| Comments: | What a wonderful apartment! We truly enjoyed our stay at La Coupole in June 2009. The neighborhood has everything you could ask for - the door to the apartment building is between the wine shop and the cheese shop, and the boulangerie is across the street! Montparnasse is a vibrant area, but our street was nice and quiet at night. The Vavin Metro stop is right around the corner, and the Jardin de Luxembourg is a 10 minute stroll away. The brasseries and restaurants are wonderful. Staying in an apartment is such a great departure from a crowded hotel room - we will probably never again stay in a hotel now that we've been spoiled. We really felt a part of the neighborhood, especially when the wine merchant wished us a "bon voyage" home on our last day. Vicky was a charming and informative hostess, meeting us with our key and giving us a walking tour of the neighborhood on our first morning in Paris. We will definitely return to Paris, and to "our" apartment.
Thank you Vicky and Thierry! |

| Comments: | Just want to say thanks for everything. We will be sorry to leave tomorrow. Your promptness, attention to detail was more than we expected. Our stay at the Crazyview Apartment at Ile de la Cite was superb ... just as the website shows, and the views quite extraordinary. We had easy access to all the sights and it was conveniently located to the RER and Metro, and convenience shopping. This being our first visit to Paris, wont be our last, and when we return we would have no hesitation in contacting you about staying in one of your apartments, if we couldn't stay at Crazyview. We will also recommend you and Paris Best Lodge to our family and friends if they have the opportunity to visit Paris.
Thank you ever so much ... merci beaucoup! Gina and Gerry Melbourne, Australia |

| Comments: | Bonjour Thierry. Your Bourg-Tibourg apartment was wonderful to stay in. Location is perfect with Hotel de Ville metro so close by, Franprix just across the street and numerous choices of boulangeries down the street. Everything is just a hop and a skip; most certainly important with 2 kids in tow. We stayed in May 2009 and your apartment showed exactly the same way as described and pictured on your website. Your apartment was well stocked with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Thank you so much!! Your attention to detail to make sure your tenants are comfortable makes you a wonderful host. Your excellent communication and ease of rental process was comforting for our first visit to Paris. We will most certainly recommend you to our family and friends and hope to stay with you again on a future visit to Paris. |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry, Thank you so much for your great apartment VOSGES in Paris experience. Everything looked, worked, and happened exactly as you said it would. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, getting into the apartment worked exactly as you said it would and we had a wonderful time having a little home to go "home" to at night. Against my better judgement, I am happily recommending you and your apartments to everyone I know. Against my better judgement because it may make it more difficult to get an apartment from you the next time. They will all be booked up. We also really enjoyed meeting you and loved the little Italian restaurant down the street that you recommended. Best to you, Barbara & Joe H |

| Comments: | The Studio Saint Germain has been excellent for our first stay in Paris. We have rented apartments or used apart-hotels in other cities, but we never felt so comfortable since the beginning, as it happened in Studio St. Germain, with everything we needed for a happy holiday. The location is great. It has been a central point, from where we could visit almost all the arrondissements of Paris, including Montmartre and Montparnasse. Congratulations Thierry for your kindness and quality of service. Paris must be proud of your contribution to preserve its fame. Au revoir. Next time we return to Paris we will certainly call you: the "Parisbestlodge". Zulma & Daniel from the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

| Comments: | We stayed in the Napoleon from May 15 to May 31, 2009. The apartment is just wonderful, a great location on rue Rivoli, close to everything you would want to visit in Paris. You can walk to the Seine, there's lots of great bus lines and metro stations very close by, the Louvre is 15 minutes away, and the Marais is yours to explore. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen has everything we needed for our 16 days, we loved the free internet to stay in contact with home and we used the phone to make restaurant reservations almost every day. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting area was a very nice size. We also loved having the washer/dryer available. Thierry is always there if you need him. We love dealing with Paris Best Lodge and would recommend it to everyone. |

| Comments: | A wonderful place, a wonderful location, a wonderful person to rent from. What could be better? We only stayed in La Coupole for a week, but it was easy to settle in quickly. And it was a nice surprise to find that we did not have to rush out right away to buy our own dish detergent, toilet paper, tissues, or paper towels, since the apartment already had these. Vicky's assistance in showing us how things worked, where to go in the area for food, and her overall exuberance made our arrival a delight. The apartment is perfect for two people who want to visit Paris easily. We used all three (or was it four?) Metro lines near us, as well as the taxi stand on the corner. The towels were huge, the water was hot, the washer/dryer worked, and the elevator never got stuck. (And the fact that there *is* an elevator is really great when one is on the fourth floor!) We certainly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Paris for a week or more! |

