The fact that I am a fan has never been contested, but as for being number one, I never claimed anything of the like. But I do know when someone is throwing bullshit, and buddy, you stink of it. |

Seems to me that it was pointless to punish everyone because a couple of people made negative remarks, its like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Do you really think the BBC gave Roye permission or rights to their broadcast? The BBC release their own high quality professionally mastered cds, why would they let someone sell inferior cdrs? Wouldn't it be funny if Detective Constable Louise Adams had to come after Roye for breaking the law? If anyone has any rights to that concert it would be Rupert Hines. It was his band. You will not see Roye on any credits for any Quantum Jump album or song. All songs performed on that bootleg concert were written before Roye ever joined the band. Did I mention that the Quantum Jump concert is a boot that has been around for years? How low can Roye go? Let's see Rip fans off for money and not deliver products. Yet he still takes there money. Sell boots of concerts which makes him a professional bootlegger! Blimey now that is low very low. Sell BOOTLEGS of other peoples work. I cannot imagine he could go any lower than this but you never know. He is full of surprises. Maybe it wasn't Roy Clay who was behind all the dirty deeds. Now that he is out of the picture the dirty deeds didn't stop did they? Somethings never change. |

It is very ironic that he complains about people downloading and not buying his albums yet he is selling BBC concerts(unauthorized)as well as other bands materials he has no rights too or any rights at all! Why are they still are attacking the ones who bought items from the Nektar store and complain that they want either their money back or the products they paid for?. It almost sounds like that is Roye saying that stuff below something to the effect of things he has said in the past like: Come on get over it, I took a loss greater than you and since my loss was greater than yours yada yada yada. You just don't get it do you. It does matter to those who were ripped off by the Nektar Website. Oh by the way since you never sent me the things I ordered there is no way will I attend Rosfest to support you. I wont buy anything from Nektar ever again when you still owe me from the last time! |

Why don't you compose your own work and put it out there. Perhaps, at that point, it could be considered something constructive.
