| Comments: | We had a wonderful holiday at Studio Mazarine. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and amazingly well equipped. The location was fabulous with cafes and restaurants within a short walk, a well stocked supermarket nearby and food stalls offering all the temptations Saint Germain has to offer. Theirry is a pleasure to deal with; honest and reliable and very focussed on his guests having a pleasant stay.We will certainly stay in his apartments next visit to Paris. |

| Comments: | My husband and I stayed at Studio Mazarine for one week in January. It was our second experience with Paris Best Lodge, and it was also a winning one. Our previous visit was spent at the Studio St. Germain which was quite nice. We chose Studio Mazarine this time because it has an elevator.
The apartment, though small, is wonderfully appointed. We lacked for nothing. Thierry is most accommodating and available. The area is great - easy access to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. We look forward to returning very soon. Joan McCaffrey |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry
We recently spent two weeks in the La Coupole apartment. This is our second experience of renting an apartment through Thierry and as with our first time, the arrangements were simple and faultless. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the owner, Vicky is warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment is comfortable, the location is wonderful, we loved the easy accessibility of restaurants, markets and brilliant food stores. The area is a great base for spending time in Paris. You can walk to everywhere, but there are 2 metro stops at either end of the street for when you are tired. We would definitely rent through Thierry again and would recommend both Thierry and Vicky to friends and family. |

| Comments: | My wife and I recently spent seven weeks in the apartment LUXEMBOURG, 75 Blvd St. Michel and found it to exceed the advertising. This is the second apartment we have rented from Thierry and recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering renting an apartment in Paris. The "Luxembourg" excels in livability, location, and view. It's hard to imagine a better deal. We would be happy to answer any specific questions. R & W.

| Comments: | What a wonderful apartment. It was our first time in Paris, and i kept saying to my partner 'how lucky are we, living in such a great place'. It had everything you could need and was in an ideal location for exploring the charm of Paris. A Fromagary downstairs, and a Nicholas wine store next door and a great Italian restuarant very close also. Luxembourg Gardens less than 5 minutes walk away and its very close to two different metro lines. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough and it represents great value for money. |

| Comments: | We stayed for a week 18Dec-25Dec2007 at the Luxembourg apartment. Great apartment - close to everything and RER station is right outside the front entrance. The apartment has everything we need. Nice view from the terrace too. We thought we would make use of the kitchen to make some home-made parisien meals every night. However, there's just so much to do in Paris that we stayed out late every night. We had no concerns staying out late since the apartment and the location are very safe.
Thierry is very professional and responsive to our emails from day one. He explained very well to all the questions we have. When we need him, he's just a phone call away. We will certainly go back to Thierry next time we return to Paris, and hopefully very soon. Thanks so much Thierry! Already recommended Thierry to all our friends in Toronto! Jenny Toronto, Canada |

| Comments: | I stayed at 25 rue du Bourg Tibourg for two weeks in February 2008. As I was on my own in Paris I felt very safe and cosy in my apartment. The location was perfect and I was able to walk everywhere. The amenities in the apartment were more than adequate and it was great to have internet. I would love to return one day. |

| Comments: | When we arrived at the Beaubourg district, the streets were buzzing with night life and the Pompidou Museum was light up like a Christmas tree. Our apartment was a quiet haven overlooking a courtyard.
It was very cosy and provided all amenities for a comfortable stay. It also was just a stone's throw away from the city activities and we could walk everywhere. We shall return! |

| Comments: | Bravo as always to Vicky and the aparment at 8, rue Delambre. I first stayed there in November 2005, and my handwritten comments in the guestbook said it all. The bes thing about the apartment (which is fabulous) is not visible. It is Vicky herself, a thoroughly nice, responsible, and fair landlady whose genuine concern for her guests makes all the difference to one's stay in Paris.
I'll be back! |

| Comments: | We stayed at La Coupole Christmas week 2007 and had a wonderful time. We have rented holiday apartments in London, Rome, Venice, and Berlin. This is the first apartment we have rented that had everything (soap, paper products, etc) we needed in the apartment. The area has great Metro connections but also enjoyed taking bus to the Eiffel Tower so we could see what was the surface. We found all the tourist information and books very helpful. The Eiffel Tower on New Years eve was great. Bill & Rosemary from Springfield, VA USA |

| Comments: | LA VERRERIE
I spent a short week at La Verrerie apartment in January and found the accomodations just perfect. Rather than feeling anonymous like many rental apartments, this one was full of character and made me feel at home. The apartment had such charming appeal it felt as if a friend had loaned me their apartment rather than a rental agency. Both Thierry, and Eric who met me upon arrival, were very accommodating and most gracious. If you know Paris you'll know how great the location is - right in the middle of one of the most characteristic neighborhoods. La Verrerie was for me a 100% positive experience. stefanie |