| Comments: | We have just returned from a month long holiday at "La Coupole" and were very pleased with our stay. Vicky's welcome was most pleasant and made up for a sleepless night crossing the Atlantic. She gave us a tour of the apartment and then took us for a stroll in the area, pointing to the stores, restaurants and amenities of the "quartier".
Let us give you a brief bird's eye view of the surroundings: next door is a cheese shop filled with all kind of delicious cheeses (no Saran wrap here, thanks!) and a most pleasant personnel. Close by is a Nicolas wine shop a must for wine connoisseurs or those who want to get to know the different wines France has to offer. Here again, suggestions will be made with a most pleasant smile. Next to Nicolas, a fish market where your will find many species (some that you are probably not accustomed to!). Across the street, a Franprix (a medium-sized super market). Then down the street a bakery or two, a few other wine shops, restaurants, "traiteurs" (take home Italian or Asian food), a florist etc... Then on boulevard Edgar Quinet, a Monoprix - a very large grocery and miscellaneous items store (clothing, toys, hardware, kitchenware etc...) Needless to say, you will not have to travel very far for all your basic needs. For moving around in Paris, there are two very conveniently located metro stations with easy connections to every area of Paris and its suburbs. And of course, there are also many bus lines. For more information, there are great books and guides in the apartment - an appartment equiped with a small but efficient kitchen, a dining/sitting room, a bedroom, a separate WC and a bathroom with bath/shower and washer/dryer. The place is very airy and brighly lit from two large windows in the main living area or from numerous ceiling fixtures and lamps strategically placed in the room - a welcome relief from the sparsely lit hotel rooms! For French speaking guests, there a many theatres within walking distance. And we may also add the many movie houses, again within walking distance, offering a variety a French and American movies. Restaurants abound - Obviously we haven't sampled all of them! Apart from the most popular "Coupole" and "Rotonde", there are many crêperies, an Italian restaurant next door, "Wadja" (which used to be a Polish run restaurant catering to cash-strapped artists of Montparnasse), "la Caspienne", a good homey restaurant (Vicky's favorite)and "la Cerisaie" our favorite which we visited twice. By the way if you want the very best French bread, go for a 5-6 minute walk to Maison Kayser, boulevard d'Assas...we found this one to the best... and pastries are also delicious! Don't forget your walking shoes.. they may not be the most fashionable, but there is no other way to get to see and enjoy Paris. Bon séjour à la Coupole. M & F Gatineau, QC Canada |

| Comments: | Thiery, thank you for your help in arranging for us to spend last week in the Residence Victor Hugo. Arrival arrangements got all screwed up by the airline bumping us out of Milano, but you and the owner saved the day. The apartment was great, well equipped and marvelously located. We'll certainly be booking through you the next time we are lucky enough to have time to spend in Paris! |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry,
Thank you again for another great stay in Paris! Apartment "Crazy View" was truly spectacular. The photos on the website don't begin to describe how beautiful the view really is. This was our 4th stay with you, and we'll be renting from you again this summer. We really can't imagine staying elsewhere. The prices are always reasonable, the apartments are always clean and comfortable, the locations are great, and you are wonderful to deal with. Thanks again. | Comments: | Hello Thierry,
My parents, Paul and Melinda Lake, arranged for my girlfriend and I to stay at the Bourg-Tibourg in February and I just wanted to thank you for providing such wonderful accomodations. We've been back in California for almost two months and I still think fondly of our time in Paris and our amazing apartment. I will definitely recomend you to anyone I know traveling to Paris and would love to rent another of your apartments if I ever make a return trip. Thank you again, your apartment helped to make our trip truly the vacation of a lifetime! Ashlee Adams |

| Comments: | Dear Eric,
The apartment worked wonderfully for our vacation à Paris. The location could not have been better, and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bicycles, such a fabulous system ! Thank you for introducing us to it... We went to both restaurants you recommended too. Excellent, both of them, in terms of their delicious food and even in value for money. Thanks for anything ! |

| Comments: | We stayed in the Rossiers apartment and it was just wonderful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was just amazing. It was only about a block to the St. Paul metro stop and to fabulous wine, cheese and pastry shops. A block in the opposite direction brought you to more pastry shops and the best falafels we have ever had.
We loved staying here and would recommend renting from Thierry. If we ever get to go back, that is what we will do. |

| Comments: | The Eiffel Tower apartment was fantastic. The fully equiped kitchen made it a joy to prepare meals and the queen sized bed was both comfortable and inviting at the end of an active day hiking the Paris streets. I stayed from April 3rd to April 13th and Paris had daytime temperatures hovering between 15° and 18° so between 4 and 6 in the afternoon I would make a mad dash back to the apartment to sit on the sun drenched terrace. I often had my morning coffee on the terrace and when ever I prepared a feast from the local markets I would dine outside, enjoying the local flavour of Rue de Grenelle. Within one block I found a wonderful bakery, butcher shop and a cheese shop....and just a 5 minute walk away is Rue Cler where you will find a wonderful market that has shops open every day.
If you want a great experience purchase a Batobus pass for about 11 euros which will allow you to hop off and on at 8 different stops for 8 hours throughout the day. This is a pleasant way to cruise the Seine all the while getting off at such places as Notre Dame, Musée d'Orsay , etc. I purchased my batobus pass along the Seine just under the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. The location of this apartmant is near to many popular attractions. In less then a twenty minute walk you can be at Les Invalides and Napoleans Tomb, Musée du quai Branly and my very, very favourite, the Musée Rodin; And you can take a walk across the Pont de l'Alma and take in a tour of the Paris Sewers....and in cooler months like March and April the smells are minimal so you are not likely to "toss" your morning bowl of granola. Several times at night I would take an evening stroll over to the Eiffel Tower and walk over the Pont d'Iena and up the gravel path leading up to the Palais de Chaillot where I would take photos of the Eiffel Tower all a glitter with 20,000 flashing lights against the darkened sky. As I have said....#199 Rue de Grenelle is ideal....and I hope it will be available for my return in the very near future. And a heart-felt thankyou to Theirry who made the entire process so enjoyable and uncomplicated.... I was 100 percent satisfied ! Mary Shepherd, Dundas, Ontario, Canada |

