After 20 years of gardening - growing everything under the sun literally and figuratively - I planted several Fairy Tale Pink daylilies two years ago just for something new in the garden. For the rest of my life I will never forget the first day I had a bloom. It was simply breathtaking and mind-bogling in its beauty! Your daylily photo's and gardens are so beautiful! We have been collecting hostas for 4 years and I have about 30 daylilies mixed in with my perennial gardens. Last winter someone on one of the hosta lists started sending in the most beautiful photo's of daylilies and now I am hooked. I planted 50 seedling last spring and a few more daylilies but now I have joined the AHS so next spring watch out. We already have one garden ready for the new daylilies we are going to order and I am looking for seeds so I can start them this winter.