| Comments: | What I like best about the Place Des Vosges Apartment-
The location, directly in front of where Bus #96 stops and can carry me anywhere in Paris when I transfer. The shops nearby are so much fun to browse in and buy from. The grocery stores, three, are within walking distance and I can make an authentic French meal in minutes. The charm of this neighborhood is, to me, very special. I am never treated as a tourist (though I am) and the local people are so helpful and kind to me when I need help or information. It is a very safe neighborhood night and day. Aw, what a relief to know that!! The apartment overlooks the street and while very quiet in the evening, is busy with activity throughout the day. I could stare for hours watching Paris go by me below. Mr. Thierry could not be a better landlord, he is available 24/7 to assist in any way he can. So enthralled I am about this apartment, that I have rented from Mr. Thierry almost 8 years in a row and have been very satisfied each time. I look very forward to my next stay there to once again enjoy Paris. |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry,
This was our third stay with you during the past three years, and we had another great experience. We were in Paris with a friend for Maison et Objet and the Apartment Temple Royal was perfect for the three of us. It had all of the luxuries that we've come to expect from your apartments. Andrea was a wonderful host and as usual, we felt at home the moment we walked in. We'll be back this summer and will again be renting from you. Thank you! Bob and Ken |

| Comments: | The Bourg Tibourg was delightful! It is a perfect location with convenient grocery store, fun Lizard Lounge, and delicious restaurants! And the perfumeria is a real treat. We were able to walk to the BHV department and the Hotel de Ville metro station. The entire Marais district is full of delightful discoveries!
Thierry is a thoughtful host and made our visit one to remember! |

| Comments: | There are a lot of great apartments in Paris and I have rented 10 or 12 of them over the last few years. Thierry's apartments - I have rented two of them - are among the best. Of course, also, it must be obvious that his rental rates and terms and conditions are among the best and most sensible.
But the reason to rent from Thierry is Thierry. One of the fun things about living in Paris, from my viewpoint is needing to deal with the vague and undefianable differences between my culture and that of France. But it can also be unnerving. Having an charming host/advocate/intermediary which is what Thierry is (not just a landlord) is very comforting. I recommend Paris Best Lodge unconditionally. |

| Comments: | I had a wonderful stay in La Coupole in July. It was very convenient to get around on the Metro as there were stops at each end of Rue Delambre. There were nice shops and restaurants and a small grocery market across Rue Delambre, and many more shops and restaurants just around the corner on Boulevard Raspail and Boulevard Montparnasse. There is a nice square up by the Edgar Quinet Metro stop. On the weekend there was a nice farmers market along Boulevard Edgar Quinet. I like to walk and there were nice long walks down through St. Germain and through the Luxembourg Gardens. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and has nice light from the windows. There is a good supply of tour books and maps above the refrigerator. |

| Comments: | Viki's studio on rue Vavin was perfect for me. It had everything I needed and everything worked. Also it is very quiet.Shops are very close by, as are the metro and bus stops. The Jardin de Luxembourg is a short walk away as are many restaurants and cafés. I can't think of a better location. |

| Comments: | Dear Vicky and Pascal,
Thanks a lot for the kind reception. I had a wonderful stay in your apartment La Coupole. When I entered the apartment the first time I promptly knew that I would have a good time there. It's generously proportioned, light-flooded and very calm. Preparing dinner after a stressful day at the language school was absolutely relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped and all kind of stores are just around the corner. I loved my breakfast with fresh "baguette and croissants",doing my homework for school and looking sometimes the French morning TV. It was really a lovely home and the view out of the windows over the roofs and chimneys of Paris is full of atmosphere. The apartment is located in one of my favorite districts of Paris and Luxembourg garden isn't far. Here you can relax your mind, go jogging or simply enjoy the amazing plantings. I hope to come back soon. The booking formalities were absolutely uncomplicated, Thierry, please accept my best thanks therefor. See you soon, à bientôt, bis bald Klaus September 2007 |

| Comments: | I stayed in Thierry's "Studio Marais" for ten days 27 Oct thru 6 Nov 07. Thierry came highly recommended thru two popular paris "blogs" - and when I got in touch initially, I was impressed with his promptness in replying...each and every time! I loved this darling little apt. It perfectly suited my needs...and the area completely resonated for me as well. What a charming area it is! Lively, great energy, creative, and eclectic. Right next door was a little grocery market I frequented as well as the wonderful patisserie on the corner. Across from that is a charming little square lined with bistros and cafes. Their is some amazing shopping to be found on the surrounding streets - but then again, is there a street in Paris without amazing shopping???!! The proximity to the Seine was a huge plus for me. I just loved taking my walks at night over to Hotel De Ville (gorgeous building) and Notre Dame or perhaps the I'l St. Louis or I'l de la Cite' - or walking up to the Pont Neuf or Pont des Arts bridge and watching the Eiffel Tour all lit up in it's amazing glory. Ahhh...how I miss it! I would not hesitate for one second to rent thru Thierry and his companies again!

