From 1982: The Salem Strangler Strikes" Roman "Wayne Northrop" meets Dr. Evans "Dedrie Hall" for the first time & pretends to be the Salem Strangler, but turns out to be a cop who is assigned to protect her. Marlena is killed by the Salem Strangler, but it turns out to be her twin sister Samantha. Roman kills the Salem Strangler, Jake "Jack Coleman" Roman & Marlena get married, marraige is interupted by Stefano & then sneak away to honeymoon with the help of Don Craig! Stefano dies of a Stroke. 1983/84 Salem Slasher Storyline Renee is the first victim killed by the Salem Slasher at a party. The Salem Citizens discover Renee dead. Marlena & Kayla see Roman kill Daisy the hooker. Eugene is beleived to be the Salem Slasher & kills Leticia. Roman is thought to be the Salem Slasher & Killed. Roman is caught & jailed & then escapes with the help of Alice & Bo. Roman disguises himself as Don to proove to Marlena that he is not the Salem Slasher. The Salem Slasher is revealed to be Andre DiMera Andre romances Anna who discovers the real Tony locked in chains. Stefano arrives back in town & claims The Phoenix has risen again & it's good to be back! Roman rescues Tony & Anna in the secret room & there is a Big Concert in Salem where Liz & Al Jarreau. perform. Tony & Andre battle in a sword fight & Stefano esacpes with his car falling into the Salem River. SEPT. 1984 Story picks up where Max & Megan Hathaway arrive in Salem & Bo & Hope travel to Europe where they discover Andre DiMera is performing in the play Othello & then escapes back to Salem where he fools Anna again. Andre confronts Max Hathaway where he kills him when Max falls through a trap door & Megan is greeted by Stefano who returns to Salem. The Salem Citizens board a plane to Hati where it crashes on an island & Tony's mother is killed with the pilot. Andre pretends to be Tony & the real Tony is on the other side of the island. Roman arrives on the island where he finds the group & goes after Stefano who kills him after he is shot & falls off the cliff where Bo finds his body on the beach only to leave him there where Roman dissapears. The group returns back to Salem, where Bo has to tell Marlena that he left Roman's body on the beach. Storyline should end at The New Years Eve Party where Carlo dies... Most of these episode plot lines can be seen in one to two episodes, so it would be easy to find & make a good SP copy. Usually, they were Friday episodes that had to continue on to Monday!
