude, but he does have a great body. I only saw the movie a couple of yrs ago and I can't get it out of head. I wished I could have seen it when first came out, but I was moving and starting a new life about 900 miles away.