| Comments: | My husband and I have just spent a wonderful week at Thierry's Place des Vosges apartment, in the Marais. It was like a home away from home, right in the heart of this fascinating area. The apartment is perfectly located for museums, restaurants, metro etc and is exceptionally well furnished with all the appliances and information a guest might need, all in english for those not fluent in french. Having been out of touch with friends and family for some weeks, the internet connection included in the tariff was a blessing! The apartment was spotless on our arrival and it seemed as if our every possible requirement had already been imagined and provided. Thank you, Thierry, for this memorable week in Paris. We shall have no hesitation in recommending your apartments and look forward to our next visit. Ralph and Sandi Warren, Port Stephens,NSW, Australia. |

| Comments: | We stayed at Victor Hugo apartment from the 28th September till the 8th october 2007. Its a lovely apartment with a Romantic feel to it.It is of a great size and lovely antique style decor which is very elegant. It has all the mod cons- washer/dryer, dishwasher and TV(but who has time for TV in paris!!). The bed is super-comfy and sheets nice and soft. The kitchen had all we needed to make some lovely dinners during our stay using fresh produce. There was an elevator in the building and it was a security beuilding so we felt safe for all out belongings while we were away from the apartment. Its in a great area with the Centre Pompidou just around the corner (and the metro Rambuteau)as well as some lovely cafes and creperie and boulangerie, bookshop..the list goes on! There is also a G20 supermarket around the corner which has most of what you'll need. When we stayed here we felt very much "at home" and would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in staying in a great part of Paris. And would stay here again when Paris becomes our destination again. Thanks Thierry who was also very helpful via e-mail prior to arrival and with all the bookings and advice. |

We wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again and/or recommend you to all of our friends. Paris is such a beautiful city, we were so fortunate to have such an incredible experience there. Nancy and Chris. |

| Comments: | Vicky's "La Coupole" apartment was excellent for our needs. The situation in the heart of Montparnasse could not have been better (close to 3 metro stops, shops, cinemas, restaurants etc), yet the apartment itself is very quiet and restful. Vicky has also thought of everything that the traveller needs in the way of appliances and extras. A great place to stay, in short. Thanks, Vicky.

| Comments: | Hello Thierry,
Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Studio Marais. The apartment was very clean and the location was great. We hardly needed to take the Metro at all as many of the places we wanted to visit were just a short walk away. We also really appreciated that the apartment had everything we might need - i.e. iron, blow dryer, and a toaster, which you don't see often in France. It was also great to have a computer with internet access available to us. Thanks very much for everything. Adelle and Rick Palmer |

| Comments: | Vicky's "La Coupole" studio was ideal for me. It is quiet and contained everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It is very well located: convenience store, bakeries, a supermarket, street markets, many restaurants, cafés, bus lines, metro lines
etc., all within a short walking distance. Then there is the Jardin Luxembourg, an oasis in Mid Paris, just a few minutes walk from the flat. Highly recommended! |

| Comments: | My daughter and I just returned home from a month stay in the Place des Vosges apartment. It was wonderful!
The apartment is in a great location - close to shops, cafes, a bakery, the metro, a bus stop, restaurants, etc. Everything necessary was waiting for us! The kitchen was perfect with a coffeemaker and coffee, a microwave and stove top, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. We especially appreciated the loft area for the bed which left the floor space open for living. It made the apartment seem larger. Having a computer in the apartment made all the difference in the world! We were able to stay in touch with friends and family, store pictures on a website, check "horaires" of museums and attractions, get maps, check the weather forecast, and take care of personal business and bills. Thierry came to the apartment right after our arrival and showed us how everything operated, made sure we had what we needed, and was available either by phone or email if we needed to contact him. Thierry was very friendly and helpful - the perfect host! In short, the apartment is EXACTLY as represented in the pictures on the website. It is convenient, rather roomy, clean, modern, pleasantly decorated, and became our home away from home immediately. I highly recommend this apartment and I assume his other properties are equally wonderful. When I return to Paris, I will certainly stay in one of Thierry's apartments! |

Thanks again for another great stay in Paris. This is the second year that we've rented from you, and the Studio Mazarine was perfect. We're amazed at how well designed your apartments are and how many features that you include in your studios. It was great to have Internet access and a washer and dryer. The apartment was spotless and the price very reasonable. And the location was perfect. We travel to Paris every year and will see you again on our next visit! Best regards, Bob and Ken |

| Comments: | This was great stay in Paris! Spent 12 days in the apartment on Rue Bourg-Tibourg...a quintessential Parisian experience. Thierry was a great host. The stuff in the apartment was all good and there was plenty of cookware....the shower was wonderful. The location was superb. I will definitely keep Thierry's rentals in mind when visiting Paris next time. The area around Rue Bourg-Tibourg is fascinating...lots of great cafes, interesting restaurants and shops. |

| Comments: | I recently spent a happy week at the Bourg Tibourg apartment in the Marais. This is the third apartment I have stayed in of Thierry's and they are all charming in their own way. Each one has a personality and in an area where the visitor can briefly feel like a Parisian. The great thing about these apartments on a practical level is that everything works: the hot water is hot, the washing machine and dryer is efficient and the bed is comfortable. And they are always near lovely places to eat or to buy supplies. When visiting Paris, I would always prefer to stay in one of Thierry's apartments. |

| Comments: | We had the most pleasant experience with Vicky and her Coupole apartment. It was our first time to Paris and while we were very excited about the new experiences, we were also quite nervous about the unknowns. We stayed for only one week (which is much too short of a stay) and Vicky made us comfortable right from the start with a little walking tour of the immediate area. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. A wonderful place to end a day of exploring the city. The Montparnasse area is safe and filled with great restaurants and shops of all types and a great street market at the end of the block on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. We found hotel rooms in this area that were nearly twice what Vicky is charging. We are recommending Vicky's apartments to all our friends and hope to stay in "La Coupole" again. Thank you Vicky. |

