| Comments: | Hi Gina,
I've read all the stories in your J/7 series and I enjoyed them thoroughly. I was glad to see you are considering extending the series. Your writing is amazing and I love that it takes me away and into a much different place. If words from the peanut gallery means anything, I am offering my encouragement to you for more stories. I read your mom passed away. My deepest condolences; I lost my dad a year ago. It doesn't get much easier, but time does help a bit. Best wishes, Val Brown aka Cephalgia |

i've been meaning to send you a note for many years now (literally) but am finally just doing so now for various and uninteresting reasons. first i want to offer you my condolences on the passing of your mom. may you have many warm shoulders, arms, and hearts to shelter you during this difficult time. second: over the years i've been coming back to your site to read and re-read your wonderful writing. when the new stuff runs out i just start back at chapter one, episode one. the emotions and situations of your characters (in the seven and janeway series, in particular) seem as fresh as the first time. your writing style itself is wonderful. everytime i need a reminder of what energetic prose looks like, i come back to your site. you're been, as the cliche goes, an inspiration. gentle healing to you. -fiona |

i've never had the opportunity to tell you how incredibly wonderful it was to stumble upon your website. i only became a VOY fan this past year and had to catch up on all the femslash--- you are by far my favorite. i'm sincerely sorry your mother passed away: my grandfather died from Alzheimer's & my other from Lou Gehrig's Disease that is totally hard to watch happen to a loved one. i wish you the best and hope that you get the opportunity to grieve and find the support you need. i just had my first conversation with my own mother today after almost a year & it almost made me cry because it reminded me how fragile life is & in the end they're still your Moms. Take care and my thoughts will be with you. Nic |

I know a part of you feels like you lost her before she passed but the finality of it all isn't something one can ever be "prepared" for. My father died on March 1 of 2005 and I still have moments. | Comments: | WOW!! & Thank you so much Gina.
I found your website a few years back & read some of your stand alone J/7 fic's which I really enjoyed, back then I was mainly into reading Xena fic, but also being a Trek fan I could'nt help searching the web to see if anyone else saw what I did with J&7. Then it was whilst i was searching for Bad Girls fic that I found your site again & OMG!! My Fan Fic addiction went into overdrive, I've read all your after Larkhall stories so far & they are great, you really capture the escence of the characters, but the stories that have had the biggest impact on me are your JB & Millenium series,I litteraly have'nt been able to put them down, many hhours of sleep have been lost ;o) I know im not the first to say this but they really are the BEST fan fic I have EVER read & i've read a LOT! I also echo what others have said, you understand the chacters so well & you have wrote these stories with true emotion, i've laughed, been brought to tears, & had my thoghts provoked by reading them. I am in a happy 5+ year relationship with a women who I know loves me, but reading your stories has just reminded me not to take her for granted, & that a bit of wooing should never go out of a relationship. In short (well not so short) I just want to say thanks for sharing your gift with us, I look forward to any future updates you are able to give us. Take care of you & yours, & remember going through the ruff times makes the goodtimes all the sweeter. Thanks a million!!! |

| Comments: | I recently ran across your stories of Janeway/Seven. I adore them. I recently suffered alot of loss in my life, the last being dumped by someone who said I was, of all things, to old and to nice. My Mother died, and 2 of the women that raised me. I ended up quitting my job, where I was a 911 operator/Police Dispatcher for local PD. All within a few months. Needless to say, I was devastated. I was in such a bad place, nothing seemed to reach me and lift my spirits. Then I found your stories. It sounds so weird, but I started living again. If just to see what came next. I started getting out of my house again. But when I was home, I wasn't just moping around, I was reading. I ADORE the Just Between series and the Millennium series. I was wondering, since I just have 2nd Season to read, before they are all done. Will there be more? I've already reread Just Between series. All in the last month. I hope there will be more. I watched Voyager occasionally before, but now, I DVR the series daily. (3 episodes a day during the week currently) It's such a kick, to read the stories, and watch the show and just laugh at what plays through my head from your stories. I just wanted to take this chance to let you know how much I enjoyed your stories. Many times, I can just see the characters saying the things you write. Thank You.

