"The Lady Blandine's Celestial form is a winged unicorn. The Archangel Gabriel is not mad, insane, or anything else like that. In fact she is lucid and one of the nicest Angels to be around. The Gods of Mythology are God's creation, not man's. Their purpose was to give man an understanding of higher spiritual concepts. In many ways they are like the Archangels, in so much that sphere of control is much like being worded." Did you purposely set out to wreck the theme and tone of the game, or are you just an idiot? In Nomine kicks arse the way it is, and you obviously cannot handle a decently told story, which is why you seek to drown it in fluffy bunnies. Ugh. |

| Comments: | Does anyone actually know what they mean in In Nomine when
talking about a character's 'greatest gift'? I thought at first it was a celestial's resonance, but it's sometimes applied to humans too. Perhaps it's their apparent free will or something? *shrug* If anyone knows I'd greatly appreciate it (assuming they tell me as well... :)) Thanks :) |

This is my first time here, but the page looks great! :) I'm starting an In Nomine campaign soon (funny that, given the page I'm on... :)) where most of the players want to be human demon hunters- two of them want to be Children of the Grigori and both of them are basing their characters very heavily off Blade (sheesh! Originality! :)). Anyway, is there any advice/opinions that you guys have before I set off on my merry way to start the campaign? I'm not sure yet how I'll do it since it's really going to depend on what sort of things work and what doesn't, so any advice is greatly welcome. :) Thanks. :) btw just as a little bit of trivia, I'll generally say that the date in real life is the same as in game life, so if we get together on Jan 3 2000, then the adventure will start on Jan 3 2000, although this'll change over time. I'll also be basing it largely on my lil' hometown of Adelaide, South Australia. :) |