| Comments: | La Coupole was wonderful. It is very well situated with easy access to shops, nightlife, Le Jardin de Luxembourg, and three metros. There are several superb restaurants within footsteps and a wonderful cheese shop just below (I took home several sealed packages of marvelous cheeses and jams) The apartment is newly remodeled, beautifully decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. It is very quiet, private, and was a great place to rest, read and relax between trips to museums, restaurants and the park. I took the stairs for exercise and energy efficiency; but it has a nice elevator for carrying bags up and down or for moments when a little lift is needed.
Vicky is very helpful, straightforward and very responsive to questions or concerns. She is also very interesting and knowledgeable . Superb! |

| Comments: | STUDIO MARAIS – a wonderful experience I’ll be repeating next year!
I could not possibly have been more satisfied than I was with my three week stay in Studio Marais during May 2007 – indeed I was so satisfied that I have already booked the apartment for may of 2008! The landlord, Thierry, is young, intelligent, energetic and clearly dedicated to ensuring his guests an outstanding experience. To cite one example: when I arrived early from the airport I found he was personally cleaning the apartment because the cleaning lady was not available. The apartment consists of one large room with a kitchen along one wall, and a separate bathroom with stall shower, washing machine, sink and toilet, the bathroom being ventilated by its own window. The apartment is totally cut off from street noise because it is on a courtyard, but its three large windows and the size of that courtyard mean that it is not in the least bit dark. The walls of the apartment are decorated with modern prints, and the simple, natural finish furniture goes well with the apartment’s look, which is contemporary but not aggressively so. The furniture consists of three chairs, a table, a queen size (or maybe king size) bed, a bedside table, a table for the computer, and a large closet. Equipment includes a TV with built in DVD player (though I suspect U.S. DVD’s wouldn’t play because of the different French TV format and because of different DVD “regional coding”, though I can’t be certain of this as I brought no DVD’s with me), a stereo and a computer. The computer has a U.S. keyboard, the importance of which will be appreciated by anyone who has gone half mad trying to use a French keyboard due to its several pairs of transposed letters (a and q for example) and the fact that on a French keyboard the numerals are upper and the symbols lower case. And of course there is all the difference in the world between being able to check your e-mail from your temporary home than from having to go out to a commercial internet access establishment. With his typical spirit of helpfulness, Thierry at my request set the computer so that with a couple of clicks I could get straight to Yahoo mail. The kitchenette has a two-burner electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. It is amply equipped with crockery and cutlery. For those who wish to do their own cooking, there is a large self-service supermarket literally in the same building, so those who don’t know French can supply their needs with ease. A sole word of caution: the apartment is on the 4th floor (U.S. numbering; 3rd floor UK/Continental numbering). but has no elevator. If a person thinks he would have difficulty with that many steps, he should inquire of Thierry about apartments with elevators or lower down. The neighborhood literally couldn’t be more ideal. The apartment is in the Marais, one of Paris’s oldest neighborhoods, with eighteenth century buildings and narrow streets. At the same time, in recent years it has become “trendy” so it is full of shops and places to eat. For instance the street the apartment is on begins with a leafy little square surrounded by cafés and restaurants. Only three blocks from the apartment is an entrance to the Hôtel de Ville métro stop which is on Line 1, which runs west to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Champs Élysées, Arc de Triomphe and La Défense, and east to the Place de la Bastille (with the new opera house) and the Gare de Lyon train station. The next stop on Line 1 to the west of Hôtel de Ville is Châtelet, where an additional three métro lines meet, as well as the RER commuter line to Charles de Gaulle airport. You can be at the banks of the Seine in about five minutes on foot from the apartment, and at the foot of the Boulevard Saint Michel in fifteen. So Right Bank, Left Bank – you’ve got it all within reach while being surrounded with a charming neighborhood. I’ll conclude where I started: I can give no stronger testimonial of my satisfaction with ParisBestLodge, Thierry, or the Studio Marais than the fact that I have booked the latter for all of May 2008. |

| Comments: | We stayed at The Jardina du Luxembourg apartment this spring for a little over two weeks. The apartment is fabulous. The location is perfect: steps away from the Jardin du Luxembourg with a great view of the park and the you can even see the Eiffel Tower when you step out on the balcony. The apartment is also steps away from the RER train stop, which makes it really convenient. A renovated ktichen, nice quiet bedroom with a view of the courtyard, great living room with cable tv and cable modem make this apartment feel like home. Thierry is a wonderful host, we've stayed at two of his other Left Bank apartments, and he's always there to help and make sure that your stay is perfect. Merci Beaucoup, Thierry. |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry, my girlfriend and I wanted to thank you for our very enjoyable stay in Paris last month. The apartments were great. The pictures on your website accurately showed what we could expect and they were clean and very comfortable. We loved the view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night with the hourly light show. The balcony overlooking the rooftops of the Marais area was also immensely enjoyed. Thank you so much for your extra effort in doing a load of wash for me. It helped alot. I appreciate the trust you place in your renters as shown by keeping the arrangements simple and person-to-person. We will definitely recommend you to others and would certainly stay with you again on our next trip to Paris, the greatest city I have ever seen!