I actually wrote a note in your Dreambook on Saturday but I must have goofed as it hasn't posted..so here goes again. Only discovered fan fiction this year and your site a couple of months ago. I was amazed to find that generous authors like you post free stories. I want to thank you for this truly wonderful site/series. You have given me many hours of amazing entertainment from laughing aloud to crying, for free. (Didn't care for the Stone stories - J belongs to 7). So I was happy to donate to your internet fund and bought both your books, hope you are continuing to publish, I have a large collection books and many of BSBs' authors, Radcliffe is recruiting some great authors. Thank you again and please continue with the J/7 series |

And I am soooo happy that every now and again you pop up with a story to continue these series... would it be over the top to say that I love you? well at least I love your stories...

I discovered fan fiction about 6 mths ago. Never knew that authors were so generous as to allow free access to their work. Your site I found by accident about 6 weeks ago and I must say this is the best J/7 series. I have read every story, didn't like the Sydney Stone stories because of 7 (well the stories were great except J belongs to 7). I bought both of your books and donated to your intern fund because of the many enjoyable hours I have spent reading here. Thank you so much for such gifted work. So sorry to hear about your mother. Thank you again. |

I am fairly new to fan fiction of any kind. Your site was one of the first I visited a few months ago and I can honestly say no other J/7 writer comes even close to what you have done with the JB series. I have read every story, while working 60 hours a week, and neglecting my wife just a little.:-) I have laughed, cried, shouted, been utterly heartbroken, and incredibily uplifted by your stories. Many years from now I hope to be able to still be reading your truly amazing work. You are incredibily gifted. I wish you all the best for yourself and your mother. |

1. This is something to do now if it is available in your area. Get her a hollow medical alert braclet that she cannot remove and have a personal tracker put inside it. This is similar to the tracking chips implanted in animals that can be located by satelite. It comes in quite handy when Mom takes it into her head to go Home to a previous location, she can be found in minutes instead of hours or days. 2. Take this opportunity to get to know her in ways you never did, write down the things she tells you and cherish them. The family of one of the women I took care of did not know that she had been married before and her husband had ran away with a sister and brother, now they do and have located them and they all visit with her to hear about their lives as children before they could remember for themselves. write down her knowledge and enjoy it later. As always, Love your work, Avidfan |

| Comments: | Hello there!
I just got mobilized for deployment to Iraq and I was wondering if there would be a third book to the series you wrote. I read the first two books twice (I re-read them before mobilization) and find them charming, funny, cute and passionate. I was hoping for a third book so I could order it before I left for Iraq and I have something to read. Also, is there any place I can find a digital version of the first two books? I dont care if it is a different version, unedited. I lent mine after I re-read them and I am sure I will miss them in Iraq. Please, continue to write. You are a brilliant writer that knows how to engage the reader. Your books are engaging, great easy reads that one can read on one day. Do not give this up. Thanks |

| Comments: | Hello,
I realize that you've not updated your page since March. I hope that things are going well with your Mother, since I understand how difficult it can be to take care of those who have raised us. I hope that you, and all of yours, are well. With that said, good Christ! In my years of fanfic perusal and love, my preference has always been for "UST", or "pre" fic, but your stories have captivated me. As I'm sure you know, your "Just Between" series is amazing. It has completely changed my guidelines. I started reading it a week ago (well, really, I read the first long ago, but I haven't continued past until recently), and I cannot stop. Half way through season four, I can't help but dread the end! Thank you. Thank you for sharing your gift of keen characterization and dramatic storytelling with the rest of us. It has been the stories that have kept me into this Epic; I adore what you've done with the Voyager universe. So many authors neglect that element, and by discovering your volumes of work I've discovered other "seasons". I honestly appreciate your talent and time. Again, thank you. |

