| Comments: | Tamara has generally been very much on point, but can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it seems she just guesses based on information provided,. It is interesting that when the shop is behind schedule, patrons are graciously asked and expected to wait and call back --sometimes for as much as half an hour or an hour, but dare you be late by a few minutes and you get a lot of attitude, even when you call back to give them your money and patronage. Store's time is valuable, but patron's isn't? Also if a reader is tired and cannot focus, she should not read. It's a disservice to a client and unethical to take money when reader can't deliver the service. There is no redress when this happens. You might as well have thrown your money to the wind. Kind of sucks. Anyway, I'm done and won't be using their services again. I need to see more accountability and concern for clients. |
