Me
In response to Kevin...

"Everyone considering abortion ok sees a sonogram and an ultrasound of a pregant woman...and has a picture of the baby in the uterus printed out and takes it home..."

Well, Kevin, I did have an abortion. And dya wanna know something? In most states it is illegal to show the sonogram if the woman is getting an abortion. There have been numerous lawsuits aginst Planned Parenthood for them showing the sonogram. However, I have seen my friends sonogram, and it really doesn't affect me. At All.

"secondly, everyone considering abortion ok helps deliver 3 babies at a regular hospital so they can see what takes place first hand at a birth where the child actually gets to live"

Over 90% of abortions occur during the first trimester - not third. Personally, I have seen my 3 sisters delivered - and I was 8, 10, and 14, at the time of their births. Watching it actually made me want to abort if I ever got pregnant. Its not beautiful to see my mother in pain, nor was she happy while holding any of my sisters. She actually pushed away my youngest sister because she was still in pain. And, to be honest - babies are the ugliest as they are born. There is no "cute" factor at the moment of birth. None. Nada.

"....thirdly, everyone considering abortion ok volunteers at an abortion clinic, seeing first hand what takes place and what the baby looks like after the procedure, as well as what happens to the body"

Done it - doesn't affect me at all. There isn't anything left. Hell, I had mine dne while I was concious and fully awake. All that came out was a bunch of clotted blood. You can't "see" the body. You can't see anything, except for blood and placenta. You are making yourself sound retarded.

"...and lastly, everyone considering abortion ok due to population control needs to undergo a chemical castration as a sign of seriousness and to promote the cause."

OK - tell me who says that, and I will agree with you. What the OP was saying is that people keep reproducing, saying "dont kill the babies" yet don't realize that there is overpopulation and millions of children dying in Africa and Asia because of it - yet do nothing about it.

"Until then, Pro-choicers will be called Matriarchal Maniacs."

If, by Matriarchal, you mean feminist, then I am fine by that. I call myself a feminist, and I may as well be a maniac with the way I discuss feminism.

Interesting read...Here's mine: Pro-choice is no longer a viable term UNLESS: Everyone considering abortion ok sees a sonogram and an ultrasound of a pregant woman...and has a picture of the baby in the uterus printed out and takes it home...secondly, everyone considering abortion ok helps deliver 3 babies at a regular hospital so they can see what takes place first hand at a birth where the child actually gets to live....thirdly, everyone considering abortion ok volunteers at an abortion clinic, seeing first hand what takes place and what the baby looks like after the procedure, as well as what happens to the body...and lastly, everyone considering abortion ok due to population control needs to undergo a chemical castration as a sign of seriousness and to promote the cause. Until then, Pro-choicers will be called Matriarchal Maniacs. ;-)

I like it. :) I think they choose to call themselves "pro-life" because it implies that the other side of the debate is "anti-life." It irritates me to no end.
