COMMENTS	My personal congratulations to Giancarlo for what he has been able to achieve with this great "paint of music". I had the chance to exchange e-mails with Giancarlo even before I was able to listen to his music. That has been quite a lucky opportunity to me to get in touch with his human beings, his kindness, humility and complete availability that when I finally listened to "Sol29" .... it couldn't be different. I do no have the presumption I have completely understood his concept, I only feel, strongly feel, tuned on his kind of music as I immediately felt with him after a few exchanges of lines. I love "Sol29": every time I listen to it, it transmits me simple emotions and evokations. Each tune is capable to transport me in different dimensions where they all come back to my mind, with the highest intensity, people, places, situations, expectations, delusions but also great moments of my life ... all with plently of melanchonic mood. Differently than other reviews I have read, I find that his music is absolutely personal and only partially close to any other artist, group or style I have alreday listened to, from the 70s to today, from the Progressive to the Pop, the New Age, Rock, Jazz, Classic and the several revivals that sometimes pop up. Of course certain rythms and the guitar of "The moment she knew" (maybe the best piece in this album) remember a bit those Pink Floyd of the second half of the 70s and the guitar, the voice tune and the sonority of "Overloaded" remember the best Steve Wilson of Porcupine Tree and the slow movement and the choir of "Sol29" have a bit of simlilarity with Sigur Ros but this is not copying those styles this is I am sure just a recogniction of the past, the recent past and the closest present. This is how I understand it and greatly appreciate it. Dear Giancarlo please keep on that path: I am sure this is just the beginning and you are capable to even evolve and give us other, probably different, emotions. Now I stop here my commnets and come back to listen again to your "Sol29". As it was said sometimes ago: let us make the good music and listen to it as much as possible and possibly let us stop to talk too much about it.

COMMENTS	I got in touch with NoSound more or less by accident - by translating a Finnish review - and I must say it's a new but very nice experience to me. Never heard much (and don't know much) about prog music, but the promo cd that I received really impressed me. My favourite is the first track (In the white air), the "where the hell did you go"-part really sounds desperate and icy. Only the third track (the child's game) I didn't like so much, it is little too experimental-sounding for me. But the rest of the promo is really great music, good to listen to when your home alone on a dark and cold night. One very nice and creative idea that I never saw before is the way of presenting the lyrics - a separate sheet for every song. I really hope it's going to be the same with the official cd. also the pictures on the background of the sheets are great and very much like the song itself. Thanks for sending me the promo! COMMENTS	Hello, my name's Kevin. I was writing from Ferrara, and I'm a young musician. I love ambient, prog, psichedelic and dark-rock, especially The Porcupine Tree, No-Man, Pink Floyd, King Crimson and Ozric Tentacles sounds. On Saturday afternoon, I've received the NoSound promo and I've immediately listened for 3/4 time until evening. After many listening the work of Giancarlo Erra's very good. I especially like the atmosphere of Idle End, sadly and moving; I definitely it an "interior trip"... I think that Giancarlo Erra is a great musician and a fine composer. I also think NoSound's project will open a new way for Giancarlo's sound... Now we waiting for the final work... Sorry for my "bad" English, but isn't good yet!!!

COMMENTS	I just want to listen to more material! Quite now I listend only to the free clips on the website, and I really liked it. Maybe it's because there's the 'sound' I like more, much of Pink Floyd in some moments, but it never seems a simple copy of that sounds but always a personal elaboration of something that is firmly inside the musical roots of the author.