| Comments: | We stayed at Parisbestlodge's Studio St. Germain from March 14 through March 22. It had been a very tough decision for us to make because this was our first trip to Paris and we did not know anything about locations. On the advice of some very smart people who suggested the St. Germain area we decided on this studio. My gosh, what a great location and what a kind and helpful owner. We were able to walk to so many sites because we were close to many major attractions such as Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine, etc. The apartment was very quiet, we were able to sleep very well without any traffic noise. The studio is small, but has absolutely everything that you need for your stay in Paris from an iron and ironing mat to a hairdryer and curling iron to coffee maker and computer with internet access. Thierry was helpful from the moment I sent the first inquiry to him. He answered emails very quickly and the process of booking and paying for the apartment was very easy. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine waiting for us along with several other staple items such as bread and marmalade. Thierry explained everything in the apartment to us and had some good advice about transportation, meals, etc. There are a ton of Paris guidebooks in the apartment which we used every day. We really appreciated that Thierry told us to call him day or night if we had any problems at all. That made us feel like we had our own personal assistant if there were any problems. Having an apartment vs staying in a hotel gave us a much more true Paris experience. I think we are hooked and when we return, we will certainly be calling Thierry again. Thank you Thierry! |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry
We have now arrived back in Turkey after our European holiday and our floating home is just as we left her. Just a quick email to say we think your apartment HUGO is terrific and we enjoyed very much having a home of our own on the land for a short while. We found it very comfortable and well equipped and a comfortable place to come home to each day. We will be sure to recommend it to any of our family or friends that decide to holiday in Paris in the future. All the arrangements for the booking and arrival and departure went smoothly and we thank you for all your assistance. All the best to you for the future. |

| Comments: | Hi Thierry, back again to sign your guestbook once more! This time I stayed at Rivoli (1st time at La Coupole) which was very large and accomodating. The full size modern oven to cook and bake was great and is a rarity in rented apartments in Paris. Most only have a range stove with 2 burners. I cannot say enough about your hospitality Thierry, it can make or break a person's visit. You are the absolute best and so are your properties. I will surely stay at your residences again and again and again. Bisou! |

| Comments: | For 10 days at the end of November 2008, my husband and I had a wonderful time at La Coupole! When we arrived, the flat's owner, Vicky, personally showed us the neighborhood, where to pick up food (the cheese and wine shops downstairs were visited often by us), supplies and have dinner with locals during our stay. She gave us tips for riding public transportation, sights to see and all around how to enjoy Paris like a native. The flat was warm and comfortable (it was in the 30s F while we were there!) and a nice refuge after a long day of seeing all the points of Paris.
We highly recommend Vicky's flat and the Parisbestlodge service. It was very easy to find a flat that suited our budget and was in the central neighborhood we wanted. Payment was easy, too. If we had stayed in a hotel I don't think we would have seen as many sights, experienced the people (who were all so friendly and helpful) and felt like locals for just a short time. Thank you to Vicky, and Thierry! Gina and Kris San Francisco, CA |

| Comments: | I have been to Paris many years now and am frequently asked "why Paris so often?"
There are many reasons for my frequent visits: the beautiful city that always has new charms and discoveries, the delicious food, the excellent wine, the museums, the fashionable clothes, the transportation system to "do" Paris easily, but especially the kind and helpful people I always encounter. They are always eager to help me with any need I have or suggestion when I ask. Among this city of special and uncommonly kind people there is Mr. Thierry, my landlord. His apartments are always in the best location, have everything I need to feel at home and any question I have he is prompt to answer it and make me feel like I am his only tenant. I highly recommend his apartments to anyone considering Paris as a vacation. He is one of the best "discoveries" I made in Paris. |

| Comments: | Thierry,
Thank you so much for everything. We had an absolutely amazing time in Paris, staying at your Studio St. Germain. It was perfect for our needs & it's the most perfect, centrally located area in Paris. We were able to walk to so many things. There are so many great eating places & shops right around the corner. My only complaint, is that we didn't stay longer! We want to come back again as soon as possible! It was so nice to come "home" to a warm apt after a long day of sightseeing. We will be recommending you to everyone we know that wants to go to Paris. Looking forward to coming again...soon. Lisa & Woody Woodruff, California, USA |

| Comments: | We spent 7 unforgettable nights in Studio Sicile from December 26, 2008 to January 2, 2009. The price was very reasonable, apartment is good enough for two people with everything you need inside (Internet too). But the most important was the LOCATION!!! 40 meters from Rue Rivoli, surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, shops and places of interest. Two-three blocks from Metro, less than 10 minutes to Notre-Dame, 15-20 minutes to Louvre, 2 minutes to Hotel De Ville, etc. Almost every morning I went to a supermarket (300 ft) or another shop for fresh bread, different kinds of excellent quality French food and wine – to have breakfast at home. It was like another honeymoon for me and my wife.
We will come again to the same place and will recommend it to all our relatives and friends. Thanks a lot, Eric and Thierry. Eugene & Tanya Magalif, New Jersey, USA |

