Why you like Midorikawa-sama: i more than likely fell in love with his voice. it started when my brother purchased a game called Tales of Destiny, and eventually i beat it. the credits of one of my favorite characters was Hikaru Midorikawa, so i listened to the voice of leon more and more and i just fell in love with him!! then when my friend purchased SuperSmashBros.Melee, Marth, my favorite character because he had a lovely voice had hikaru. i didn't know at first till i had seen the name. i was shocked!! then my friend also bought samurai deeper kyo and hikaru's voice was Migeria, another of my favorites. it seems the anime i watch or the games i play, usually have hikaru. i just love him to death even if he is 42. n_n that's what's so cool about him!! he's a wonderful voice actor, i'm going to look at kill bill to find him, i'll keep looking. n_n
Comments: one day i will steal hikaru from japan and keep him, he'll sing for me forever, or just till he needs water. n_n i'm just kidding, i would only wish that he sings to his heart's content! when i buy his CD one day, i'll feel his feelings through the music, i guess that's why i love his voice so much. he is the god of voice i say.

Why you like Midorikawa-sama: I like midorikawa-sama because he's very cool he has a great voice but that's about it. When I first heard his voice from slayers best c.d. that he would look like a bishounen like all the characters he plays but i think you people are going overboard. he has a great voice and can play all those sexy bishounen but face it people he's like 40 something yrs old and not that very good looking.sorry.

Why you like Midorikawa-sama: Because he looks cute and friendly, he has amazing voice and he's Nobutoshi Canna's and Ryoutarou Okiayu's friend. ^^ Of course, there's a lot of other reasons to like him too. ^^
Comments: I can hardly wait that day, when I meet him. ^^ There'll be no way he'd come to Finland (where I live), so, there'll be no way to meet him without going to North America or to Japan, I guess. =) I wonder if he'll be willing to take a part in my 'manga'? Why you like Midorikawa-sama: I just love his voice. so cool. I love Rukawa and Zelgadis the most. recently listened to some of his BL cd dramas, still not very used to it. Anyway, I love Midorikawa very much!

I read one of his interview recently ( but it is an old interview) on his character (RUkawa kaede) and i am surprise he really understands his character so well and put in a lot of effort. not much more to say, he's a great Voice Actor, and he's got an amazing hot voice, especially when he says "wo ai ni"... i've had that done in person by him, i met him at Anime North 2003. ^^ he shook my hand, and signed my poster, n said Wo Ai Ni. ^^ i must have had 3 replies from him at his seminar for questions, because i asked him so many questions... hell, i even got him to sing!

Why you like Midorikawa-sama: His voice is extremely loveable and very attractive. Listening to his voice in songs and in anime or CD Dramas always brings a smile to my face. I love him all the more now that i've seen him in my hometown Toronto! I thought it's never be possible! And he said he loved me (I requested it, but as his anime character, and he said my name!)*squeels* and in english, too! I videotaped the whole thing, i'm so happy! *takes a deep breath, it happened 2 days ago...*

Why you like Midorikawa-sama: Weee... oh gosh, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE how he did as Zelgadis and Mikage (although all of his characters have that good ol' "Midorikawa Appeal," but his Schuldich/Heero laugh is scary... maybe he needs to study under Maria Kawamura or Koyasu-sama to master the art of the Villainous Laugh, the one Midorikawa-sama does as Faust barely avoids falling into the "o.O;" range). This obsession has gotten to the point where I wish I had import copies of Lunar 2 and Xenogears so I can hear Midorikawa-sama's mega-sexy voice as Hiro and Fei (although you do get to hear him as Fei in the US version because Square was lazy enough to leave the battle voices in Japanese. I go "WAI!" at the sound of his "BOO-YA!"). ^_^; But yes, Zel is my favorite, I bought all three Slayers DVD boxes just to hear him (OMG I <3 when he uses Ra-Tilt, I just go *_* when he does... especially the very first time he does it because of that nasaly battle yell, yay!). Eeeheeheehee.
Comments: "Namida ga Oboeteru," "Shooting Star" and "Flying Away" are excellent to listen to if you want instant puddlage. ^____^ Especially "Shooting Star." I just space out while listening to it... teehee. Oh yes, while I'm at it... Happy Birthday, Midorikawa-sama~!

Come on, you have to be very talented to be able to give so many different types of characters the perfect voice and Midorikawa-sama definately has that talent!
