Take it from someone who HAD depression ,but also has kids.Frances alone would have been reason enough to go on living. | Comments?: | I have liked Nirvana for many years now, even from before I went to University which is usually the foundation of Nirvana followers and even though every time I buy Nevermind (14 copies so far) something always happens to it!! I have read all books about Kurt and Courtney including 'Who killed Kurt Cobain' & the most recent 'Love & Death, the murder of Kurt Cobain' any true follower that not only appreciates Kurt's MUSIC but also the excentricity of his life will realise there is a chance of both murder or suicide to have taken place. Kurt was a very unhappy man nearer the end, not right at the end but close to it due to Courtneys control and jealousy, Kurt wanted to give Frances Bean all the love he could and didn't want ehr to not have a mum and dad who lived seperate lives, he wanted to eb there and if that meant putting up with Courtney then that is what he would do, the only down fall was that he became depressed adn his drug intake maximised. For anyone who knows about heroin and it's effects it is an awful controling thing which there is not often escape (from being with someone on heroin not from personal use!) I believe that Courtney knew this and that she used this factor to her advantage. He was said to be happy right at the end, quoted as saying 'I am the happiest I have ever been!' anyone who has suffered from deppression knows that when someone asks you how you are feeling, you concoct the biggest load of bullshit you can about your feelings to protect your true feelings from those who are prying. My personal view is thatKurt was still very much depressed before he died BUT The evidence (even though the police seem to not think so) is strange for suicide. as you have all stated the gun, drug intake, stool etc are just not correct for a suicide, which makes me think Murder. I do think (as far fetched as it is) Believe that Courtney Love is possibly capable of murdering Kurt for her own personal proffit. She has a motif, she has been recorded as asking someone to do it who coinsidentally got hit by a train after admitting Courtney had hired him!! It all seems very strange and it is a very unbfortunate loss, for Kurt Cobain was a master of his own art and an excentric member of a fucked up society. |

Courtney tried to have a hit man kill him awhile before he died and everyone involved in Kurt's case were either killed or kept their lives in secret.....that says something. The suicde note had nothing to do with ending his life except for the last 4 lines which were proven to not be his handwriting. Plus, no one could prove that he killed himself but a lot of evidnese that he could have been murdered. There is a lot lot of other things in Kurt's case that just don't add up.

But here's what I think ,I really dont know wheather kurt killed himself or not, the only people who know, would definatly be courtney and kurt, seeing as how courtney knows whether she killed him or whether she didnt, no one else. But I see everyone's point about how he had everything: a family, a daughter, money , friends. He accomplished his goal in life. He started out sleeping in a car while they were recording nevermind, so no matter how much he wanted people to believe that he just appeared on the grunge scene, thats a lie, he worked to get were he got he worked very hard to create the beautiful music that he did. When you get to the point to were you have everything you've ever wanted, you have nothing more to strive for or to accomplish. Kurt was a very confused individual, he had a beautiful way of thinking in my opinion, his voice melts my heart every time i hear a nirvana song, his lyrics are filled with emotional disstress and thoughts through his way of thinking. I think the reason im obssessed with nirvana is because i can relate my life to kurts, his feelings and his troubles. this is probably the first time that i have attmited that i am obessed with kurt coain.my life long goal is to move to seattle and actually become some one of importance so i myself could reopen the case because im not saying he did kill himself i not sure how could me, or anyone else really know the truth to that question?I know my dream is really far fetched but he we all have to have a little hope.Last summer i had *NIRVANA* in this way tattood on my back, so that way i will never forget his legend. Bottom line , she knew Kurt was going to divorce her so she got upset . If he divorced her she wouldnt gain profit from any of the shows he did , and she would never see any of his money. The alledged suicide note was a good-bye letter to his fans , not a goodbye to the world . In fact there were 2 notes , one of which Courtney destroyed because it mentioned the divorce , and that he was going to move away from Seattle. This made her furious and so she hired someone to kill him . Actually she told one guy " I'll pay you 50 grand to blow his fucking brains out ".......she never cooperated with the investigators , and her storys in which she released to the media and the press did not match the stories she told the police . She even made a comment after Kurts murder that " All publicity is good publicity " , along with telling the investigators that his death would help her records sell.
All evidance of murder points the finger directly at Courtney . She knew this , and so she had his body creamated after the first autopsy to cover her ass. The reason why is simple, she knew if they investigators reopened the case as a murder , and preformed another autopsy , that she would go to prison and loose all the money and everything both her and Kurt owned. |
