| Comments: | Every time I see the 1984 movie "GHOSTBUSTERS" it reminds me of Rabbi Meir Kahane(1932-1990), the scene when the Mayor of New York City says "We have work to do, now what do you need from me" and we see the National Guard troops and the Ghostbusters car rolls towards the haunted apartment building and we see the Religious Jews praying, when I see the Religious Jews praying it reminds me of
Rabbi Kahane, the song "Saving the Day" is playing, 1984 was also the year Rabbi Kahane was elected to the Israeli Knesset(Parliament) representing his KACH movement.. Rabbi Meir Kahane also tried to "Save the Day" from the Arab and Moslem terrorists out to destroy Israel.. And at the end of the movie After the Stay Puft Marshmallow man is destroyed, and the Ghostbusters song is playing and the Ghostbusters car is preparing to leave the area, we see the Religious Jews standing and clapping as the Ghostbusters car leaves the area, it reminds me of Rabbi Kahane at a KACH rally.. Kahane-Ghostbusters 1984, a Coincidence ? Kahuna Kahane, Kahane the Big Kahuna Idea for a T-Shirt could show the Ghostbusters logo and and the KACH symbol side by side and have the year "1984" underneath Anti-Semite bigots in the Neighborhood.. Kirk would make a superb MACO soldier, MACO stands for Military Assault Command Operations, Picard wouldn't even make it past basic training
In terms of Israeli Jewish leaders, Kirk would be like the late Rabbi Meir Kahane(1932-1990) contreversial but with guts and with MANY followers called "Kahanists" Picard would be the wimpy self-hating Jew Shimon Peres who appeases Arab terrorists, and Picard kind of looks like Peres... I have a confession to make: in the early 90's, there was actually a time I thought the ST:TNG show was cooler than the classic series, but NEVER did I think that Picard was greater than Kirk. I have since known better. Not only Picard, but his own crew, enemies, and entire show plus his movies can't stack up to TOS! Keep your list of reasons up: I expect it to reach three, four, maybe even five thousand in time. |

you said you like Saturday Morning Cartoons, my favorites were Garfield the cat,Real Ghostbusters,Ninja Turtles,do you watch any of the New Star Trek shows, and please combat negative sterotypes of Trekkers. Also I can't for the life of me find an Episode Guide with a Synopsis of all the Episodes of Garfield and Friends , even the official Garfield website www.Garfield.com doesnt have one, that really stinks. Could you make a Garfield episode Guide,? I also really like the Tv shows Alf ,Step By Step, All in the Family,Family Matters,Dinosaurs with Baby Sinclair,Perfect Strangers,Muppet Babies,Married with Children,3rd Rock from the Sun (which has William Shatner as the "Big Giant Head" character in some episodes, the Simpsons I love, Saturday Night Live etc. Make more funny Trek spoofs like Star Trek Insufficient, have you seen all the Trek movies or Titan A.E |

Star Trek: Insufficient is excellent!!! And I thoroughly agree with bringing James T. Kirk back for another movie. Star Trek just isn't the same with him being "dead, Jim" quite literally.... And... Shatner's Trek novels really are very good. Just bought and read Dark Victory today. Can't wait for the next one! |
