There should definitely be a confidentiality clause that these people have to sign. I agree with you, Catherine completely acted unprofessional and most definitely had no business disclosing anything about her client or client's situation; the least she could of done was at least pretend to be a professional and gossip about it behind closed doors, not for the rest of the store to hear! Oh well.... She just proved how trustworthy she really is. Good luck to her; as she will need it, with such a big mouth. |

| Comments: | I was on the floor one day perusing the store and waiting to get a reading when I notice Catherine and overheard her chatting with the store clerk about her last client. She was pretty loud and sort obnoxious about it, boasting about what a horrible person she was for yap yap this and yap yap that. Isn't there an undisclosed understanding that each reading is confidential at least out of respect!!!!!!!!!!! The store needs to implement and enforce a confidentiality rule for irresponsible readers like you!!!!!! |

| Comments: | Not psychic. So I got a reading, and I felt like it was mainly general common sense. Nothing specific. At the end of the 15 minutes, I asked her about my dad...just to see how PSYCHIC she really is. I asked if his health would get better or worse. She said better and that she sees good health and nothing to worry about. Told me to have him eat better and that was the issue and then all would be good for a long time to come. In reality, he is sick with ALS disease, about to die, and she was 100% off. Mind you...she had an attitude throughout the reading...snotty! |
