| Comments: | Our family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Madelyn and Philippe, as well as the entire Paris Perfect team for facilitating a most gracious welcome and truly perfect stay in our beloved Paris. We have composed this note many times over in our conversations, and are now putting our thoughts onto paper. Although several weeks have passed since our visit from 12 June 2009 through 19 June 2009, we continue to speak fondly of our stay in the elegant Montrachet apartment within the lovely neighborhood of the seventh arrondissement. We enjoyed living as Parisians do amidst the old world architectural grandeur and romantic splendor of this famed city.
We hold many treasured recollections in our memories. Standing before the French doors while on the telephone sharing our arrival with our parents back home, the sudden shrouding of la Tour Eiffel in a golden aura took our breath away, so that we gasped in awe as we attempted to paint a picture of the scene with words. We were captivated by our view of this glorious sight twinkling each night as we fell asleep, and greeting us in such close proximity at daybreak. We delighted in the daily ritual of shopping for fresh items for our meals from the quaint shops in our neighborhood, conversing in French (and English, as needed) with the polite shopkeepers. Each morning we savored our cafe creme and flaky croissants at the bistro table on the sublime balcony, and from the same venue each evening, sipped champagne or wine with our baguette, cheese and fruit. Time spent at the bustling sidewalk cafes and intimate bistros, provided a slice of Parisian life we will always cherish. The Paris Perfect team is outstanding. From our initial inquiry regarding booking the apartment, through our checkout, everyone on the team responded promptly to our questions and requests with professionalism, warmth and 3enthusiasm. Special thanks to our greeter, Joel, who made us feel at home. He even acknowledged us a couple of times while we were walking through the neighborhood, always cordial and ensuring that our apartment was comfortable, as well as providing us with practical tips for our stay in the city. It was as if we had a reliable friend living in Paris whom we knew we could count on whenever we needed advice or assistance. We are already planning our next trip to Paris, and are looking forward to staying in the charming Montrachet, or perhaps another exquisite Paris Perfect apartment. |

| Comments: | We had a wonderful stay at the Pomerol. The location is perfect in terms of convenience and the proximity of the Eiffel tower is really hard to beat. We had picnics there so many times and just walked home late at night after enjoying the view. Rue Cler is the perfect place for everything we needed and the restaurants are great around the area. The elevator was small so we mostly chose to take the stairs for exercise; we discovered most elevators in France are small because they were put in after the buildings were constructed. |

| Comments: | We spent 8 wonderful days in Moulin a Vent during July 2009 and can't say enough good things about the accommodations, location and service we enjoyed. This was our first Paris trip--for our 25th anniversary--and this was truly the perfect Paris solution for us. The apartment allowed us the chance to live like locals for a few days and gave us a great home base to see and do all the things we had planned. The Rue Cler area offered wonderful dining, shopping and strolling opportunities. Plus, we were central to all the other fabulous Paris sights--plus who can beat a view of the Eiffel Tower at night! We wholeheartedly recommend Paris Perfect and hope we can return soon! |

| Comments: | Dear Paris Perfect team: We have arrived home after a wonderful week in your Champagne apartment. After a year of planning this special trip to celebrate my niece's sixteenth birthday, we had both built up tremendous expectations. And you didn't disappoint us. In fact, the apartment was better than the pictures and your descriptions outlined! It isn't until you are standing in the living or dining room looking out to the Eiffel Tower, or down onto the cafe across the street, that you really appreciate how special the space is. We loved being part of the neighbourhood and quickly established a routine that included morning croissants from the pâtisserie down the street and after tasting our first macaroons from Gregory Renard’s, we did a daily taste test of others throughout the city to rank our favourite. We had a tough time deciding between Renard's, Fachon and Laudree's as our number one pick (although we came home with a box from Gregory Renard). The care and concern that you have taken with the apartment and with the welcome kit is evident in every little touch from the french market basket to the night light to the bottle of wine. The information that you provided ahead of time was wonderful and helped us to get more excited about this adventure every day. Now that I am home, family and friends have been asking what the highlight of the trip was and while there are several - at the top of the list is the opportunity to have stayed in the Champagne apartment. I'm beginning to count the days until the next niece turns sixteen and I can return!

