| How did you find my Scrapbook?: | I can't remember. It's been a while since I found your site. I just hadn't signed the scrapbook yet. I was bound too find it sooner or later because I've been constantly researching the family and especially Marie since 1988. If I find something new I always skim for Marie's name first before I read it. |
| Which is your favorite picture of me?: | In Gilliard's "Thirteen Year's at the Russian Court", Marie is recovering from the measles in 1917. The picture quality is much better in the first edition than the reprint, where all of the photos are rather grainy. Tatiana is sitting by her, Anastasia standing next to her. Marie in this photo is beautiful beyond words. |
