I recently found out from my mother that you were my uncle. You and she had the same father, Earnest Burnside. She told me the other day when I called her that she had found some more of her relatives that didn't live too far from Memphis and she was so happy. My oldest brother Johnny Dyer got in touch with Cedric Burnside and through him my mom was able to get in touch with Mildred. My mom said they talked for a long time and hope to see one another in the near future. I wish I would have had the opportunity to meet you but we did not know of you and your family. I hope to meet your family someday soon.
Your niece

Mr. Burnside, Im sorry that i never saw u in concert. I am trying to play all of your music, and i'm doing my best. You are what makes me glad i live in america. I hate the government and taxes, and all that other made up stuff, just saying, at least i can get all your music and listen to it and drink and forget about my problems for a little while. Your the king. Send me some of your mojo if you get a chance.