We returned two days ago from a twelve day stay in Studio St. Germain. Ooh La La.... It was a perfect space for us; computer/internet, washer/dryer, cook tops and refrigerator gave us the opportunity to bring home groceries, wine, water and of course, fabulous breads and pastries. The apartent is a convenient walk to The Louvre, D'Orsay and Orangerie Museums. We also took a leisurely walk to Notre Dame and I ventured out on my own one day to Ile St. Louis to boutique shop. The metro we used most was Odeon, although after a few of our ventures, Mabillon was more convenient. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. One night, we were so tired from our day adventures, that we brought in pizza from Cesare's, around the corner on rue Mazarine. The area was hopping on Saturday when the art galleries (and you are in the center of the gallery area) were open later hours. The apartment, up three narrow flights of steps, is well-equipped for a home away from home. Although we had our own travel books for Paris, the books in the apartment gave us some more information to make our stay more complete. Thanks so very much, Thierry. We appreciate your hospitality. |

| Comments: | We stayed in the one bedroom apartment in Rosiers on Rue Pavee over Easter week and had a wonderful time. Thierry was great and the location couldn't have been better. The apartment is 2 blocks from the metro, a super market, and a wonderful bakery where you can buy quiches and sandwiches for lunch. Having a kitchen, laundry, and the internet was a godsend. There are also many inexpensive places to eat in the area. You can walk to Notre Dame and many other places of interest from this location. Highly recommend!!! |

| Comments: | Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in an apartment in Paris. Enjoyed the market at the end of the street. Would skip the bakery across the street for the one down the end of Rue Vavin, near the Luxembourg Gardens. It was also wonderful to be so close to the gardens with the weather so nice. So easy to just jump on the Vavin Metro to Cite Metro to eat the wonderful sorbets at so many shops in Ile St. Louis. Since most shops carried the same brand (Berthillon) we could just pick one where there wasn't a line & sit by the river and relax. |

| Comments: | My wife and I spent a week at the Studio Marais celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The studio was the perfect place for two middle-aged lovers to make sure that they "will always have Paris." The location and neighborhood could not be better. When we arrived, I bought coffee, milk, jam, yogurt, and cheese at the Supermarket next door. Then every morning, while my wife was still in bed, I would get up, go two blocks to the tabac to get newspapers and then to the boulangerie around the corner from the studio to buy a still warm baguette. I would make coffee in the apartment and we would greet each lovely day in Paris sitting at the table having petit déjeuner and reading the newspapers before going out into the loveliest and most interesting neighborhood in Paris.
We love the neighborhood so much that we are going to stay in Thierry's apartment across the street this summer with our son. Thierry was the perfect host. I sent him Email's and within a few hours, my questions would be answered. Bravo! |

| Comments: | The two and one half weeks my friend and I spent in Le Marais were OH SO SPECIAL, particularly because of the excellent apartment (Place des Vosges) rented from Thierry! He is a fantastic, client-centered host, who made us feel at home and so very welcome in his city. This apartment is a short walk from Notre Dame, essentially the center of Paris. Also witin walking distance - Hotel de Ville, the Victor Hugo house, the Picasso Museum and much more! St Paul metro stop is a short distance away as well. PLUS - the "96" bus stops JUST outside the door to the apartment. It is in the center of dozens of unique shops, bakeries, groceries, etc. The ability to do our laundry there in the apartment allowed us to pack less (think about that!) and we enjoyed grocery shopping in Paris and cooking some of our meals - so much fun! Merci, Thierry, for your hospitality, your attention, and for the wonderful fruit and champagne that greeted us! We will be back! Rita Rone |

| Comments: | After flying over 12 hours to arrive in Paris I do not like being told by a hotel clerk in an impersonal, overpriced hotel that my room is not ready. I also don't like having to send clothes out to be laundered, or having to go to an internet cafe to check my e mail, and dress up to go downstairs for a cup of coffee as soon as I arise. What I do like is arriving at Mr. Thierry's apartment in Paris where beautiful fresh flowers, wine and fresh fruit are in the table. The apartment with all of its charm only adds to the Parisian visit. I can assure anyone living in an apartment in a choice, very safe location of Paris is the best way to visit there. Mr. Thierry is available 24/7 to be of service to his guests in any way possible. His passion for Paris is only matched by his passion for making his guests happy. For several years I have rented the Place Des Vosges and can't wait to return. |

| Comments: | My husband and I shared Residence Victor Hugo with a friend for a week in September. It was great. There was plenty room and we even had a dinner party for seven one night. Yes, we cooked in Paris. The location is fabulous, great access to the Metro, shopping and the Pompidou Centre. It's an easy walk to St Germain and many other areas and major attractions such as Notre Dame. Our other four friends stayed in the apartment on Rue de Temple, also fantastic. This was the second time we have used Thierry for our accommodation and both times it was perfect. |

