There are a lot of small changes on the album songs compared to all the live performances I've heard. I listen to the album and I remember actually being present at the studio while some of those things were being worked out. That was a real privilege and a pleasure. Thanks for mentioning my name in album booklet too, that's always cool to see. When I was in high school in the early nineties, when I started listening to heavy metal, I would read the liner notes of the albums and the thank-you's and think how cool it would have been to be part of that scene, to be one of those people close to the bands, and enjoying that great heavy metal back in it's heyday. Then some years ago, starting with Bobby and Exhibition, and then Overlorde. I began to discover the many excellent metal bands underground. In bars and in rented halls of organizations (remember the pictures of the "grand poo-bahs" in their hats behind the Powermad stage!!!?) I discovered that, although true metal may be almost non-existent in the mainstream, it certainly is alive and thriving in other places and I'm proud to be a part of it. So I call on all my metal brothers and sisters to continue to support the music they love. It may not be on MTV anymore, its widest public broadcast may only be on your college radio station at 2 o'clock in the morning, but metal never came from the mainstream anyway.