| Comments: | I've been reading your JB series, and as a die hard fan of all things Star Trek, I have to tell you how much I love your writing. When a friend of mine suggested that I read your Fan Fiction I wasn't all that interested in it. I'm not a big fan of Lesbian fiction, I find it somehow lacking in too many ways to count. I love the fact that the Lesbian aspect isn't the Alpha and the Omega in your stories. I have recently retired from the Canadian Navy and am living in Parksville, BC. My partner and I were married in July of 2005 and I'm sometimes amazed at how accurately you depict certain aspects of relationships. I suffer from chronic pain and your writing is one of the brightest parts of my whole day. For the longest time I couldn't read at all. Sitting still and trying to concentrate on anything for a long period of time was more than I could handle. A combination of things keep me coming back for more where your stories are concerned:
1. I get the story line 2. I love the couple combinations 3. Your understanding of what you are writing about and that includes the military aspect of it 4. You make me laugh and sometimes even cry 5. You spell bind me to the point where I can't log off without knowing what is going to happen It's taking me forever to read all of the stories but I love every minute of it. I wanted to thank you personally for giving me a little light at the end of a very dark and long tunnel. I look forward to reading everything that you have written. Namaste, Gemma |

| Comments: | Have to tell ya Gina, your Helen/Nikki stories captured the essence of the two beloved characters like none I've ever read before in any genre. I could 'hear' the inflections of both H/N and 'see' their expressions in all the dialogue. Not only that. This continuation of their story was worthy of a Chadwick/McManus/Park production IMHO. The trilogy fit in with my feeling that that there had to be some repercussion from their estrangement and Helen's turning to Thomas. I found your words in Helen's mouth satisfied me more than Chadwick's, actually, as to the break up with him. I, too, saw it as her begging hm to stay. And that bothered me no end. You had her refute that to his face------and I liked that explanation no end. The show itself did NOT give that impression. Thanks to you I feel better about that; it makes the ending sequences of the 3d series more valid....to me. You filled in other gaps just as well which I liked. Thanks for these wonderful pieces of writing. And good luck wiwth your recent indisposition. I hate tetanus shots Cheers, Ann P.S. One of my favorite writers of XWP ff told me about your work. |

You had also tough times and had to stop sometimes with the writing. But you had the strenght to go on! | Comments: | I never liked Star Trek, but because of the way you wrote the series (prominent gay characters notwithstanding) I finally understood what all the fuss was about. If every episode of Star Trek: Voyager was as entertaining and thought provoking as the episodes of Just Between and Millennium, it would never go off the air. I’m not just saying that. The intense character development, the storylines beyond “oh, look, an anomaly, let’s investigate the anomaly”, made it easy for me to get through both series in less than a two weeks, despite other demands on my time. Very cool. |

I am so glad you are able to get back into the Millenium Series. And, being away from it for awhile hasn't hurt your wonderful ability to know your characters so well and pick up where you (they) left off. I've been going through pages and pages of fanfic I had printed out over the last 5 years or so and decided to pitch it all except for yours. Not that there are a lot of wonderful writers out there. But, why keep the clutter, when you can keep the best. I, too, wish you a wonderful 2007. If you ever wander over here to the Pacific Northwest, Orcas Island, Mom and I would love to put you up and give you some worry free downtime. |

I was looking for bad girls stuff, stories of Helen and Nikki when I discovered your JB series and I'm very glad I did. Your writing is very fluid. When I read you, I get into the story and I forget that I'm reading. So it becomes quite a pleasure since we don't get stuck in the words, we just get caught in the storyline... Very well done.... |

| Comments: | I adore the J/7 fanfic -- it's wonderful! One small quibble, though: despite what the show's writers apparently thought, the land in and around Bloomington isn't flat (on the contrary, that part of southern Indiana is often referred to as the "Little Smokies") and it doesn't "stretch out" before one. Unless, of course, the humans of the future have somehow flattened that part of the state... :-) |

| Comments: | Gina, just wanted to let you know that I've been reading your work for sometime now. Probably the better part of the last couple of years. Not that it has actually taken me that long, but because always come back to reread it all over again. It started with Janeway and Seven...now I'm stuck on Helen and Nikki. I've never even heard of Bad Girls until I checked up on your site again, and since I've been such a huge fan of your writing, in general, I knew I'd enjoy those stories, as well. I love to write. Can't get enough of it. In fact, you've been an inspiration. Any time I lose track of where I'm going with one of my stories, I put it down and find something of yours to read, and it always sets me back on track again.
Can't wait to see what's next, and maybe one day, my broke ass will be able to afford to buy one of your books! Until Whenever, Jenn |