| Comments: | Our trip to Paris and our stay at the apartment Bourg-Tibourg was simply perfect. We were in heaven. We have recommended it to all of our friends, many of which are planning trips to Paris in the next year. We told them they simply MUST stay at one of your flats (of course, we think nothing could be better than the Bourg-Tibourg). Even though the pictures online are great, they can't do justice to the warm colours and real beauty of the apartment. You have to see it for yourself!
First of all, the apartment itself is so lovely. It is cozy, serene, warm, spacious and romantic, while at the same time being amazingly functional and clean. Every time we would return to the apartment, it felt like we were coming home. Thank you for that wonderful feeling! From the kitchen (with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, 2 stovetop elements, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and beautiful sink) which was fully stocked with everything we could need (dishes, flatware, wine glasses, coffee, tea, dish soap, paper towels, salt and pepper, etc.) to the luxurious bathroom (gorgeous colour scheme, best shower we've ever used – like a rainfall, blow dryer, deluxe towel-warmer – and a generous supply of towels, and all the toiletries we would need, it was amazing, and so clean!) everything was outstanding. The bed was extremely comfortable and very large, the blankets were cozy and warm and we also LOVED the amount of closet space. It meant we could hide our big suitcases away and not live out of them! We also loved the little balcony – we'll come back and stay when the weather is warm so that we can actually sit out at the pretty little table and enjoy our tea or wine without freezing! We felt very safe and secure staying there, and the system you use for tenants to pick up the keys is perfect. On the subject of keys, it was brilliant of you to provide two sets – it meant my partner and I could enjoy our own alone time in Paris without worrying about meeting times or being locked out of our apartment waiting for the other! It was a delight to be able to enjoy such a wide range of French (and English) television, and the flat screen TV was quite a treat. On the topic of technology, it is absolutely FANSTASIC that unlimited high-speed internet is included, and the computer itself is provided (it meant I didn't have to lug my laptop overseas or worry about it being stolen). The computer was new and fast, and it helped us to plan out our daily activities (i.e. look up hours, movie times, maps, etc.) and keep in touch with family and friends at home. The local phone calls being included was another wonderful aspect of staying at your flat. And knowing that you were just on the other end of a phone call in case something went wrong was very reassuring. Thank you for being so responsible to and caring towards your guests. It could have been unnerving, staying in a strange apartment in a strange city, but knowing we had a contact "just in case" took that worry away. And, we didn't need to call you at all because everything was so perfect! It was very thoughtful of you to provide a little library of Paris guide books too. We looked through many of them to help us decide on activities we didn't want to miss! The location of the Bourg-Tibourg was perfect. There is a grocery store right across the street and two of the yummiest boulangeries (bakeries) in Paris right on our block! There are many, many, many cafes and bistros within a two-block radius, and lots of great boutiques as well! We picked up a couple of very neat, colourful espresso sets at a fun little store around the corner. There are two incredible gourmet chocolate shops on the block as well as the Mariage Freres tea store and restaurant. It's about a five-minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, about 15 minutes to the Louvre. We only took the Metro twice because this apartment is in such a fantastic central location! This is a stellar apartment, and you, Thierry are an incredibly sweet, hardworking and genuinely caring man. Thank you for making our first trip to Paris unforgettable. We look forward to staying at the Bourg-Tibourg again as soon as we can! If anyone would like to contact me to ask any questions about our stay or about the apartment, please let them know I would be more than happy to hear from them. Yours, Rosie Shaw and Brendan Murray |

| Comments: | We are Mr and Mrs Ian Baker from Western Australia, who rented the appartment at 25 Rue de Bourg Tibourg for a week's holiday in September, 2006. We are very happy to provide this summary of our experience, which was most favourable - giving us the basis for a memorable visit to Paris.
We found the arrangements to access the flat to be easy, with the RER train from Paris CDG Airport taking us to Chatelet station nearby. The appartment owner, Thierry, met us promptly to explain the operation of the numerous modern fittings and appliances, including setting up the computer for our email. Thierry continued to be available by telephone throughout the week to help us with other information, and our departure at the end was also easy. The appartment we consider to be quiet and private, although just a few metres from the vibrant streets of the Marais, and close to the bustling Rue de Rivoli. The space is compact and cosy but very well planned, with all modern conveniences and its own private little balcony - a great spot for coffee or a glass of wine. Numerous attractive sources of food and drinks are available nearby - from the most exclusive ( L'Ambroisie in the Place des Vosges ) to modest bistrots or boulangeries or wine merchants. But for us, being great walkers, perhaps the best feature of the appartment is its location within range of many of the best sights and experiences Paris has to offer.A complete list would be too long, but amongst those we enjoyed most were the Louvre, the river and its islands, Notre Dame, Place des Vosges (simply beautiful ), the Bastille, the little streets and shops of the Marais, and the wonderful museums like Carnavalet and the Picasso. For longer excursions, the Metro nearby is of course easy and efficient. We reccommend Appartment Bourg Tibourg to prospective tennants, and hope ourselves to rent it again during a future visit to Paris. |