| Comments: | WOW! What a wonderful experience I had here at the La Coupole apartment. I am sad to leave, I had such a pleasant and enjoyable stay here. I visit Paris every year and have stayed at many apartments around the city, but this is THE BEST ONE I have stayed in by far, for so many reasons beginning with the owners. Thierry is most accomodating, polite and trustworthy, and Vicky is warm and wonderful. The apartment itself is HUGE and spacious with floods of sunlight coming through the 2 BIG WINDOWS, and the decor just makes you feel cozy and comfortable like you never want to leave the place. The neighborhood is AWESOME as well. The famous Coupole cafe made famous by Hemmingway and other greats is only 30 seconds away and there are restaurants and cafes on every corner. My favorite is the little Italian cafe across the street on Raspail becasue their pasta is delicious! Also, for those who like to cook like I did on Christmas, the grocery store super market is right across the street and stays open till 9 at night. The bakery and boulangerie is also right across the street. The metro Vavin on line 4 is 30 seconds away also, and the line 12 is just up the street. If you are a walker like me (hoping to shed a few pounds in Paris), it's a nice, easy stroll to either St. Germain des pres or the Blvd. St. Germain / St. Michel area in the 5th arron where I visited everyday to have my daily delicious cup of hot chocolate at Le Mondrian cafe. I just can't say enough about this apartment and my stay here. I hate to leave but other tenants are coming so I have to go. I recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris who is looking for a home away from home. The way it's set up really makes it feel like a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio becasue it has like an actual sitting room area. The kitchen is a real American style kitchen too with a 4 burner stove which is great for any cook. I can go on and on but I'll stop here because I need to pack. But I will be back to stay here on my next visit if I am lucky enough to find the apartment available. Thanks again Thierry and Vicki! |

| Comments: | Hi,
Thierry and Vicky, thank you very much for your hospitality. I enjoyed much my stay in your apartment at Rue Delambre, it is a great place, very well kept, spacious, metro 20 meters from the door, and with many friendly touches, like teas, coffe, fleur de sel, .. Besides, the apartment is very very quite, with elevator, .. and Vicky was very very helpful. This is the fourth appartment I have stayed during the years and this is by far the best choice. Thank you, Eduardo Gonzalez, Mexico |

| Comments: | We are from Sydney, Australia and have just spent 3 wonderful weeks in the Marais, 5 minutes walk from the Notre Dame and easy access to anywhere in Paris. Eric has been the perfect host, always available by email to help us in anyway he can. Paris Boheme is a charming studio apartment that feels like a home away from home. There was even good coffee in the fridge on arrival, and plenty of cooking gear to help keep your costs down. Our son, who is 23 could also sleep very comfortably on a separate bed. Feel free to contact me by email if you need more information. Tony |

| Comments: | I have enjoyed staying at Studio Sicile. The location is great -- it is close to the Metro and the sights. Shops, restaurants, and boulangeries are just steps away. And while many places close on Sundays in Paris, many places are open in the Marais. There is also a cafe right across the street that is great for people-watching as someone else mentioned. Some noise does make it through from the street or within the apartment building, but it's minimal and adds character to a vacation -- feeling like you are not only visiting, but "living" in Paris!
I unfortunately lost my wallet a few days into the trip and while expecting replacement cards, Eric graciously offered to accept the mail so that I could continue on with my holiday. A responsive owner and a great location is a wonderful combination. |

| Comments: | We stayed at La Cerisaie for a week in early October 2009. WHAT A GEM! The setting on the lovely courtyard of a former Hotel Particulier was both secure and quiet while the bustling boulevards of Henri IV and St. Antoine with all their shops and places to eat where just a block away in different directions. Three metro stations were 5 minutes or less from the apartment providing access to all of Paris, while the central location allowed one to walk to any of Paris's major attractions. Rue de la Cerisaie provides a bistro at both ends, a small grocery store and a wonderful boulangerie, along with several other shops. The apartment itself is historic and very Parisian, at the same time every modern convenience was provided from a brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV with over 200 channels, free long distance phone service, high speed internet on a brand new flat screen to a towel heater in the bathroom and more. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional. The apartment was so exceptional that I created an online photo album at: http://picasaweb.google.com/giles234/LaCerisaie where anyone can see that the apartment is just as described if not better as shown on Parisbestlodge.com.
Thierry the owner of Parisbestlodge.com was amazing with his quick and helpful e-mail responses and his easy booking process. Lucas, the charming owner of La Cerisaie was waiting for us upon our arrival with keys and and helpful hints about the apartment and neighborhood, no question went unanswered and within moments we felt that we had a home away from home. This was the second time we had rented from Thierry and we have another booking for 2009 already. I simply cannot say enough good words about Parisbestlodge.com, Thierry, Lucas and La Cerisaie itself. I have recommended Parisbestlodge.com to all my friends and colleagues and already a co-worker has stayed in an apartment from Thierry and will be a repeat customer just like myself. |

| Comments: | We stayed here the whole month of September 2008. What a wonderful experience. First of all, "what you see is what you get!" no surprises. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. I like that! I have to say that the best thing about this whole experience is Thierry! He is the best. I am convinced that the owner/mrg of the rental is more important than the apartment itself. I will always stay in one of his apartments if I return to Paris. |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry, We have had a wonderful time here in Paris, we couldn't have asked for a better apartment than studio MARAIS. We congratulate you on providing a wonderful service, you have thought of everything that one needs on a holiday. We appreciated having a kitchen with all tha little extras like, sugar, coffee. oil. spices, dishwash liquid, etc. Also a washing machine and a heater. These things are never common in other apartments. It was for us, like coming to our family apartment, just unpack and explore. Thank you also for answering emails promptly, that really matters when planning a fabulous holiday. The location in Marais was suberb, often taking afternoon walks down to Place de Vosges or over to Promenade Plantee, nothing was really that far away. We hardly needed to use the metro, which we love, as we could take as much time as we like to walk and absorb the atmosphere. We have no hesitation in recommended you and would book with you again if we should return to Paris. Thanks so much, Kim and Michael PidcockBrisbane, Australia. |

