I live in Livermore (Northern CA, east of San Francisco) with my husband, Jon. We have been married almost 17 years. I have a 32 year old son from a prior marriage.

| Comments: | 37 years since I left Mulholland?! I always found myself in trouble at this school. We took so many drugs and smoked so much marijuana that I'm surprised anyone remembers junior high at all. Me and Phil Silberman, Keith Lowenthal, Marissa Kelly, Chris Maggiore all worked on a newspaper that we handed out after school. My involvement in this resulted in my transfer to another school. I hated high school. My GPA at Birmingham was 1. I went to continuation HS for a while but I ended up in a occupational high school and learned landscaping. I started my own business as a landscape contractor, but at about 30 years old or so I knew I needed to make a living using my brain and not my back. Go figure, when I stopped smoking marijuana I wanted to be a doctor. As a kid I always wanted to be a scientist, so I went to Valley College for 2 years and then transfered to Occidental College (God bless them. A chemistry scholarship paid for everything). After Occidental College I applied for and was accepted to medical school. I met my wife Karen at USC county hospital. We have two great kids Bailey 10, and Emmy 7. We have a good life. We have been truly blessed with our children, health, meaningful occupations and love for each other. For the last 10 years I have practiced family medicine and urgent care medicine in Hollywood. |

I tried to get in touch with Steve Gincig but have not hear back from him. I speak to Jayne Goldberg now Farb daily -- she still lives in the valley.

Having my three children all go through school I would bore them with my memories of those times. I have a married daughter, a son in law school and my youngest daughter graduating college this June. When medically discharged in 1992 for a combat related disability, I got into education. My older sister still resides in the SFV & has been begging me to move back home. I believe this summer it might finally happen. It has so wonderful to read all of the names of my former classmates (so many fond memories of the people who in those times meant so much to me). I'd like to get in touch with my ol friends; Kathy O'Brien (HA HA!)and her brother, Dennis O'Brien (the first guy I ever frenched with)Julie Paquet(her 2 brothers fought in the Viet Nam war), Scott Rosenberg, (my ex-boyfriend) and Karen Whaley(my good friend.) I am married with 5 children, 3 are grown and 2 are still growing. I am physically fit for having 5 kids, still look pretty good after all these years. I would like to mention that in Mulholland Jr. High, there was once a boy whos face I use to slap every day,cuz I liked him, but to this day, I don't know his name. Eaks! Now, while looking over the list of the class of 1971 I see the sad word "deceased" next to his name. Even after all these years and even though he never knew I was alive I feel really sad. Does anybody reading this know what happened to him and how he died. |

My mom-in-law talked to Noor Amier Rossi and she said we weren't having one. Sigh. If anyone decides to do anything, PLEASE let me know. I don't want to miss another one. | Comments: | The reunion was great! It was so wonderful seeing everyone. Louis, you did a great job. I felt like I was on "This is Your Life". I was saddened to learn of Kelly Gilmore's passing, but was glad to learn that so many of my classmates have gone on to have such wonderful lives. It was great seeing all the old (but not old looking)teachers and principal, Mr. Regan. All of your dedication to education was so inspiring. I wish you all the best. | Comments: | Hi old pals! Firstly, thank you Louis for your organizational talent and your uncanny knack to see to it that each of us at the Luncheon received JUST the right Happy Meal Toy. (Those of you not present, don't even try to figure it out....it was a Louis thing :-). After coming down from the high of seeing all those wonderful faces who accompanied me through childhood and into adulthood, I realize how lucky we all were to have had one another. I for one made friends in each and every grade who profoundly affected my life (teachers included). As I get older and see my children enter school, I realize that those connections we all made were very precious...from the Kindergarten play yard to the gym antics of Mulholland days, it was all a blast. I am a (divorced) single Mom, raising three beautiful and rambunctious daughters (Sami-9, Alex-6& Jackie-5) and still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. I do have a wonderful "Significant Other" who is a joyous addition to my little family...we're just celebrating two years together. I've turned into a die-hard Ventura County resident (Camarillo....no jokes please), and want to go further North as soon as possible (Atascadero.....Oakhurst.....Fantasy Island). I look forward to hearing from any and all of you who didn't attend the Get Together, and of course, those who were able to be there - Please E Mail me and stay in touch! Managed to find and marry a great friend and partner (female)16 years ago who could put up with me . Her name is Cheri and we have produced three beautiful little Ambard's Noah-11, Zoe-6 & Phoebe-3. I do a bit of real estate out of my house and pretty much live a great life. We camp at North Shore and kayak all over the place. Hope all of you are happpy too. However, I would really love to hear from any of you and hope to be able to come to a future reunion. My husband and I are both psychologists who have a private practice together. We've been married for fourteen years, and have lived in Allentown for the past ten (his home town.) We have three children: sons who are nine and five, and a daughter who is seven. None of my family still lives in Encino and I haven't been there for years and years, but I hear that it has changed quite a bit. I hope to visit in the not-too-distant future.
