We seem to have had a great start to the season in the EASTERN division, with under 21's and ladies top of thir leagues, and NORTHANTS top of the EASTERN division, lets keep it up, and keep the team spirit as LIVELY as it has been so far...and to think I moaned at Barry for moving us from CENTRAL to EASTERN... Barry, I take it all back... One point I must comment on, team sheets with averages on must be wrong, as it has Shane Burgess in as winning with a 13 and he had man of the match with a 20+ average...I'm sure you'll correct it with next months letters. |

| Comments: | Well kids perhaps if the sheets were sent in to Barry on time and all names were put in full and there wasn't a postage strike going on the results and averages would be on the web site. I don't think you realize how much work is done to get the averages and everything updated. Northern Youth have a lot of players now playing for us and for Barry do have to do his job properly the sheets need to be in on time, he has got another life besides you lot you know although you wouldn't believe it. Have a little patience it will be done. After that moan did everyone who went to Skipsea have a good time I know I did although I was working all the time, it was nice to see all the happy smiling faces and Pallett like I told you at our match it is you who makes all the noise not Ricky LOL. |

All us from Tyne & Wear had a great time, especially as it was our first. Apart from a few hiccups with a couple of players forgetting to register for a few comps,everything was great. Big thanks to Barry and the rest of NYDO for running this event,Angie and me enjoyed helping out and running a few comps (especially the Saturday night late late show!!). | Comments: | I am personally offended that anyone would think that Barry, Sue and myself would "fix" any of the draws for the competitions. As someone has written previously everyone starts with 501, no one can say who is going to win or who is going to lose it is all on the day.
To ??????????? which of the single's competitions are you referring to that there was supposedly a fixed draw. If you have a genuine comment to make be honest enough to put your name to it everyone else does and everyone is entitiled to their own opinion. On a happier note may I say how proud I was of all the players, they were polite, friendly and in some cases very talkative and from what I have been told, quiet after their nights out at the bar (think someone was pulling my leg about that). Did anyone else notice it was quiet without Dave Pallett, Ricky I always thought you were the noisy one how wrong was I. See you all again at Skipsea next year where hopefully we will be bigger and better. |

| Comments: | An agreement has been made with Skipsea Sands Holiday Park for us to hold the 11th UK Youth Darts Challenge. This will be on the 8 to 10 October 2010.
There will be an increase in Prize money and a discount for early booking. Details will be on the website shortly. And for the record three officials made the singles draw and as always it was done fair and correctly. ?????? You obviously don’t know me very well if you did you would know I am not a cheat and neither are the others who helped do the draw. I fight for fairness and honesty one example of a successful campaign for fairness is the changing of the eligibility rule for the Winmau under 18s. You have no proof of any fiddling of the draw as there was no wrong doing and why would I rig the draw as personally I am not bothered who wins the singles or gets knocked out first round. Unlike you I have put my name. |

| Comments: | n/a obviously doesn't check the results very often, coz notts under 18's didn't finish bottom...Northants under 18's did...when you get new players you have to give them time to settle in, which notts have done over the seasons, and they're now getting stronger...and remember leic wont always have the players they have now,the same as i won't always have Ricky and Chris and Elisha and Chrissie, players get older and move on....and thats probably a move you ought to seriously consider, now that you've totally p**ed of every one off.. |
