| Comments: | I too saw James in Tale of Two Cities! Whoa! Amazing! I cried and cried, it was that good!
I got tickets to see him at the Asolo as he added a second night! Can't wait! |

| Comments: | I recently saw you in A Tale of Two Cities in Sarasota, and enjoyed it immensely. When I saw last Sunday that you were returning in January for a benefit concert, I immediately contacted the friend who went to "Tale" with me and we decided to go to the concert. I called the box ofice Monday afternoon, and were told that the tickets had sold out that morning!!!Do you think you could come back for another concert in Sarasota? I am sure there are many disappointed fans such as my friend and I. |

| Comments: | I saw James for the first time in "1776" at the Sacramento Music Circus on August 29th. I was really impressed with the whole show, and was amazed at James' voice. After the show I got a couple autographs from the cast, as well as James. He was really great, and I hope to see him in "A tale of Two Cities" on Broadway. :D |

| Comments: | I saw James in "Camelot" last Saturday night at Wolf Trap.
He is a fantastic singer and performer. Where can I purchase his Back from Broadway CD? CD Street is out of stock and I can't find it anywhere else. |

| Comments: | Hi. I recently bought a group of three "sliders" (the name plates used on the theater cast board) from the Broadway production of URINETOWN. The auction was by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids. I was after the other two in the lot, and am now reselling the James Barbour slider. Thought I'd mention it here in case anyone is interested. Auction closes Jul-06-07 14:18:50 PDT. Item # 200124512026

| Comments: | I just happened to stumble on your site and I was delighted to see the recognition to James Barbour. He is INCREDIBLE. I can't play Jane Eyre enough and I so wish there was a DVD of the Broadway production, which I unfortunately did not get to see. I just love the music, but more so because James was brilliant. I got goose bumps listening to him sing. I would love to know what he is up to in the future because I hope to someday catch him on Broadway. He is certainly worth it! |

| Comments: | Saw you as Lancelot in Camelot at the Ordway on March 11, 07. You were the best performer on the stage. We sincerely wished everyone else would have risen to your and Lancelot's high standards of theater. Definitely, your performance out shown even the Yorks'.
My major cricism was not of you but of the hair styles of the other men of the court. Looked like high school kids trying to look medieval until the show was over. Then, back to Mohawks, etc. |

| Comments: | Just saw your performance at the Ordway (March 11, 07). Your performace as Lancelot out shown all others on stage. Yes, Lance is supposed to be a dominant character; however, your talent, singing and acting abilities were superior to even the Yorks. I sincerely wish all actresses/actors had measured up to your and Lancelot's high standards!
P.S. What on earth was going on with the mens' hair styles? The other men of the court looked like high school boys trying to tame their current 2007 hair styles to look somewhat Medieval before springing back to Mohawks, whatever! |

| Comments: | We were so happy when we came across this website - great job! Finally - up to date information on James! We've seen James in Jane Eyre 12 times and was devastated when it closed. Also, seeing Back to Broadway was just as thrilling. Keep us posted as to his next venture.
Thanks for a great site. |

| Comments: | Nice site! I'm a big fan of Jim's. I first saw him (12 times) in Beauty and the Beast and have been lucky enough to see him in just about everything he's done since then. I adored him in Jane Eyre and Godspell and Camelot and, oh, heck, I've loved him in everything. He's got a fabulous voice and he's a great guy! Hope he gets a show back in CA one of these days. Would love to hear that voice again!!!
Too bad IMs don't have sound!!!! |

| Comments: | Hey, in response to whoever asked about James cutting a cd... I believe he is. A CD recording of Back from Broadway is supposedly supposed to come out soon. That's from James' "official site" but, so far, it's nothing great. This is way better!! Ten times over!! |

| Comments: | I fell in love with James' voice after seeing him in Jane Eyre on Broadway - saw the musical four times! I bought the Lerner, Lowe & friends CD just to hear James sing "On the Street Where You Live" - incredible. I listen to the soundtrack from Jane Eyre at least once a week - it brings back so many wonderful memories of the show. I appreciate your sound clips, but would love to hear that James is recording a CD - his voice is the best! James certainly deserves all the accolades he receives. |

| Comments: | I enjoyed your site. I saw Jane Eyre on Broadway 3 times. It's always been my favorite book, and I enjoyed the musical. I completely fell in love w/ Jim's voice. He has an amazing talent. It doesn't hurt that he's extremely tall and handsome, but his voice is incredible. I hope to see him on Broadway again soon. I play my Jane Eyre soundtrack all the time. I wish that I had other cds of his work. It was nice to hear the sound bites that you have here. Thanks! |

| Comments: | James Barbour's talent is worthy of notice, praise, and admiration. I will be pleased to watch him attract all the praise and awards he well deserves.
He is absolutely right about the NYC version of Jane Eyre...the changes made in NYC weakened it over the La Jolla version. What a shame; the people in charge of making decisions missed many of the powerful details and lost the chance to get the highest praise possible. This show is among the greatest I've seen - and I go back to the original opening of Oklahoma in NYC after World War II - my views are experienced and educated ones. On that basis, I suggest that you "Just watch Barbour!" He will make everyone take notice. |

| Comments: | I like the site. I have been looking for sound clips of
James Barbour for a while and you have done a great job of collecting these. Is there a way I can get some of these to save, rather than just connecting every time? Great site! |
