Comments: Hi, Margot. YOur mom saw an article about me in the News and Observer and sent me your link. Your work is very beautiful. And I love the car! Like you, I grew up in Boston, went to the Museum a lot, but my mom got the MFA from the museum school and went on to do glass art. I was studying to be a ballet dancer. Anyway, I came to art quilting in a roundabout way, but now that I'm here, I'm lovin' it. Keep doing what you're doing--it's very good. Have you found any good galleries to represent you out West?

Sincerely,
Roxane Lessa

Comments: Dear Margot,
I found your website by accident and I'm so happy that I did. Many years ago, when you and your dad were moving, you gave Sam my youngest son an old Garfield the Cat sketchbook of yours. He colored in & out of your lovely sketches, carrying it with him to first grade. How I wish I had saved those drawings. Both yours & his.
Seeing your gallery today I am awestruck by your work. It is truly beautiful and brilliant.

I know somebody who works at LACMA and told her about your upcoming show. She checked out the web site and thinks you're very talented. She said she'd come to the exhibit.

Maybe you'll get your own wing at LACMA!
