For my 50th birthday my 3 children remodeled my home office, to coke motif and it looks great. besides the collection in that room I do not let my collection spill over into other rooms. I am always in the marked for usable items. Like I have bags, umbrella's, car tags and coolers. I would like to find stuff like aprons, items to put in my truck things that I can put to use.

I was wondering if you could tell me anything about a Coca Cola item that my mother got me for Christmas. It is a 5 piece dining set. Beautiful, and in wonderful condition, considering it's probably pretty old. It is a white table with a coke emblem of coke splashing out of a bottle with Coca Cola on top of it. It has an old aluminum pedestal bottom. It also came with 4 chairs. They are all a red leather-type material with the exact same emblem as the table on the back of the chairs.They have the old swivel-type feet and a bit of rust here and there. I have not been able to find anything about these, except for a seller on ebay selling 2 chairs, identical to mine, except his are faded and he describes them as needing a bit of love.He is asking 150$ for the set of two. The only others I have been able to find have all been refurbished, and by the look and smell, mine have not. If you know anything about these, I would greatly appreciate any knowledge. I am not looking to sell them or anything, I just like to know when things were born. thank you so much! heide |

I am in Evansville, Indiana and have been into "collectibles" for many years. Agout 10 years ago, I acquired a lamp with a plastic chade with " rose panels". I was told by a Coke collector that the "Rose" was the "Coca Cola Rose", commissioned by Coca Cola. She offered me $50 for the lamp & it looks like I should have sold it to her--since I have not been able to confirm that Coca Cola ever comissioned the "Coca Cola Rose". Have you ever heard ot this? I'm contacting you in regards to a Coca Cola item I have recently came into possesion of. The item is a large red plastic die cast Coca Cola delivery truck (approx 90cm long), it has the Santa logo stickered all over it and Coca Cola logo. The makers are a German company called Wader, and the look of the truck suggests its a large baby toy. The previous owner of the truck won it in a coca cola competition from a store around Christmas 91-92. This is all I know. I am thinking of selling the truck as it is in good condition, but I feel I should research the item first. As I cannot find any information online about this specific truck (nothing at all) I was wondering if you have ever seen one before or know anything that could help? Many thanks Joe |

But most of all, I have over 10,000 Classic Coke glass bottles from all around the world on display in my room and I am upset to see that people are under-pricing some of these bottles. Although I do not collect all Coke items, I am a Coke Polar fan and can credit my spouse and six adult children with gifting me with 5000 plus polar bears over the years.We used to have a living/dining room, which were converted many years ago, when the kids were young, to our polar rooms! | Comments: | I've collected coca cola items for years - but it started accidentally, then when I moved I went about decorating my kitchen with more and more items, since I already had accumulated different items. But...I also use my things, I love using my coke plates, glasses, dish towels, magnets - I enjoy using them - instead of just admiring from a distance. I have a touch of Coke in every room. I even have Coca Cola Barbies - that sit on top of my refrigerator.
When i find a new shape of coke glass - i usually only buy two, that way I can have more of different designs. Right now I have 4 sets of dishes, each set is a different design! I love using them, along with silveware. |
