After I was robbed in another shit shelter in Sweden the Social told me to go to Court. It was unfairly decided that I was going to have an appointee. I had no legal backing at all in Sweden. There were no equal opportunities for ethnical minorities in Sweden. I told Mrs Chatterjee. Mrs Chatterjee and I didn't understand what they meant with appointee? It's my own money! They said that because I had "asbergers syndrom" I was going to have an appointee. The judge said that it might be possible to withdraw having the appointee after a period. It is almost a year since the decision about appointee was made (2002). I was far from having any representation of my own. This is one of the reasons why I wanted to seek refuge in UK. I escaped victimization. I was thinking about how the Jews used to be discriminated like this centuries ago in Europe. I was thinking about when they became moneylenders and medical practitioners in the UK. I was seeking refuge (May 2002) in the UK. I am now almost employed in the UK. I have my GP in the UK. I have done considerably well. My dad would have been proud! I have seen an Optician and an Eye-specialist in London. I need my money to pay for glasses. And Per Ake is still unfairly refusing to forward payment to me. He said I need to go back to Sweden for a medical examination and a Court hearing for shoplifting incidents back in 2001. Now it's 2003. To go back and forth is no solution for me. People in Sweden/UK judge me as notorious because the way I look, because my dad is dead. It upsets me that you are judged for the tone of your skin. Per Ake said I would maybe have to pay a fine (which the state usualy pays if it's a blond/blue eyed Swede who does something wrong) FOR A CRIME I NEVER COMMITED. And that they Per Ake & Social in Sweden might squeeze the money from my Dad's bequest as well as from my sick pay. I was planning to travel with this cash in the future. Now it feels as they’ve ruined my life. And I am very unhappy. I wanna be free like everybody else. I'm 25 years old for God sake. Here is my story of how they stole my inheritance. Words are not enought to ecxplain the injustices and racism against the ethnical minorities in Europe. Tolerance towards ethnical minorities in North America is better than in the UK or Europe. They said that it was not coming from them. It was social secrtetary Griebel's (German social worker) idea to assign an appointee for me. It was the social who was behind it. Although supervision of a private persons credit balalances was not allowed. I was absoletely cheesed off. The bequest was in a Swiss bank. Albeit the bank refused to pay the Swedish Financial Executive my cash inheritance from my Dad, the cash was finally released to the Financial Executive, Annicka Nilsson. Immigration Solicitor Man Wey explained to the Executive that I planned to continue my life in the UK and wrote “would you authorise the release to Mr. Bose all of his entitlement from his late father's will”. The Swedish Executive said that she had already forwarded all the cash to the apointee. The mother of an old mate, Alex Tapia, who my Dad said I should not play with, because "nobody wanted to play with him" made up a story about me. I became a scapegoat. I was destitute. Maguel, a social worker and the mother of Alex Tapia knew I had lost my father, and took advantage ofthis situation. Maguels aim was to squeeze money from my inheritance, for being disrespectfull against her integrity? I never commiterd any crime. She was just after my inheritance cash. She lied about me. And because of this staff members of this shelter in Sweden sacked me. I made a currency change at the Forex office in Sweden, speaking fluent English. As I was still homeless I went to hospital. Jill (English woman living in Sweden) took care of me. She was a good nurse. Then I went to Laila Appelqvist who sent me to another drtug addict place by the docks (the land of boats and sailing ships which Anne introduced me to). Danny Bose symbolised a silent angel. And as I've written on my CV, one of the qualities I have is high intellct combined with calm. I could feel I was living in the qwrong placer. Then and there I was robbed of the £400 I changed at Forex. Subsequently threatened and punched by him and his partner who probably still are resident at "Hamnvbrohemmet" (Lena & Stefan from Sthlm). The police knew them very well... After explainiong this horror story to social secrtetary Griebel, she did absolutely nothing. She decided to limit access to my money by juridical actions. This is how the apointee came into the picture. There were other clients who sddisliked her juridical actions. She was a racist. I belong to an ethnical minoirty in Sweden. I with my journalistic backround and others consider that cetain employed people working for autyhorities such as social, police and dorms are mad! If there;s anything the Media cabn do to draw attention I'm willing to thell my story and assist. Cause bnobody knows what kind of hell I have been throw until I spek out. I was placed in rehab accommodation through (Karin Lindblad. Although not suffering from any "dysfunction". I have been depress for a few year since Dad died though, and my GP in London provides me with medication for this. I'm prsescribed regularly with sodium valporate and ensure+ in London. Because I've got epilepsy and I'm severely underweight after months of suffering. I was there simply becuase I needed somewere to live after the vafgabond lifestyle. I'm writing this as a refugee. I am a vunerable yopung man. They can't treat people like this way. There must be some way for me to appeal/complain. I konw for a fact that Griebel, disliked me receiving to much money so I would go back to London. But I was not on a holiday. I was an immigrant. There is a difference between being somewere on a holiday than being somewere to stay! Everybody has been against me since my Dad died. Lucy McGoldrick, Camden HPU, wrote to me in a mail that I might be eligible for cash from the state. After that I was in England for quite a while... Conclusion I value freedom when I handle my money! I always went to the bank myself before. They examined my head in hospital. And nothing was wrong. All those friends of mine who know me well (see list) can have a go at telling social secretary Griebel, and the Court of Justice that I'm all right!