| Comments: | Hi,
I've read nearly all the fanfic on the site and though I must admit I'm more a B/7 fan (please refrain from pelting me with tomatoes until I've exited the building), I have to say they're excellent. I simply love the BAdgirls fics! Bad girls, especially Nikki and Helen, was what first got me introduced to fanfics and I guess I'm a fanficoholic ever since. Not that many after larkhall fics have been written, so finding some and especially excellently written ones, makes me think back to the days where I waited impatiently for the next episode to be screened. I do hope you'll continue writing BAd girls fics as I desperately want to know what will happen next. Thanks and bye, P. |

| Comments: | Dear Gina,
Well, I really think somebody should nominate your writings with a big price. I am very impressed and touched by your J/7 stories, all of them!! I insure you: it's very rare that I respond in guestbooks on the web but I enjoy reading your stories so very much that I want to give you a great compliment for writing them and sharing them with 'the world' for free even!! (What on earth now a days you can get for free?;-) It gives me a great joy reading these J/7 stories. They also make the Voyager TV-serie (I've got them all on DVD) to me more satisfying seeing the J&7 caracters developing in your novels. Unexpressed words on the screen getting visible in your writings. The J&7 caracters getting such a beautiful and loving completing relationship. I think it's very moving and heartwarming! I just finished another episode from the Just Between series and try to take it slow with reading. Almost already feeling empty knowing there will be a time I've finished them all....I will start all over again I'm sure. I'm from the Netherlands and reading your books is also a very peasant way for me to practice my English readings and writings (sorry for my mistakes but I suppose it's better than your Dutch ;-) having the translationbook within hand range. I hope you will continue the J/7 writings and still find the inspiration for new writings in the future. You must be a very nice and good person, when you're capable to write this kind of friendly, loving and caring stuff. Thank you so much for doing so! My kindest regards to you. CJ |

| Comments: | Hi Gina-
Just wanted to let you know how much I am thoroughly enjoying your "Bad Girls" stories. As someone who lives in the states and who has only read about the TV series and downloaded some scenes, you are making me anticipate all the more the DVD for series 1 coming out in Region 1 that I have pre-ordered. You have a wonderful ear for character's "voices", having written so well previously with Janeway/Seven and now again with Nikki and Helen. I have also enjoyed your published work "Unexpected Sparks" and hope to see more of Nikki and Kate in the future although with the apparent disappearance of Justice House I know I will have to wait patiently although hopefully not forever. :) Thank you for all your work and for making your talent so accessible. I have to say I really like this book it's character's were very original and if I might add I'm so glad that you added alittle flavor to the characters as far as changing up their appearance. Not the usual "Blond & Black haired" character's but a Red head & Blond female. Excuse me if that sounds alittle crazed, but I'm fond of Red heads myself and wished that some of the writer's would add an extra something or other than the basic descriptions of the same type of women that you come a cross in every other novel. Once again I loved your first novel and can't wait to read the second. Have a great evening, Leah your crazed fan!! |

| Comments: | I love your series and hope you write more. Though I do know that personal life takes up a lot of time, I continue to check back to your site often in hopes that you have posted a new story. I was very happy that you added another one. In fact I try to get the people I know will be interested in them to go and start reading them. They are some of the best writen stories to be found today, and I hope you keep writing. |

| Comments: | I hope you plan on continuing this series. It has expanded way beyond fanfiction taking on a life of its own. It has been a while since you have added to it, I hope you don't abandon a well written epic. Your email address isn't working by the way. I am looking forward to you revisiting this corner of cyberspace. |

| Comments: | Love your stories! I happened to read your update for April, 2003 and see that you are from down east. Very Cool. I'm from NB, and have a family connection (of sorts) to Truro. So, Truro had a Gay Pride Dance? Way to go folks!!!You folks are brave...Unless Nova Scotia is much more tolerant and progressive than New Brunswick...

| Comments: | You are one of the best fanfiction writers I have ever come across. I am now thoroughly addicted to your Just Between / Millennium series and cannot wait until another story added. Really...any chance it will be added soon? Or that you have any other J/7 stories tucked away that haven't been posted yet? |

| Comments: | Keep up the excellent work! You are truly a gifted writer and if this is not your main career it should be. I understand, however, how difficult it must be to earn a good living writing gay books, and I wish that were not the case. Someday I hope we will see it come to pass so that talented people like you can do what they love to do and be fairly compensated for all of their hard work. Best wishes,
Decie |
