Several classmates have been by his house to visit and try to help him through this very tough time. It's good to see the bonds we made in school are still strong today. | Comments: | Almost forgot about the website until I needed to check on the graduation date for the class of 2009. My niece is graduating from there this year (my late sister Loree's daughter). How the time flies!!! My kids are 12 and 8 now. Emma is still very involved in gymnastics, trains 16 hrs. a week. Luke is just an all-around athelete, just like his mother. HA HA!!! I still prefer to read a book than exercise.

My family and I are still in North Carolina and doing great! Although with a little snag in our summer. Hence my plea for prayers! Some of you may or may not know that my oldest son Bradley was born with congenital heart defects. He is now 15 yrs old and the time has come when his doctors are sending us to Children's Hospital Boston in August. Scott is a VP of a company out of Chicago (same company that brought us out here 11 years ago) and I'm a teaching assistant for special education (3rd grade this year.) Nick is 17 and working as a Boy Scout camp counselor this summer, so we have the empty nest thing going on until he gets home at the end of July. He is going to be a senior this year. Wasn't it just yesterday that we were seniors?

My first born is 15 years old, his name is Brennan (after Michael), my wifes idea. Second born is Katlynn. She is 12 years old and killin me =) My oldest son is Ben, He is 25 and was my foster son at the age of 10 and never left. My oldest daughter is Ashley. She is 22 and was also a foster child. She is the sibling of Ben. We adopted her. She made me a Grandpa last year. My grandson is 6 months old and is the cutest kid ever. I am a manager at Omaha's garbage company and I also run a Limo business that is owned by my wifes father. Hope you are all doing well. |

He is a pharmacist for Rite-Aid and we met because my job as a medical assistant has me calling in prescriptions. I have two sons Joshua is 17 (senior) and is attending OGHS. He is on the basketball and football team. He is leaving for Boys State on June 12,2005. He is also in the National Honor Society. He is a great boy who has his head on his shoulders. Zachary is going to be 15 in the fall (freshman) and attends Edison High School he is my redneck. He is into fishing, hunting and riding his quad. He is also a great boy with a heart of gold. Michaela is my step-daughter,and is 9 (4th grade). It is really different having a daughter now, but I have a blast with her. She attends Buckey Local schools and is into tap, and gymnastics. My husband and I enjoy all the time we can spend with the kids and love going to San Francisco (without the kids) and reliving our honeymoon! I work for 2 OB/GYN doctors in Steubenville, I am the one that schedules all of the surgeries and even get to attend them. I really love my job! I just heard about the 20th year reunion from Penny Lemasters. I won't be able to make it, my family and I will be preparing for vacation at that time. But here is a little information on me and what I have been up to. I have been married almost 16 years, and have 2 wonderful children, Ryan who is 9 1/2 and Ashley who is 4 1/2 years old. We lived in Weirton for a while and then moved to Follansbee for 7 years. Where I worked at Weirton Medical Center with Penny, and then at the open heart unit at Trinity West. We have been living in Martinsburg, WV (approx. 1 1/2 hrs from Washington DC), my husband had worked with USAirways for 17 years and decided to do a career change for the better. We live in a beautiful home and all are adjusting quite well. I am now a stay at home mom for now and enjoying every minute of it,and I am also finishing up Medical Transcription courses from home. I hope that everyone has fun at the reunion, I will be back that way a couple of times through the summer but not for the reunion. |
