| Comments: | I am very pleased to be able to have found such a wonderful
site deicated to debating at Macquarie University. Some of you may have heard about the ADB or the Asian Development Bank. As the Deputy Director of this organisation, I oversee funding towards various development projects in the Mekong Region of South East Asia. Currently, I am based in Manila in the Philippines. Recently, I came into contact with University debaters from my region who recommended this site to me. From what I have seen, I am certainly quite impressed. They also told me about the friendships they made with some of the Macquarie debaters at various tournaments, particularly the Worlds and the Australasians of last year and again this year. As debaters as usually very fiery, I would be very keen to read comments from members of your society regarding foreign aid. I look forward to hearing from some of you soon. trips i have ever been to; with a geat bunch of people, and lots of them!!! Micheal you deserve a big pat on the back, for getting everyone together and organising the trip. Macquarie University's high academic standards. After my son Richard informed me of your web page, I made a santimonious decision to peruse the information on your debating society. Safety, security and stability sprung to my mind when I marvelled at the pictures taken at your tournaments. When I debated for the University of Sydney in 1957, I had enjoyable moments.