| Comments: | Recently had the pleasure of spending a week at,La Couple apartment in Monparnasse. The accommodations were great with all the things necessary to make the stay comfortable. All equipment and the physical premises were in like new condition. Location for a tourist cud not be better. At the doorstep was a wine store, a cheese store and a bakery. Within two hundred feet there are several good restaurants, a grocery store and a metro stop. Despite its "downtown" location the apartment was very quite at night. Vicky the owner could not have been more delightful with ample offerings of helpful informaton. |

| Comments: | Bonjour Thierry,
I wanted to thank you for the use of your wonderful studio St Germain last week. It made such a difference to come home at the end of a long day to an apartment that offered the comforts of home. And for being a first-timer to Paris, I couldn’t have picked a better, more central location. Your apartment was so convenient to all the major sights. It was such a treat to walk out to the Pont des Arts every night and watch the sunset!! I don’t know if you remember, but when we met you stated that I would fall in love with Paris and return. You couldn’t have been more right. Your city is wonderful and I’ve already started to think about a return trip. I’m going to keep your information on hand and get in touch with you as soon as I know when I’ll be coming back!! Thank you again, Anna Baker |

| Comments: | Myself and 8 years old daughter stayed at Studio Saint Germain for 10 days in Jan, this year.
This was our third time in Paris and first time to stay at the apartment. It was a great stay and the apartment is located in the middle of Saint Germain, very very convenient location, There is a super market closed by and many restaurant. If you do not feel like eating at the restaurant, you can take away your own food. You want to do your own laundry, you can do it any time- it comes with very nice washer! The owner, Thierry was very helpful and he helped me to set up my mobile phone etc... Thank you so much to make our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. When I visit Paris next time, definitely we will book your apartments again. Best Regards, Maki |

| Comments: | We just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay in Vicky's La Coupole apartment in Montparnasse, The apartment is quiet and clean and fully equipped with all the amenities. The neighborhood is lively and dynamic. It's a short walk to the fabulous Luxembourg Gardens, as well as two metro stops and a variety of shops and restaurants. There is a great open air market (every Wednesday and Saturday) and an Arts and Crafts Market (every Sunday) at the foot of the street.
Just a bit further down is the Monoprix store, which has a great food hall and grocery store on the lower level. It's stocked with all the best things to eat and makes it easy to bring "home" the makings for a great meal and a delectable after dinner treat. Vicky is charming and helpful and, we think, the best landlady in Paris! We enjoyed her wonderful hospitality. We could not recommend La Coupole more highly. It's a wonderful home away from home. Thank you, Vicky , for helping to make our stay in your wonderful apartment so enjoyable. We've already made reservations to return to Paris and La Coupole next spring. Jean and Elsa Fremont |

| Comments: | Having recently stayed in the newest apartment CERISAIE that ParisBestLodge has to offer, I can only confirm that it is wholly in keeping with the high standards of accommodation, convenience, modernity and welcome that Thierry and his team consistently provide. The Cerisaie apartment is well-located in a quiet street, just off the Rue Saint-Antoine, and is in walking distance of both Bastille and St-Paul metro stations. The ground-floor apartment is situated in a beautiful and historic Parisian building, is very peaceful and secure, modern and fully equipped for everything you may need for a short or long-term stay in the city. In one direction, the picturesque Marais district, with its boutiques, cafes, restaurants and museums is right on your doorstep. Alternatively, in the other direction, you can stroll across the river to the Ile Saint-Louis, and enjoy all the treats that this exclusive little island has to offer. I cannot recommend ParisBestLodge highly enough, and on the four occasions I have rented from them, have always been totally satisfied with the warm and hospitable service that Thierry provides.

| Comments: | For the past 6 years, I have gone to Paris to celebrate the new year. Every year I stay in one of these apartments. I have nothing but praise to offer about the accommodations. The apartments are furnished with everything you need in order to live comfortably while in Paris: free internet, washer/dryer, fully-equipped and functional kitchen, and etc. The owner, Thierry, is awesome. His hospitality is top notch and it keeps me coming back year after year. I highly recommend Parisbestlodge to anyone traveling to Paris for holiday. It is so much better than staying in a hotel. It definitely allows you to get a good feel for the Parisian way of life. |

| Comments: | In the summer 2008, I was in France for research and language training. I stayed 3 weeks in Paris and stayed in both of Vicky's apartments. I had a wonderful experience there. The apartments were centrally located, so I could walk to everything. I had a full Parisian experience - even
though I was there to do work!! I frequented the local fromagerie and boulangerie on a daily basis. Vicky was very helpful gave me many recommendations about things I should see and do while I was there. Most often, I walked to the Luxembourg Gardens where I could sit and read. But there were also sometimes free concerts in the evening. I also walked quite easily to the Latin Quarter, the Notre Dame, etc. These apartments are suitable for those interested in a vacation as well as those who are there for work- related purposes. For those interested in language training, the Paris branch of Alliance-Francaise is a 5 minute walk away from either of her apartments. I would definitely recommend either of the apartments. | Comments: | We just want you to know how happy we were in studio MARAIS. Everything was excellent, convenient, clean, quiet and very pleasant. We felt, perhaps, that we were living like Parisians. We were able to walk everywhere, the Seine, the museums, shops. Food , really good food, was easy to find. And we found the Marais a less hectic area than the Left Bank. And....the computer was a welcome bonus.
At any rate, we will call on you when next we are fortunate enough to get to France. |

