punKingdom i got fcking cheated! aiight it's probably because i was so fcking stupid and NOT cheapo. went to get our gloves today at bloody peninsular and there was this shop which caught my eye cuz there was a nirvana poster on it... we went in and asked if they had black leather gloves, y'know, for bloody cheer. and the womaaaan took out this box with ard 15 pairs... hmm. have i mentioned that you shld really archive your guestbook entries? anw, she said the price of 1 pair was 25and i almost choked and died. what an old fraud. so she asked what our budget was and i stupidly went, "15." and then she offered to sell them to us at 15 cuz we were buying 12 pairs, but we were all like "uhhh... alright, we'll come back later." and i thought we were so smart. then she went "no, no. even if you walk ard you wn't find any shop selling gloves like these..." AND SO ON. finally, she said that if we bought it right there and then, she'll let us have them for 150. and so we paid her a 50% deposit and left. then jill said we shlda said 10 and not 15 when she asked what our budget was... d'oh! jeez, man. we walked ard tryna find a nice, decent-looking tailor, and we walked into this shop (which triggered my claustrophobia) and the tailor in there was so sh*t... uhh... i don't know how to put her in words, but she scared us. i actually considered grabbing my stuff and scooting myself hell quick out of that dinky little store and she won't know what hit her. BUT, i held my self-control and politely told her we'll come back later.which, of course, was a blatant, outright, lie. everyone knows that. if i tell you i'll call back later, chances are, i won't, since i don't wanna talk to you, dUH. anyway, we finally found a tailor at some little crook of a building. she was really really old and balding, and there was a maid sitting at the side of the store with this hill of fabric in front of her,and the poor creature was looking all abused and oppressed, like i usually do.no, she did not look like wednesday.anyway, we did the whole we'll come back later routine on the abusive old one, again, and...haha. SO, we finally found a good, trustworthy tailor somewhere... somehow.thus, ends my tale of courage and bravery in my quest for a valiant tailor worthy of making 12 sets of cheerleading outfits by the 25th of march.
