1967 USO at Cu Chi, Vietnam. I had just entered the 25th Infantry Long Range Recon Patrol, We were hosting the 101 Air Borne Division, and Bob made a joke about grasshoppers, which we took to be the 101, it was a great show. I missed the show my second tour, I was not allowed to leave my side of the base in case of attack, I will always remember the song and the man, and the kind of man. Needs a tad of help if I may ask? I want a certain midi file, not any will do! Let me explain: I am retired military, also retired DOD employee. Having a total of plus 40 years of service to our County. The web site above is a tribute to a lot of "our" ole friends who frequent "the tree"! Most of us are in our late 50's, early 60's as to age. I may be the oldest, near 70? All retired of various ranks and branches of service. Mostly Air Force. As a rule, we usually "meet" around 3:30PM, have a few beers. Tell ole war tales, and wait for "Retreat" to sound. Such a site to see, we all old, but still stand tall at "Retreat" That is what I write about, how does one find a midi of "Retreat", so I may use as background music? Thank you, eddy Edward M.