| Comments: | I rented the 16 de la Grande Chaumière appartment during 10 days last june. The appartment so as the owner are charming. Vicky and her family were moore than helpful trying to give me a hand getting back my luggage from the airport where it was momentarily "lost". It was very appreciated to have people around trying to help during this stressing moment. As for the appartment itself, it is secure, quiet and located near all accomodations (metro, bus, train, food, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, theaters, monoprix...) and many touristic attractions are accessible by walking distance.
It is the ideal place for 1-4 persons, unless they have mobility problems because of the stairs. Julie, Montréal (Québec) |

| Comments: | We rented cute studio St-Germain. It was very clean and well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better—we were right in the center of everything. The St. Germain Metro stop is only a few blocks away. There is also a taxi stand there, if you prefer a car and driver to the Metro. However, we walked everywhere! Thierry’s directions were very clear, and he even stopped by to make sure everything was in order during our stay. We hope to return to Paris very soon and certainly will rent from Thierry again when we do!

We thought we would put fingers to the keyboard to say MANY THANKS for the wonderful stay in apartment des Rosiers. We found it very comfortable and have recommended it to a few folk. We found rue Pavee a great area to be in and just loved walking the narrow streets to find everything so interesting. LOVED the food, people and sights. We walked and walked everywhere and being there 9 days was just right. Of course having been away 11 weeks by the time we arrived in Paris, it was a good time to "wind down", enjoy Paris and then head home to Aussie land. All the very best to you. Thank you once again. regards Robyn and George Godwin |

| Comments: | We enjoyed our stay in the Grande Chaumiere apartment. Vicky, the owner, met us at the front door and spent some time talking with us about some activities we might enjoy in Paris.Very helpful. Her son spent an afternoon showing our son around the neighbourhood which he enjoyed. The apartment is bright and clean and was enough space for our family of five. The location is excellent and is around the corner from the Vavin subway stop. There are a lot of restaurants in the area as well as shops. There is a washer and dryer in the well equipped kitchen. We would stay there again. |

| Comments: | Bonjour Thierry,
Thank you for looking after us so well during our recent stay at Luxembourg Gardens apartment. The location of the apartment is wonderful and we quickly discovered several easy bus routes as well as the RER B line. We were lucky enough to have 5 or 6 evening opera performances in the Jardin du Luxembourg and could open our balcony doors and listen to the beautiful performances. Plus the Eiffel Tour twinkled away every night as promised! We would be very happy to recommend this particular apartment and your services to our friends when they travel to Paris. We look forward to returning soon, Au revoir Cathie and Phil Smith |

| Comments: | We had a tremendous one month stay at the Tibourg apartment. Beyond how great the home base was, the neighborhood was, and the area was...came a surprise: Thierry, our host. Any time we had the least little problem (and there were few of those), Thierry quickly responded by phone, e-mail or in person to assist us and get us on our way. We really did not expect such great service, but rather hoped for it. It made us feel very secure that no matter what we ran into, Thierry would assist us with it...almost like a trip ombudsman. We would return again to our Paris home, and our supportive host without a second thought. |

| Comments: | We loved our stay in the Grande Chaumiere loft! At ages 57 adn 58, the first glace at the four flights of stairs was a little daunting. But after what became a "piece of cake" climb (preparing for our many many walks and Paris climbs), we quckly knew that the loft would be our perfect nest from which to launch our Paris adventure.
The loft itself was wonderful and spacious, and Vicky's warm greeting got us off to a smooth and relaxed start. The view of our neighborhood roofs was romantic and private, yet the loft was right in the middle of everything -- just a block from the convenient Metro and a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens. In so many ways -- the apartment was exactly right for us, and the fact that so many wonderful artists had frequented the area became the theme of our Paris trek -- in search of all things Modigliani - an artist whom I have always enjoyed. Montparnasse is a wonderful area for setlling in and seeing Paris up close. We highly recommend the apartment, and Vicky as a host. Suzanne Brown St. Louis, MO USA |

| Comments: | We had a lovely stay at the Grande Chaumiere loft. Walking the 4 flights was worth it, as the stairs delivered us to a perfect and private nest from which to explore the area and all of Paris. The apartment is fantastically located a block from the Metro, so Paris was at our feet!
For me particularly, the idea that so many great artists had lived and studied on the street (and maybe even in the same building!) created a fascinating theme for our trip as we tried to visit as many "spots" where those same artists had lived and worked. I love Modigliani -- so the adventure was on! Vicky was helpful and welcoming, as were the neighbors and merchants. I wouldn't hestiate to recommend the flat to any Paris visitor. Suzanne B. | Comments: | Studio la Coupole in Rue Delambre was my Paris home for two weeks and for me it was my home away from home. Much more pleasant than a hotel stay.
Vicki was very helpful and in no time I was living like a Parisian in between doing the usual tourist activities. A 6 day museum pass purchase allowed me to overdose on culture, while Jardin du Luxembourg being 2 mins walk from the apartment provided a welcome respite from the crowds at the many famous Paris landmarks. It is also a great place for a jog. I found a book in the apartment 'Great Paris Walks' and followed several of the walks listed. These walks turned out to be very enjoyable as I could understand what I was looking at in many parts of historical Paris. In the evenings before dinner I sometimes frequented the Rosebud bar across the road from the apartment, the ambience and history of the bar provides a great place to nurse a drink or two. I'm back in Australia now and often reminisce about my time in Paris and living like a true Parisian. Hopefully I will have another opportunity to return one day. Greg Burke Brisbane, Australia |