| Comments: | Our stay in the Volnay apartment could not have been more perfect. The apartment is beautifully appointed and well maintained. It had all of the basic amenities that we needed plus a few extra's that we hadn't thought about. The location is outstanding. We walked to virtually all of the major sites. The selection of restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes of our door was incredible. The children loved falling asleep every night under the glow of the lit up and sparkling Eiffel Tower. Although our children do not speak French they had no problem walking the neihbourhood each morning and buying croissants from the local Patissieries. The chocolate croissants were a big hit. We highly recommend Paris Perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive and the information they shared was very helpful. It was a vacation that we will always remember fondly. Regards, Catherine |

The Reisling is perfectly situated in the 6th and is the best of all worlds. The neighborhood is lively, while the apartment very private. The apartment is clean, well furnished, and has a spacious layout that makes it much more liveable than the relatively small square footage would suggest. The second bedroom is not fully separate, but for our purposes was perfectly fine. Thank you again for a fantastic week, Bruce |

| Comments: | The Pinot apartment was the first apartment we ever rented for vacation. All we can say is that we wish Parisperfect was located at every popular destination in the world. It was a very spacious apartment for 2 adults and 2 children on vacation. I loved that we had a washer/dryer so that we didn't have to pack so many clothes. The apartment was located in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Our view of the eiffle tower was the icing on the cake. If ever we get the opportunity to visit Paris again we would definitely go with Parisperfect again. |

| Comments: | We stayed at the Riesling apartment for nine days at the end of May 2009. It is situated in a perfect location in Paris (6th district). It has two bedrooms (plus a pull out sofa) and two (new) full bathrooms which is almost impossible to find any other place in Paris. This is one of their only apartments without an elevator but they made it clear on the website. We were ok, but climbinb the stairs can be a challenge for some after a full day of sightseeing.. The welcome was very pleasant and thorough. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. Paris Perfect left travel books, pamphlets and their information booklet which was extremely helpful. It is in walking distance of the Louvre, Musée D’Orsay, Metro, boat trips on the Seine, restaurants, and grocery stores. Don’t miss taking the RER to Versailles. It is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend using their recommended driver Victor to pick you up from and take you to the airport. He is informative and helpful. It was our first time booking an apartment on the Internet and we were very leery but we found that we did not have to worry with Paris Perfect. |

Advice for people looking to rent an apartment in Paris: Paris Perfect was the easiest site I found to use to find our vacation apt. The staff responded quickly and professionally to our requests. Be aware that high season books quickly so plan accordingly. Medoc wasn't our first choice, but it was an excellent home for our 10 day stay in Paris! I will definitely use them again. Gordon |

| Comments: | We had the pleasure of staying in the Sancerre Apartment in late June of this year. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. We also enjoyed the neighborhood with all the wonderful shops and great restaurants. I would absolutely recommend Paris Perfect to anyone who is looking for a real Parisian experience. |

| Comments: | We had a truly lovely stay at the Fleurie apartment located only a couple blocks from the Eiffel. It was immaculate and very tastefully furnished,not to mention having all amenities. Our daughter loved the mini washer/dryer combo and the Nespresso machine. Paris Perfect was very punctual and informative greeting our arrival, especially since it was Easter morning.
Good idea to book Eiffel tower tickets on line-otherwise the wait can take hours just to get through the ticket line. We would love to come back. |

| Comments: | Queremos agradecer la atención y preocupación del team Paris Perfect quienes fueron muy gentiles en todo el proceso y además agradecer por el acogedor, hermoso y muy limpio departamento Riesling en el que estuvimos en Junio 2009. Queremos destacar del departamento la excelente ubicación (al lado del Sena y Louvre)y por sobre todo la comodidad, limpieza y modernas instalaciones; muy buenos baños, una moderna y práctica cocina y , aunque lo repitamos de nuevo, la excelente limpieza. Un departamento moderno y muy funcional.
