The mature Patroklos in the full bloom of adulthood - and his younger beloved 'paidika' Achilles... And so serene here, not troubled anymore by anything else, not caring, finally, for anyone else but each other. The suffering is in the past and only the white asphodels remind us that the life is gone, too. I cried when I saw this. I've been waiting years for someone to depict them the way they should be. How could I doubt that finally anyone else but you would do it? I cannot find enough words to express my gratitude. Thank you from my whole heart and may the muses be with you. |
