I have been listening to Metal for several years now (though I stay for myself and don´t have any contact with the "scene", nor consider myself a "metalhead"). Still Watain and you guys seem to be one of few "bands" which really produce something powerful and paramount. I guess great things will always be seldom in our societies of conformity. Yor performance was a very emotional experience to me, specially embossed with "As Rome burns". That was just about the limit. :) Your exhibition was really convincing, even if I only have viewed it from the center of the upper gallery. Keep at it! | Comments: | I kow primordial for about 10 years now and become meanwhile a big fan.
Now, the time came to just say "thank you" you for your music. Primordial is one of the few bands which really makes music out of the heart which gets under my skin with real emotional moments. It's amazing. The atmosphere is phenomenal and real refreshing beside these new wave of so called, disgusting hyped, "Pagan Metal". Primordial, as it is, is a real work of art, or better said in a german word: "Gesamtkunstwerk". I've been on the Heidenfest in Stuttgart yesterday and just catched up for me that all the other bands, except Manegarm, are hyped way too much. The music doesn't say much and there were too many people, as it was possbile to enjoy the music for which i payed much money. Partially i felt like a poor animal kept in a mass stock. But thats antother theme... I'm a hoster of a small 1000 people open air called "Baden in Blut" and hoster like these are pissing me off; there were 300 people too much yesterday. Luckily all the kids left while Primordial entered the stage, so at least i could enjoy your performance. Essentially i want to say: Please keep your shining heathen flag raised out of the grey mass. You guys rock! I'm really looking forward to see you again on nov. 29th in Lörrach on the real fine Metal Forces Festival. See you there! P.S. Thanks for the normal merchandise and cd prices. The other bands are driving crazy with these. 20Eur for a T-Shirt and 25!!Eur for a girlies shirt is nothing but sick. |

Today I visited the Primordial site and read Nemtheanga´s message. I want to thank Primordial, I want to thank you for being a metalband, that didn´t not become a victim of the metal mainstream circus. Your success is what you deserve, your message is true, your music phenomenal, you spread out real feelings. When I have visited the Ragnarök Festival in Lichtenfels to watch your performence it seemed to me that there were many people who didn´t understand your message well, people who just consume.