After a day of sightseeing beautiful Paris, we could return to the appt, grab a bottle of wine and some bread, walk over to the Luxembourg Gardens to relax and take in the feeling that only Paris can deliver. The appt was clean, well equipped and what a view! To add to this, what value! Why pay MORE for a pokey hotel room? Thank you yet again Thierry :) |

This was our 3rd stay and the quality, price and location plus knowing that Thierry will be there to assist if anything in the apartment is less than perfect (and there hasn't been anything during our 3 stays!) makes the choice a no brainer. The Place des Voges apartment is so perfectly located, we were able to walk or take the great #69 bus or metro everywhere in the city. We loved the Marais and the many restaurants and cafes within walking district.
The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, the kitchen was very well supplied, having the computer and internet was so great for keeping in touch with family and friends back home and having the washer/dryer meant we will travel much more lightly next year! You are a true delight and can't do enough for your guests. I have not stopped looking at your website since we got back, trying to decide if we should book Place des Voges again next year or try one of the other beautiful places you have available. From the shops in Rue Delambre and the produce and art markets in Bvd. Edgar Quinet we were able to buy great food to prepare in the apartment and art souvenirs to take home to Australia. We did a lot of walking to and from the Seine area plus we recommend a Saturday afternoon stroll through Jardin du Luxembourg to experience how the people of Paris relax. |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry
We recently spent two weeks in the La Coupole apartment. This is our second experience of renting an apartment through Thierry and as with our first time, the arrangements were simple and faultless. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the owner, Vicky is warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment is comfortable, the location is wonderful, we loved the easy accessibility of restaurants, markets and brilliant food stores. The area is a great base for spending time in Paris. You can walk to everywhere, but there are 2 metro stops at either end of the street for when you are tired. We would definitely rent through Thierry again and would recommend both Thierry and Vicky to friends and family. |

| Comments: | What a wonderful apartment. It was our first time in Paris, and i kept saying to my partner 'how lucky are we, living in such a great place'. It had everything you could need and was in an ideal location for exploring the charm of Paris. A Fromagary downstairs, and a Nicholas wine store next door and a great Italian restuarant very close also. Luxembourg Gardens less than 5 minutes walk away and its very close to two different metro lines. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough and it represents great value for money. |

| Comments: | We stayed for a week 18Dec-25Dec2007 at the Luxembourg apartment. Great apartment - close to everything and RER station is right outside the front entrance. The apartment has everything we need. Nice view from the terrace too. We thought we would make use of the kitchen to make some home-made parisien meals every night. However, there's just so much to do in Paris that we stayed out late every night. We had no concerns staying out late since the apartment and the location are very safe.
Thierry is very professional and responsive to our emails from day one. He explained very well to all the questions we have. When we need him, he's just a phone call away. We will certainly go back to Thierry next time we return to Paris, and hopefully very soon. Thanks so much Thierry! Already recommended Thierry to all our friends in Toronto! Jenny Toronto, Canada |

I spent a short week at La Verrerie apartment in January and found the accomodations just perfect. Rather than feeling anonymous like many rental apartments, this one was full of character and made me feel at home. The apartment had such charming appeal it felt as if a friend had loaned me their apartment rather than a rental agency. Both Thierry, and Eric who met me upon arrival, were very accommodating and most gracious. If you know Paris you'll know how great the location is - right in the middle of one of the most characteristic neighborhoods. La Verrerie was for me a 100% positive experience. stefanie |

| Comments: | What I like best about the Place Des Vosges Apartment-
The location, directly in front of where Bus #96 stops and can carry me anywhere in Paris when I transfer. The shops nearby are so much fun to browse in and buy from. The grocery stores, three, are within walking distance and I can make an authentic French meal in minutes. The charm of this neighborhood is, to me, very special. I am never treated as a tourist (though I am) and the local people are so helpful and kind to me when I need help or information. It is a very safe neighborhood night and day. Aw, what a relief to know that!! The apartment overlooks the street and while very quiet in the evening, is busy with activity throughout the day. I could stare for hours watching Paris go by me below. Mr. Thierry could not be a better landlord, he is available 24/7 to assist in any way he can. So enthralled I am about this apartment, that I have rented from Mr. Thierry almost 8 years in a row and have been very satisfied each time. I look very forward to my next stay there to once again enjoy Paris. |

| Comments: | There are a lot of great apartments in Paris and I have rented 10 or 12 of them over the last few years. Thierry's apartments - I have rented two of them - are among the best. Of course, also, it must be obvious that his rental rates and terms and conditions are among the best and most sensible.
But the reason to rent from Thierry is Thierry. One of the fun things about living in Paris, from my viewpoint is needing to deal with the vague and undefianable differences between my culture and that of France. But it can also be unnerving. Having an charming host/advocate/intermediary which is what Thierry is (not just a landlord) is very comforting. I recommend Paris Best Lodge unconditionally. |

