I know its been a while but Im still alive and kicking, have nit been able to do much lately with my back and all but I hope to soon come back playling Im having back surgery on November 10th and will be flat on my back for at least 4 weeks after, but I will recover and when I do I will need to get back into shape, slowly at first but I hope with the new implants life will be almost pain free. Hope you read this note and dont think I have forgotten my oath to serve thar Shire and her populace, my body has to catch up with my intintions. THX Owen |
