hyde park and nearly every year at the royal albert hall in london,although there are a lot of axe players with better technique nobody comes close in terms of emotion and style that eric has. |

| Comments: I've seen 4 concerts now, but the concert in Ahoy Rotterdam (the Netherlands) in March 2001 was really outstanding. Playing "Tears in Heaven", "Wonderful Tonight", "B.B.-blues" and ofcourse "Layla" EC was on his best! Fortunately, Layla was not the accoustic version, but the rough 70-version. Well done EC!

scene is not that large down here, especially the blues aspect, but it is growing. man... Erik Clapton. He must feel very rich inside. At least I feel rich when I know that he exists. His voice is so warm and gentle and his words reminds me of how good the world could have been if all of us could appriciate what we have.
