COMMENTS	Hi! Going for your concert was really exhilarating for me considering I had not heard of Akatones before prior to this and how I regret only hearing of you guys now when you don't intend to do full scale concerts anymore! What a pity, sigh. The concert meant something to me as the ticket was a birthday present from two close friends of mine one of whom's economics tuition teacher when she was in acjc was Soo yong (hope I got the spelling right!) and gosh was it sucha lovely present, I thoroughly enjoyed the night (11th aug '02) and felt that the performance was really too short. But it was well put up and the efforts put in could be well felt. Haha though I could not hlpe casting glances at Cuthbert the percusionist with his cute dimples. I know he's married but call it schoolgirl admiration? Heh. Thanks for the wonderful experience once again, it was extremely exhilarating and you guys are a truly charming lot! Looking forward to seeing you guys perform again!

COMMENTS	i was at your SEVEN concert on sunday. great stuff! we enjoyed the music and was much entertained by the wise cracks. from an audience point of view, i do have some candid feedback for you, hope you guys won't mind... 1. more to take the lead... morgan is very good, but i think for more progress and versatility, more of you should take the lead on some pieces in the repertoire. not only will that inject diversity and variety into the performance on a whole, you would probably be able to do a longer concert. 2. more harmonies... i felt that most of the songs were done in a lead-accompaniment sort of way. morgan takes the lead while the rest of such of like becomes the 'vocal' band. having more harmonies to layer the lead rhythm could add colour and texture to the piece. well, that's my 2-cents worth. have a listen to 'take 6' - an american acapella group. i saw them at the singapore jazz festival. they were very good. thanks. kudos to raising the bar of the local music scene. regards, tan sung cheng
