punkingdom i got fcking cheated! aiight it's probably because i was so fcking stupid and NOT cheapo. went to get our gloves today at bloody peninsular and there was this shop which caught my eye cuz there was a nirvana poster on it... we went in and asked if they had black leather gloves, y'know, for bloody cheer. and the womaaaan took out this box with ard 15 pairs... hmm. have i mentioned that you shld really archive your guestbook entries? anw, she said the price of 1 pair was 25 and i almost choked and died. what an old fraud. so she asked what our budget was and i stupidly went, "15." and then she offered to sell them to us at 15 cuz we were buying 12 pairs, but we were all like "uhhh... alright, we'll come back later." and i thought we were so smart. then she went "no, no. even if you walk ard you wn't find any shop selling gloves like these..." AND SO ON. finally, she said that if we bought it right there and then, she'll let us have them for 150. and so we paid her a 50% deposit and left. then jill said we shlda said 10 and not 15 when she asked what our budget was... d'oh! jeez, man. we walked ard tryna find a nice, decent-looking tailor, and we walked into this shop (which triggered my claustrophobia) and the tailor in there was so sh*t uhh... i don't know how to put her in words, but she scared us. i actually considered grabbing my stuff and scooting myself hell quick out of that dinky little store and she won't know what hit her BUT, i held my self-control and politely told her we'll come back later. which, of course, was a blatant, outright, lie. everyone knows that. if i tell you i'll call back later, chances are, i won't, since i don't wanna talk to you, dUH. anyway, we finally found a tailor at some little crook of a building. she was really really old and balding, and there was a maid sitting at the side of the store with this hill of fabric in front of her, and the poor creature was looking all abused and oppressed, like i usually do. no, she did not look like wednesday. anyway, we did the whole we'll come back later routine on the abusive old one, again, and... haha. SO, we finally found a good, trustworthy tailor somewhere... somehow. thus, ends my tale of courage and bravery in my quest for a valiant tailor worthy of making 12 sets of cheerleading outfits by the 25th of march. lex [e] [h] hey!!the thing at esplanade was like...such a drag.hmm..im into the habit of typing long entries on my blog and stuff..so i wouldnt make yours an exception.yea and im doing my english h/w on the war memorial thing..OHMYGOsHHHh..the cemetery was so cooool..cool beans!!beans are cool!!its so peaceful there..and like after reading the inscriptions on the so-cool-and-pleasant-looking tombs and knowing their ages...awww man..it was so sad..there were children killed as young as 17 hours old!!they barely lived yet!!i mean like..the youngest soldier on the army was like,your age??which is 16.and..he's dead!well,he wouldnt still be 16 if he had continued living..but imagine YOU dying at 16..urgh..dont wanna think of that..yea but chill bout the limo thing..IT'S not even yours yet.oH yES..that chocolate restaurant at the esplanade just so rocked..??!?..whaaat..?yea..i mean...it sorta rocked.but most of it sucked..cos like me and myra were so happy just to sit down at the choclate restaurant..i think its called max.. something.we ordered what appealed most to us..the chocolate shot..a SHOT..mind you.and that really SHOT us!!on the menu it was described as the "very cold ice chocolate with vanilla..bound to something like "sweep you off your feet"'..$6.90.so we told the waiter what we wanted..and said"we're gonna share"..he gace us da look..so like 5 minutes later..this waitress came,and we thought she was gonna ask us something or serve us appetizers..we thought WRONG..so DAMN wrong!!she was like.."one very cold chocolate..."we were like.."huh?!?!where?!?!"..it was in her hands. -_-" we came to realisation that our cup of "dronk" could be hidden in her hands!!so she placed it down and we were like suffering from locked-jaws..we didnt even say thanks or sth..remember the scene on DUPLEX??when the wife and husband were saying.."alright..so we're down to this.." and they look at this puny gun lying on this huuuuge table..?yea..that was exactly what came into my mind when the "drink" came..we were laughing and laughing and laughing and laughing.whaaaat..?thats what you call a "drink??".okay..here's a description of it..you cant really see it though..its like 4 cm in height..but knowing a vodka SHOT glass..1 cm is made of that thick glass..so we only had like 3cm of choc drink to SHARE..that was the worst part..!!we had to share!!so it was like 1.5cm for you..and 1.5 cm for me..bummerrrrrrr.so like after 2 minutes,we went to pay for the drink..but before that..we were making sure that we didnt leave a drop of choc drink left..so we rinsed the glass and made it crystal clean..made the best of it..took the thing which they call "straw" and went to the counter..i was doing what your friend JESS was doing..counting her "anus-rings"..i was counting coins till they reached $6.90..i kept taking out and putting back the coins..making it look as if i took out coins like 5 cents??yeaa..we were "hysterical"..ithink.. we din even know where we were supposed to go after that.we were walking aroung aimlessly..and couldnt get over that SHOT glass which literally SHOT us..myra was like whining and whining..and i told her.."Get over it myra!" a minute later i go.."Eh myra!!I cant believe i got cheated!!"haha..seriously..lesson learnt for that day??never order anything that has the word "shot" in it.grrrrr!
