| Comments: | I am OBSESSED with Thoroughly Modern Millie. I know all of the songs by heart!!!! My friend really likes it, too, so she gave me the Cd! After visiting this site, I always sing the dropped verse instead of the second verse in the title number! Next spring my dance studio is probably doing Thoroughly Modern Millie, and I hope I'm Millie or Miss Dorothy. It would rock to be Millie! Miss Dorothy is fun too. I always listen to my cd while doing homework. Usually I belt right along! (No, I have not broken a window, but I did wake my baby brother out of a sound sleep because I sang Gimme, Gimme too loud. My mom said she was soundproofing the house afterwards!) I am going to New York this Christmas, and when I get there I'm going to rip my boarding pass in half and sing "Not for the Life of Me" right in the middle of JFK airport. HEHEHEHEHE!

Second, anyone planning to go to New York wanting to see Millie, either get the tickets ahead of time, or get to the box office 3 or 4 hours before the show starts... my grandparents got on line for my friends and me over three hours before the show started and ended up with the last 2 standing room only tickets... since I had 8 people wanting to see the show, that was impossible, so I just had them use the tickets. Sutton was out that day anyway. Either way, we saw Flower Drum Song with Lea Salonga, and that was very well done. ~Kyrabear >^..^< |

I'm a huge Millie fan, I've even met most of the cast and took a workshop with Megan Sikora where we learned the "Thorouhly Modern" dance number. I love the cast!
