Comments:Stayed in apartmet B4 for a week. The open fire place in the living room is very romantic (won't go into details!) No sheep skin rug though and no dry martinis either. The Aston Martin was a rental Seat too sniff sniff. Great holday, thx for all. First time we've seen a kitchen in a ski apartment that you could actually use!

Comments:Please stop signing this guest book! The less people that know about these apartments, the better! That way, we can come back. We can't reserve for next X-mas as the apartment is already booked, that's unfair. Paul, if get a cancellation for next X-mas pls let us know

Comments:We were in apartment B6 beginning of September. Nothing wrong with the apartment, on the contrary. Arinsal is the best place in Andorra for peiople that like hiking holidays. Well marked trails, nothing dangerous, fantastic views. To be recommended without a doubt!

Comments:Guys, if you're lookin for a place to go hiking for a week (or 2???) THIS is where's it at! We walked oursocks off for a week and still didn't make it to all the peaks, valleys and whatever there is! Stayed at B4, great little place, shame I was with a snoring mate instead of a pretty female walker!

Comments:Hello, We stayed in chalet C10 in February. Can't beat the location, only 5 minutes from the gondola. The place was clean, functional and warm. What more could one want! The kids played in the garden after skiing and we even had a BBQ outside although it got a bit cold! The bedrooms are a bit small but there's lots of cupboard space.

Comments:It was a great experience and a great trip overall! We all enjoyed the accommodation - it was perfect for our company! Central location in the village, gondola nearby - what else to dream about. We always enjoy home cooking while on vacation and the chalet provided a perfect opportunity. Walking to ski Arinsal was very pleasant and easy, driving to ski Arcalis was a little longer, but still fine. It was also nice to always be able to get a good advice from Paul. Hope to come back!

Name: cooker, chalet C14
Comments:Note from Andorra Altitudes: I think you are referring to the oven, not the cooker. Actually, the oven works perfectly well. I tested it with the owner on your departure day. If you do not set the time, the oven does not go on. The problem is that the oven is a bit too sophisticated for holiday rental. The owner's wife likes baking cakes etc and wanted an oven like the one that's there. The instructions were in the drawer next to the oven but I realise that you are not on holiday to read instruction books! The owner will explain the workings of the oven to future guests. The sollution would be to have a simpler oven. Kind Regards, Paul Mikhelson

Comments:We had a great time and the apartment was more than adequate. The cooker did not work in the kitchen, but that did not bother us too much. However the owner pointed out that the working cooker was in fact in the garage below the living quarters. If you are relying on a working cooker then this is totally unacceptible and i recommend that the cooker in the kitchen be repaired.

Comments:Hello Paul, Just returned from a very enjoyable stay at Chalet C12. Thankyou for the professional service you provided throughout. We are intending to return next year (2 Feb - 9 Feb 08) however this time we are thinking of self-catering. Can you advise on what accomadation is available? Regards Karl Fletcher

Comments:Hi Paul, Just a quick note of thanks for all your help in the run up to our holiday! We've all had a great time - even with the slight lack of snow... the pistes themselves were more than enough to keep us amused - even to the point of a handful of us snowboarders taking a day on ski's! We will definitely be using your services again (so brace yourself for all the last minute panic questions again!) and we've already recomended your services to some colleagues at work.. Enjoy the rest of the season, Dave Worner & 13 tired, bruised but happy friends from chalet C14

Comments:Just got back from a week in arinsal 10/02/2007, we stayed in chalet C12, the chalet was great, the hosts were very friendly, but i would say typical french,,as i and my two kids are very fussy eaters the food was not too good for us,however the other 7 guest in are party seemed to enjoy the food,as for the location of the chalet i thought it was a bit to far up the hill for my small children, i also could not fault the pick up service from airport to resort, also the ski hire shop and kindergarden was great Recommended by Paul... i will be returning next year but to a self catering chalet..Any tips on which one?

Comments:We stayed in the C14 Chalet for two weeks in Februay. The chalet was great, just what we needed for a group of 3 families. The Chalet was clean and warm and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking and the table was big enough to accomodate us all...we made some great meals. Our friends stayed in B6 at the same time, they were also impressed with the apartment. The walk to the gondal was only 5-10 mins. The Chalet is close to the Red X bar and the manager and staff where really friendly. We have been coming to Arinsal for the past 5 years, you cannot beat the resort for good value skiing and friendly people. Its great for kids, this is why we keep returning. Actually we have booked the Chalet and apartment again for two weeks next year. Paul and the lovely french couple who own the chalet are great. The only suggestion I would make is how about getting a DVD player for the chalet ?? they had one in the apartment. We could bring our own DVD's and it would keep the kids entertained Looking forward to returning next year. Amanda, UK

Comments:Hi, We had a wonderful stay in the appartment 5-2. The manager did a great job in managing and introducing us to Arinsal. We were lucky to have lots of snow , did a lot of skying and had great meals in the local bars. My advise is : stay away, so that we have all the space for ourselves when we come back !

Comments:We had a great time trekking in your region. Comming back to an apartment to relax was excellent, better than going to a hotel and looking at the wall. Coma Pedrosa was too much for us, we'll try that next time. Kind Regards, Kerstin Soderberg

Comments:Hello, just a word to say thank you for all your help. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just a bit of constructive criticism: How about installin a micro-wave oven? It would have made our life a lot easier as we have a small child. Kid Regards, Eric

Comments:Hello, I'm pleased to see you added a guestbook to your site! I am a ski teacher living in Switzerland and I wanted to "try" or "test" Andorra. I found your apartments on the net, booked and came with my wife and 11-year old son. I must admit, I was really impressed with what I found! The apartment was great and the people in Arinsal are very nice. As far as the ski resorts are concerned (I tried them all) I would classify them as follows: Pal-Arinsal: for family skiing and great off-piste in Pal Ordino Arcalís: for the snow Soldeu: for snow boarding Pas de la Casa: for sore legs! We'll be back next winter, promise! I can also argue with my collegues in Switzerland who think skiing in Andorra is bad. How wrong the are

Comments:Spent a brilliant week in your apartment and had some great apres-ski evenings that turned into late nights, making the following morings a bit difficult on the slopes. Snow was average but the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. Thank you Paul for all your help. Victor Vance