What an amazing stay in a beautiful part of Paris! We could not have been happier with the 2 weeks we spent in the St Germain apartment and the fantastic surrounding area. The flat is all that is promised and more. Thierry is an absolute gentleman, so kind and welcoming on our arrival and left wonderful information available to us, on the computer, the various guide books and in a small letter we found in the apartment, letting us know of everything from events that were happening and how to work the washing machine to the salon where they have the best hot chocolate! We asked for an extra key, the next day it was there, just as he said he would do. It was so nice to be able to buy and cook food in such a cozy environment. Often, during a long hotel stay, it's so easy to get fed up of constant restaurant food and it was nice to have the choice. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can whip up quite a gourmet meal with ingredents from the markets and shops, all within 2-5 mins of the front door - if you have any cooking know-how! This wasn't our first time in Paris, but we felt it was our first time 'living' there. Next time we travel to our favourite city, we hope that Thierry has an apartment available because our experience was so great. I cannot recommend Paris Best Lodge enough. Wishing Happy Holidays to Thierry and his family! Till next time! Erin & Matthew |

| Comments: | We just returned home after a month visit to Paris at Studio Mazarine and what a delightful stay it was. We are quite familiar with Thierry's studio apartments this being our third visit. The Studio Mazarine, like all of his other apartments, is completely furnished with all the comforts and amenities of home (in a smaller scale) that you can just settle in and feel at home plus the added plus of a lift. Having unlimited use of the Internet allowed us to keep in contact with our family at home. The location is perfect with all your shopping needs just around the corner and all the art galleries surrounding it. We will undoubtedly stay once again at one of Thierry's apartments at our next visit to the City of Lights. You did it again, Thierry!!! |

| Comments: | We stayed in Vicky's apartment for one week on November 2006. Having Vicky as our host was wonderful. I am not just saying this just because, she IS really special. When she says, everything is in the apartment, she means it! There were so many details she thought that we might need, she put it there. Coffee, tea, aliminium foil, brita filter for water, etc!! These are in addition to the staples that you expect. Even a rope that we used for tying up the baggage! We were simply amazed at the things she thought we might need that, it quickly became a game to find out what else she thought of!! She is very helpful and will make your stay much more enjoyable. The apartment itself was great. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Much more space than any room you will get in a hotel for the same price range. The location is superb. Being that close to 2-3 metro/RER stops enabled us to quickly stop by 'home' and drop our stuff, take a rest and go on with our sightseeing. Seriosusly, the only thing we needed was toothpaste and a couple of clothes, that is it. Very convenient. There is also this fromagerie (chese shop right next to the apartment, they sell fresh eggs, cheese, all the freshest dairy you can think of. There is also a bakery shop and vine shop and quite a few number of great cafes and restaurants within a 1 minute walk.
Also, with apartment renting, there is a leap of faith on both sides. My experience with Vicky was great, wonderful transaction, no problems at all. Please feel free to e mail if you have would like to hear any more tips and would like to hear more about our stay in the wonderful La Coupule! |

| Comments: | Georgia and I felt right at home in the middle of Paris at the Studio le Marais, a charming, comfortable, clean hide-away during our 12 days in Paris. Just four or five blocks from the Seine and about the same distance to the Metro at the Hotel de Ville, this cozy apartment is a gateway to the city. Yet it's on a seculded street in neighborhood of restaurants, cafes, wine bars, bakeries, a handy grocery store, etc. We were within walking distance of Notre Dame Cathedral, several major museums and a number of Metro stations. The apartment was everyting Thierry said it would be at the rate he quoted, with no unpleasant surprises. He's a nice man you can trust. We'll stay at Studio le Marais during our next trip to Paris. His apartments are truly located in the heart of things. You definitely get the Parisian experience. Everything you need is at your fingertips-in both the apartment and the neighborhood. This is my second time to Paris, and being in the heart of St Germain made the stay ten times better. Thank you Thierry for your attention to detail and to any concerns we may have had. The location was perfect, the apartment was very well appointed, bright, spacious, clean, and airy. We loved being able to shop and cook and we felt that we ate like royalty because we weren't having to eat our meals in restaurants. | Comments: | We are Paris-philes of long standing, so it was a real treat to experience living in a section that is new for us --- the area of Montaparnasse where the artists and literati congregated so many years ago. The experience was enhanced by staying in an apartment that may have been inhabited once by Modigliani! (We just saw the movie biography of him a few months ago, which enhanced every one of the 60 or 72 steps [depending on whether you stop in the living area or the bedroom].)
The apartment was very well appointed, with everything one might want for a comfortable stay (including WiFi, if you bring your own laptop). Vicky and Pascal were gracious and solicitous hosts. The neighborhood gave one access to all of the food and entertainment facilities that one could want. We were happy to find a branch of Franprix for groceries and the bistro Parnasse 138 for a local dinner that was delightful in food, service, and price. Having the Luxemburg Gardens so close was also very special! And, of course, the entire Left Bank is at your feet, if you are willing to walk off a few of the calories you add on at Parnasse :-) |

