I got to meet you ONCE at Dragon*Con... I think it was in 1998... maybe 99... but either way it was shortly before you left all of us. It is now 2006 and the channel that you used to call home #alt.vampyres is usually a graveyard, hardly anyone now comes to chat and have fun as they once did. I wish time was slower, and I could go back and pause a moment of time when all of us were happy, and still active enough to realize that our time is worth a few moments online every night! Maybe someday... people will start up a reason for all of us to come back there every night as we once did! | Comments: | I read all of this only recently, in true fact over three years after it happened, i felt drawn to the memorial page on altvampires as i am always compelled to read the emotions felt of loss when i loved one leaves. I never knew any of you or even the person that i only know as DarkRaven from the heart felt messages left by what seems to be many true friends. I feel the world has lost a truely great person after just reading what you says about herself on her bio page and what her friends said about her. She seemed like a intelligent, humorous and caring person. My most heart felt sorrow goes to all of you who lost a friend and companion in the journey known as life three years ago. I will pray that she is in a better place because of person of her nature and a person with true friends as she has deserves something so much better than a life that would cause her to do something like that. I myself came close to suicide when i was younger and i have had close friends take their lives. i know how it feels it is something you just always cant grasp. You feel you could have done something more but in the end you failed. I hope none of you feel that way i truely hope none of you feel that way its not a life anyone should have to live.
