Thanks for dropping by the blog and leaving a comment. You go girl!!! I can't say that I haven't missed the cigarettes. I think about them at least once a day. I have these fleeting cravings but I know it is just a head game because the physical addiction left weeks ago. I just keep asking myself if it is worth having that little puff...I know where that road goes. This is the fourth time in 25 years that I have quit. I don't think I will smoke again. It was so great to hear from you. I am very happy to hear about all that you have accomplished in your life, I even border on jealousy in regards to your Japan experience.