Everything is just as Thierry describes - be assured that there are no unpleasant surprises when it comes to dealing with Thierry!! He is helpful and easy to communicate with, quickly answering every question you might have. The apartment is small but just what we were looking for. | Comments: | We had a great time in Paris and La Coupole was exactly what we had hoped for. We loved the apartment...it was comfortable, well equipped, clean, quiet(overlooking the courtyard), and authentically Parisien. Having high-speed internet was a requirement for us and being able to just bring our laptops and hook them to the router and the internet from the apartment was great.
The location of the apartment was very central and close to everything. There are many bakeries close by and we especially enjoyed the one at the intersection of bd Montparnasse and bd Raspail. Right across from the apartment is also this grocery store which came in very handy for food, drinks, and any other little necessities like toothpaste and a toothbrush (which I had forgotten to bring with me). The apartment's proximity to 3 metro lines was another advantage...because we used the metro extensively and even bought ourselves a card orange (a weekly metro pass). We also loved walking to the nearby Luxenbourg Gardens and resting our feet, taking a snooze, reading our books, or just watching the people there. Lastly thanks to Pascal for giving us a tour of the area and explaining how everything works in the apartment. We're already talking about our next vacation to Paris and looking forward to staying at La Coupole once again. Betul and Eric Toronto Canada |

| Comments: | Thank you so much, we had a fantastic stay at La Coupole in June 2006.
The location of the apartment couldn't have been better! The area is so nice with plenty of shops and restaurants very close by, as well as a twice weekly market just five minutes away. And as it's so close to the nearest Metro station (a few minutes walk) the rest of Paris is within very easy access. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well equipped and clean. This was our second trip to Paris, so we had already done most of the key tourist attractions. However, we would recommend a visit to the Catacombs, which are within walking distance of the apartment (make sure you wear sensible footwear for the walk through). The twice weekly market is well worth a visit. We ate out most nights; we found the best value was at the Parnasse 138 restaurant. We enjoyed the Odessa Bar, which was a favourite place for us to stop for a drink and watch the world go by (they serve a good selection of beers and excellent ice creams!). Thanks again for making us feel so welcome (Pascal's tour of the apartment and the area was very useful) and for making our visit to Paris so enjoyable. We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much and when we return to Paris in the future we hope that La Coupole will be available! Alison and Jonathan Peeblesshire Scotland |

| Comments: | Bonjour Thierry,
It is getting close to the end of our stay at Studio Mazarine and I wanted to communicate with you before we left. The apartment has been a perfect spot from which to explore Paris. The immediate neighbourhood is exceptionally charming and we have enjoyed the cafes - in the morning, in the evening - in fact all of the time. The apartment was exactly as you portrayed it in the photos on the website. It was just the right size for two people and we had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was particularly convenient to have internet access. Thank you for your part in making our first trip to Paris such a pleasant experience. We hope to return someday and would definitely stay at Mazarine again. Best wishes, Susan and Terry |

| Comments: | Hello Thierry
We arrived back in Australia yesterday (21 May). We travelled through Spain and Ireland after Paris. We wanted to compliment you on Studio Mazarine. We enjoyed our stay – the studio was perfect for two, and fitted with every thing needed for a very comfortable stay. The position was perfect – the St Germain district was simply lovely. Cheerio and regards Kate and Alan |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry,
Thank you for providing a beautiful apartment for us during our stay in Paris. The location of the Studio Saint Germain could not have been more perfect. And the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We were impressed by both the quality of the apartment and the reasonable price. We'll be back to Paris next year, and will be contacting you to reserve an apartment once again - perhaps in the Marais this time! We'll also be recommending you to all our friends who travel to Paris. Thanks again, Bob and Ken - Phoenix, AZ |

| Comments: | My family and I stayed in La Verrerie in February 2006 for two weeks and would most definitely return there again for a second stay in Paris. The location is outstanding--only minutes to Notre-Dame and close to shops, restaurants, and the metro. Eric was extremely helpful getting our laptop set up and checking in on us the first couple of days. He had coffee for us and other supplies to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The price is so reasonable compared to hotels in Paris, especially since you have a full kitchen and free Internet use. We were so pleased with Paris Bestlodge that we are now recommending them to all of our friends. Thank you Paris Bestlodge for making our trip to Paris so pleasant and easy! |

| Comments: | Vicky's La Coupole apartment in Paris 14th, at the limit of the 6th was wonderful: very quiet, very well located for visiting Paris. Good metro as well as many bus lines nearby. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance (Monsieur Lapin, la Maison Courtine, Le Dome, La Coupole, L'O a la bouche and a very good creperie right on rue Delambre: Ti Jos). There is an open market closeby, as well as several good small food shops. The FNAC (to buy theatre/concert tickets as well as books and CDs) is on rue de Rennes, within walking distance.
Vicky is also very helpful and will assure that you have a pleasant stay at La Coupole. |

| Comments: | Dear Thierry,
Thanks so much for our wonderful stay at Mazarine Studio March 21-30. The location is suberb, absolutely gorgeous, the best with the river around the corner, all shops, completely secure building - and we were in the heart of Paris!!! We walked everywhere - to the Opera and back, to the Louvre and back, to Notre Dame, etc... and your Mazarine nest is great to its size with a very comfortable bed (no one would ever find such kind of bed in any hotel! It is a home bed, really! And I miss your laundry machine!!!I would recommend it to all I know. With my best regards and wishes (say hello to the dog next door- she spoke like she was a human being!!)-Dina and Ramis |

| Comments: | The apartment in Marais was absolutely wonderful! I felt like I was living in Paris for a week. The pictures are exactly what you see on the website, absolutely no surprises, except that it is probably nicer than you expect. Immaculate and had everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and there is no problem walking somewhere at night. Thierry is helpful and extremely kind. You can bet I will be staying here again!

Merci encore. |