| Comments: | I had a wonderful stay in La Coupole in July. It was very convenient to get around on the Metro as there were stops at each end of Rue Delambre. There were nice shops and restaurants and a small grocery market across Rue Delambre, and many more shops and restaurants just around the corner on Boulevard Raspail and Boulevard Montparnasse. There is a nice square up by the Edgar Quinet Metro stop. On the weekend there was a nice farmers market along Boulevard Edgar Quinet. I like to walk and there were nice long walks down through St. Germain and through the Luxembourg Gardens. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and has nice light from the windows. | Comments: | Dear Vicky and Pascal,
Thanks a lot for the kind reception. I had a wonderful stay in your apartment La Coupole. When I entered the apartment the first time I promptly knew that I would have a good time there. It's generously proportioned, light-flooded and very calm. Preparing dinner after a stressful day at the language school was absolutely relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped and all kind of stores are just around the corner. I loved my breakfast with fresh "baguette and croissants",doing my homework for school and looking sometimes the French morning TV. It was really a lovely home and the view out of the windows over the roofs and chimneys of Paris is full of atmosphere. The apartment is located in one of my favorite districts of Paris and Luxembourg garden isn't far. Here you can relax your mind, go jogging or simply enjoy the amazing plantings. I hope to come back soon. The booking formalities were absolutely uncomplicated, Thierry, please accept my best thanks therefor. See you soon, à bientôt, bis bald Klaus September 2007 |

I loved this darling little apt. It perfectly suited my needs...and the area completely resonated for me as well. What a charming area it is! Lively, great energy, creative, and eclectic. Right next door was a little grocery market I frequented as well as the wonderful patisserie on the corner. Across from that is a charming little square lined with bistros and cafes. Their is some amazing shopping to be found on the surrounding streets - but then again, is there a street in Paris without amazing shopping???!! The proximity to the Seine was a huge plus for me. I just loved taking my walks at night over to Hotel De Ville (gorgeous building) and Notre Dame or perhaps the I'l St. Louis or I'l de la Cite' - or walking up to the Pont Neuf or Pont des Arts bridge and watching the Eiffel Tour all lit up in it's amazing glory. Ahhh...how I miss it! I would not hesitate for one second to rent thru Thierry and his companies again!

| Comments: | My husband and I have just spent a wonderful week at Thierry's Place des Vosges apartment, in the Marais. It was like a home away from home, right in the heart of this fascinating area. The apartment is perfectly located for museums, restaurants, metro etc and is exceptionally well furnished with all the appliances and information a guest might need, all in english for those not fluent in french. Having been out of touch with friends and family for some weeks, the internet connection included in the tariff was a blessing! The apartment was spotless on our arrival and it seemed as if our every possible requirement had already been imagined and provided. Thank you, Thierry, for this memorable week in Paris. We shall have no hesitation in recommending your apartments and look forward to our next visit. Ralph and Sandi Warren, Port Stephens,NSW, Australia. |

| Comments: | We stayed at Victor Hugo apartment from the 28th September till the 8th october 2007. Its a lovely apartment with a Romantic feel to it.It is of a great size and lovely antique style decor which is very elegant. It has all the mod cons- washer/dryer, dishwasher and TV(but who has time for TV in paris!!). The bed is super-comfy and sheets nice and soft. The kitchen had all we needed to make some lovely dinners during our stay using fresh produce. There was an elevator in the building and it was a security beuilding so we felt safe for all out belongings while we were away from the apartment. Its in a great area with the Centre Pompidou just around the corner (and the metro Rambuteau)as well as some lovely cafes and creperie and boulangerie, bookshop..the list goes on! There is also a G20 supermarket around the corner which has most of what you'll need. When we stayed here we felt very much "at home" and would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in staying in a great part of Paris. And would stay here again when Paris becomes our destination again. Thanks Thierry who was also very helpful via e-mail prior to arrival and with all the bookings and advice. |

| Comments: | Thierry, I just wanted to say thank you so much for one of the best vacations we have ever had!! Chris and I enjoyed the apartment so much. What a gem -- both the apartment and you! We didn’t have any issues or problems at all, and tried to keep it and leave it just as perfectly as we entered it.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again and/or recommend you to all of our friends. Paris is such a beautiful city, we were so fortunate to have such an incredible experience there. Nancy and Chris. |

| Comments: | I just wanted to thank you for the excellent way you appointed apartment Mazarine. Of all the apartments we stayed in while visiting Paris (there were eight different ones) yours was by far the cleanest, quietest and best equipped.

| Comments: | We stayed in the Etoile Palace in April 2007. It was the best vacation ever! Thierry's apartment is spacious and clean with all that you'll need. It's in a great location with grocery shopping and restaurants and the Metro on the same street. Thierry made himself available even though we were very late meeting him from the airport. |

| Comments: | Vicky's "La Coupole" apartment was excellent for our needs. The situation in the heart of Montparnasse could not have been better (close to 3 metro stops, shops, cinemas, restaurants etc), yet the apartment itself is very quiet and restful. Vicky has also thought of everything that the traveller needs in the way of appliances and extras. A great place to stay, in short. Thanks, Vicky.

| Comments: | Hello Thierry,
Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Studio Marais. The apartment was very clean and the location was great. We hardly needed to take the Metro at all as many of the places we wanted to visit were just a short walk away. We also really appreciated that the apartment had everything we might need - i.e. iron, blow dryer, and a toaster, which you don't see often in France. It was also great to have a computer with internet access available to us. Thanks very much for everything. Adelle and Rick Palmer |

| Comments: | Vicky's "La Coupole" studio was ideal for me. It is quiet and contained everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It is very well located: convenience store, bakeries, a supermarket, street markets, many restaurants, cafés, bus lines, metro lines
etc., all within a short walking distance. Then there is the Jardin Luxembourg, an oasis in Mid Paris, just a few minutes walk from the flat. Highly recommended! |
