I was looking for a customer review area on the website to express my gratitude and overall satisfaction as a customer in all aspects from communication, price of my cacti and the outstanding quality to the cost of postage and the speed of handling so here we are, once again many thanks and when you have more of the genus I collect I will again be a customer and hopefully this time I will catch you at the start of your crop for sale instead of the tale end

Cactus shop is (unfortunately) a part-time job for me. My other employer will not let me use my mobile. Also, whilst I'm working for him, I am not on the nursery - so there is no-one to answer the nursery phone most of the time! Also, I cannot accept texts as someone subsribed me to a premium line text service - which sent me a text a day for £2. This was charged to me - and I could not stop it or cancel it (despite 3-4 hours trying!) As for not shopping with me - that's your loss :-) Ralph Northcott
